동수역학 모형을 이용한 침수사고 분석 및 특성요인도를 활용한 재해 원인 고찰

최근 기후변화로 인해 태풍과 호우 피해가 증가하고 있으나 물리적인 침수대책과 재난대응 안전관리가 여전히 미흡한 실정이다. 따라서 안전 확보를 위한 대응체계를 마련하고, 침수 발생 시 피해를 최소화할 수 있는 실용적인 방안을 확보함으로써 경제적인 손실과 인명피해를 최소화하는 방안 마련이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 ‘노 량진 배수지 수몰 사고’, ‘초량제1지하차도 침수사고’에 대한 동수역학 모의를 수행하고 침수양상을 해석하였으며, 침수위험도 정량화 지수를 이용하여 공간적 위험도를 산정하였다. 또한 특성요인도를 통해 침수사고에 대한 물리 적, 관리적 원인을 체계적으로 제시하였다. Recently, the damages by typhoons and heavy rains are increasing due to the climate change. However, we are still vulnerable to inundation disaster due to various causes such as poor physical flood control and lacks of disaster and safety management. Therefore, it is necessary to establish systems to ensure safety and prepare practical countermeasures that can minimize damage when an inundation occurs, thereby minimizing economic loss and casualty. In this study, hydrodynamic inundation modelings were implemented to analyze the "Noryangjin reservoir inundation accident" and "Choryang No. 1 underground road inundation accident." and spatial risk was assessed by a quantitative hazard index. In addition, cause and effect diagrams were provided to present the risk causes in terms of physical and managemental aspects.

모형 선택 기준들에 대한 LASSO 회귀 모형 편의의 영향 연구

고차원 자료(high dimensional data)는 변수의 수가 표본의 수보다 많은 자료로 다양한 분야에서 관측 또는 생성되고 있다. 일반적으로, 고차원 자료에 대한 회귀 모형에서는 모수의 추정과 과적합을 피하기 위하여 변수 선택이 이루어진다. 벌점화 회귀 모형(penalized regression model)은 변수 선택과 회귀 계수의 추정을 동시에 수행하는 장점으로 인하여 고차원 자료에 빈번하게 적용되고 있다. 하지만, 벌점화 회귀 모형에서도 여전히 조율 모수 선택(tuning parameter selection)을 통한 최적의 모형 선택이 요구된다. 본 논문에서는 벌점화 회귀 모형 중에서 대표적인 LASSO 회귀 모형을 기반으로 모형 선택의 기준들에 대한 LASSO 회귀 추정량의 편의가 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 모의실험을 통하여 수치적으로 연구하였고 편의의 보정의 필요성에 대하여 나타내었다. 실제 자료 분석에서의 영향을 나타내기 위하여, 폐암 환자의 유전자 발현량(gene expression) 자료를 기반으로 바이오마커 식별(biomarker identification) 문제에 적용하였다. High dimensional data are frequently encountered in various fields where the number of variables is greater than the number of samples. It is usually necessary to select variables to estimate regression coefficients and avoid overfitting in high dimensional data. A penalized regression model simultaneously obtains variable selection and estimation of coefficients which makes them frequently used for high dimensional data. However, the penalized regression model also needs to select the optimal model by choosing a tuning parameter based on the model selection criterion. This study deals with the bias effect of LASSO regression for model selection criteria. We numerically describes the bias effect to the model selection criteria and apply the proposed correction to the identification of biomarkers for lung cancer based on gene expression data.

Government has decided to import 243 items of agricultural Products freely by year of 1991.in April 1989. Vnder this shocking news with free agrcultural products import, there must be agriculture conristently. Especia-lly, according as National Incomes are increasing, the eonsumption trend is turing into high quality products like fruits and vegetables, So we should investigate marvieting strategy as well as raising skill. As vegetables and fruits are main items in the matter of production and import in the scheme, of agricultrual administration, fameine phenomenon of fruitful year can be appeared in case there will beno reasonable manage-ment for fruits and vegetavles marketing. This paper will put an emphasis on counter measures. Let me put them in following content. 1. To chope with internation alized and open-hearted ages, We should excavate profitable items (Skill, Fund, intensive Items) and distrubute them. In doing so, Weshould reinfore in struction of skill to produce high quality products and intestificate the courses of selection, standardization and stan-dard wrapping to uplift eaning price level of farm house and commodities as well as to clevate competitive power of quality. 2. We should reestablish plams for supply and demand caused by increase of the in come. In accordane with a production in crease of fruits and vege-tables, master modulation of supply and demand comcerning demand adiust-ment in both quality and quan-tity, mass crculation, storage increase and prearranged plans for export and import is needed. 3. It is pressing problem to seeure an excessive scale whole sale center for fruits and vegetahles. Proceeding the marketing cenfer for fruits and vegetables rapidly, We should have it do the main funetions for price infor-mation and facilities. 4. It is necessary to enlarge retail shops. Enlargement of super-market, chain store and agrieultural cooperative and plans for cooperative chaeisa mong retail shops should be positively proceed. 5. We should let famers, who I on the crisis by free import feel proud and desirous. We should also strengthen export in crease of agricultural products by more positive eouter ways in coping with free import. To doso, We should develop latent export items applicable to the given region and should prepare the definite place for export items. 6. In tegrating and legalizing the similar market into an institutional mar-ket, affer large-scale whole-sale centers are eguipped, We should make it do functions as well as be a secondarys whole-sale centers. 7. There is need to magnify and enforce marketing administration and equipments. 8. To einprove marketing, there should be aggressive finanaial policy. Es-pecially, it(finacial policy) is keenly needed for fundo needed in extending facilities and in purechasing and storage of materials. 9. Even though agriculture is getting degenerated, we should promote positively other in come sources except agriculture to sustain farmers and farming house. Let me say the way of doing so. To do so, we should in prove dwellng, living enviran-ment and welfare facilities to keep abreast with urban life.
