        오십견에 관한 문헌적(文獻的) 고찰(考察)

        It was the Study for more deep understanding about the Frozen shoulder by literature investigation. The following result were obtained. : 1. The reason of Frozen shoulder is inflamatory reaction, degeneration, continual fixing, injury, etc. 2. The symptom of Frozen shoulder is shoulder pain, night pain, limit of joint movement. 3. Frozen shoulder is classified primary and secondary types and in the oriental medicine, is classified six types by the three Yin&Yang channels of the hand 4. Jackin's exercise or codman's exercise is used for kinesiatrics. 5. $Ky\check{o}njong$(SI9), nosu(SI10), $ch'\check{o}njong$(SI11) are in commonly used acupuncture point. 6. It is used to the Tongbihanseungbang, Small-intestine jeong kyuck in SA-AM Acupuncture. 7. It is used to the TrPs of subscapularis in MPS. 8. It is used to Frozen shoulder the Sin-kwan, Sahwajung, etc. in Dong-si Acupuncture. 9. It is used the I, HO or HN to Frozen shoulder treatment in Herbal Acupuncture. 10. Using the Electro-acupuncture, we select the point according to the channels. 11. Cupping or Moxibustion is commonly used with Acupuncture. 12. Commonly used recipes are Seokyungtang, Oyacksungisan, Banhakumchultang, etc.

      • A549 폐암세포와 Sarcoma-180 복강암에 대한 홍삼(紅蔘) 증류약침(蒸溜藥鍼)의 영향에 관(關)한 실험적(寶驗的) 연구(硏究)

        Objectives : In order to investigate effects and immune improvement of distilled red-ginseng herbal Acupuncture, expression of Cox-1, Cox-2, and mRNA of Bcl-2 and Bax were analyzed in A549 cell in vivo. Survival time and expression of cytokine mRNA were measured for the mice with Sarcoma-180 induced abdominal cancer. Methods : Balb/c mouse was treated with distilled red-ginseng Herbal Acupuncture at Wisu($BL_{21}$) and Chung- wan($CV_{12}$) to investigate anti-cancer effects and immune response. Results : 1. For expression of mRNA of Cox-1 using RT-PCR, the control group and the experiment groups didn't show significant differences. For Cox-2, both experiment groups and the normal group showed significant differences. 2. For expression of mRNA of Bcl-2 using RT-PCR, experiment groups showed slight decrease compared to the control group. For Bax, no significant changes were shown between the control group and experiment groups. 3. For survival time, all of experiment groups showed 11.1% increase compared to the control group. 4. For IL-2 and IL-4 productivity using Flow cytometry, all of experiment groups didn't show any significance. 5. For IL-2 productivity using ELISA, all of experiment groups didn't show any significance. 6. For expression of cytokine mRNA using RT-PCR, significant increase of IL.-2 and IL-4 were witnessed in the experiment group II compared to the control group. Significant increase of IL-10 was shown in all off experiment groups compared to the control group. Conclusion : According to the results, we can expect that distilled red-ginseng Herbal Acupuncture may be further effccts in anti-cancer and immune improvement if increasing concentration.

        W-CDMA 下向 링크에서 다수의 송신 안테나가 있는 경우 단말기 다중 경로 검색기의 설계 및 성능 분석

        W-CDMA 하향 링크에서 다수의 송신 안테나가 있을 때, 레일리 페이딩 채널에서 이동국 다중 경로 검색기의 설계 및 성능을 분석한다. 이론적 분석을 확증하기 위해, 송신 안테나가 1개, 2개, 그리고 4개일 경우 송신기 및 수신기 구조를 제시하고, 컴퓨터 시뮬레이션으로 수신동작특성(ROC, receiver operating characteristics)을 구하여 이론 값과 비교 및 분석을 한다. 또한 double-dwell 직렬 검색기의 파라미터들을 송신 안테나 수에 따라 최적화하는 절차를 제안한다. 이론적 성능 분석 및 시뮬레이션 결과는 송신 안테나가 4개 이상일 경우 post-detection 적분이 필요 없으며, 송신 다이버시티 차수가 증가한다고 항상 검출(detection) 성능이 향상되는 것은 아니고, 오히려 수신 파일럿의 수신 세기가 상대적으로 작을 때는 송신 안테나 수가 증가할 때 검출 성능이 저하되기도 함을 보인다. 본 논문의 성능 분석 결과는 송신 다이버시티 차수를 증가시키는데 매우 실제적인 기준을 제공한다. In this paper, we present the performance analysis of a multi-path searcher operating over Rayleigh fading channels when multiple transmit antennas are employed in the down-link of W-CDMA system. The simulation results for the receiver operating characteristics (ROC) for 1, 2, and 4 transmit antennas are presented to corroborate the theoretical analyses. We also propose a procedure to find the optimum parameters of double-dwell serial searcher according to the number of the multiple transmit antennas. Our analyses and simulations indicate that post-detection integration is not necessary when the number of transmit antennas is more than two. Finally, we found that increasing transmit diversity order does not necessarily improve the detection performance when the received pilot signal strength is relatively low. Therefore, this gives us a practical criterion on increasing transmit diversity order.

        산사약침이 지방세포 대사에 미치는 영향

        Objectives The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of Crataegi Fructus Pharmacopuncture(CFP) on the adipogenesis in 3T3-L1 cells, lipolysis in rat epididymal adipocytes and histological changes in porcine adipose tissue. Methods Inhibiton of preadipocyte differentiation and/or stimulation of lipolysis play important roles in reducing obesity. 3T3-L1 preadipocytes were differentiated with adipogenic reagents by incubating for 3days in the absence or presence of CFP ranging from 0.01 to 1mg/mL. The effect of CFP on adipogenesis was examined by measuring GPDH activity and by Oil Red O staining. Mature adipocytes from rat epididymal fat pad was incubated with CFP ranging from 0.01 to 1mg/mL for 3 hrs. The effect of CFP on lipolysis was examined by measuring free glycerol released. Fat tissue from pig skin was injected with CFP ranging from 0.1 to 10mg/mL to examine the effect of CFP on histological changes under light microscopy. Results The following results were obtained from present study on adipogenesis of preadipocytes, lipolysis of adipocytes and histological changes in fat tissue. 1. Crataegi Fructus Pharmacopuncture inhibited adipogenic differentiation at the concentration of 1.0mg/mL. 2. Crataegi Fructus Pharmacopuncture decreased the activity of glycerol-3-phosphate dehydrogenase(GPDH) at the concentration of 0.1mg/mL. 3. Crataegi Fructus Pharmacopuncture ok. lipolysis at the concentration of 0.1mg/ml. 4. Crataegi Fructus Pharmacopuncture ranging 0.1 to 10mg/mL failed to exert lysis of cell membrane in porcine fat tissue. Conclusions These results suggest that Crataegi Fructus Pharmacopuncture at relatively high concentration inhibited adipogenesis and increased lipolysis of adipocytes. However, Crataegi Fructus Pharmacopuncture didn't exert any effect on lysis of cell membrane in fat tissue.

        컨테이너크레인 성능평가를 위한 시뮬레이터 설계 및 구현

        According to the increase of container flows and the appearance of large-sized container vessels, the container handling equipment in ports is evolving continuously. This research introduces the simulation model for evaluating in detail the mechanical productivity of container cranes. The model considers a single trolley and dual trolleys as the mechanism of a container crane and a single lift, a twin lift, and a tandem lift as the spreader type of it. Additionally, the detail specifications such as the dimension and the speed of a container crane are inputted and the kinematic characteristics of it are simulated. The model also considers the size of a vessel, the storage position of containers in the vessel, and the weight of containers as external physical constraints. Experimental conditions can be configured conveniently because various parameters in the model are separated. Moreover, the model can accommodate flexibly new equipment types and the changes of the existing equipment because it is designed and developed in object-oriented concept.

      • 컨테이너크레인의 이론적 성능 평가를 위한 시뮬레이션 모델

        본 연구는 항만 하역장비의 하나인 컨테이너크레인의 기계적 생산성을 상세히 평가하기 위해 개발된 시뮬레이션 모형을 소개한다. 모형은 컨테이너크레인의 메커니즘으로 싱글 및 듀얼 트롤리 방식을, 스프레더 유형으로 싱글, 트윈, 탠덤 방식을 고려하고 컨테이너크레인의 규모와 속도 등에 관련된 세부 사양을 입력받아 기구학적 특성을 구현한다. 또한 외부의 물리적 제약으로 선박의 크기, 컨테이너의 적재위치와 무게를 고려한다. 본 모형은 다양한 입력변수가 파라미타로 분리되어 실험 조건을 편리하게 실정할 수 있으며, 객체 지향적으로 설계·개발되어 향후 새롭게 개발되는 장비 유형이나 기존 장비의 변화를 유연하게 수용할 수 있다.         컨테이너크레인 개발자를 위한 대안 선정 절차

        지속적인 컨테이너 물동량의 증가와 컨테이너선의 대형화에 따라서 항만간의 경쟁은 점점 치열해지고 있다. 주요 항만 하역장비 제조사들은 획기적인 생산성 향상을 제공할 수 있는 새로운 개념의 하역장비 개발에 많은 관심을 기울이고 있다. 본 연구에서는 항만의 대표적 하역장비인 컨테이너 크레인에 대해서 다양한 개발 대안들이 존재할 때, 최적의 개발 대안을 선정하는 절차를 제시한다. 절차는 두 단계로 구성되는데, 첫 번째 단계에서는 요구되는 필수요소들을 만족하지 못하는 대안을 제거하고 두 번째 단계에서는 전문가의 평가와 선형 할당법을 적용하여 최종적인 개발 대안을 선정한다. 마지막으로, 제시한 절차를 적용한 사례를 제시한다. Container terminals keenly compete with one another because of the continuous increase of container flows and the appearance of large-sized vessels. Major cargo handling equipment manufacturers are interested in the development of new conceptual equipment to greatly increase its productivity. In this study. a two-phase procedure is suggested for selecting the optimal development alternatives, when various development alternatives for container cranes are given. The first phase removes the alternatives that violate essential requirements and the second phase selects final alternatives by the evaluation of experts and the linear assignment method Finally, a case applying the procedure is provided.

        컨테이너선 대형화에 따른 부산항의 대응 방안

        부산항은 해상운송에 대한 접근성이 매우 우수하지만 중국 항만의 위협에 따른 최근의 환경 변화에 대응하기 위해 인프라, 장비, 운영 등의 측면에서 종합적인 대응 전략이 필요하다. 본 연구는 컨테이너선의 대형화에 초점을 맞춘 부산항의 대응 방안을 제안하고자 한다. 먼저 선박 대형화가 항만에 미치는 영향을 정리한다. 선박이 대형화됨에 따라서 보다 깊은 수심의 확보, 선석 길이의 증가, 하역장비 사양의 변화, 하역 생산성의 향상 등이 요구된다. 이어서 최근 부산항에 입항하였던 선박 자료를 조사하여 부산항의 대형 선박 입항 현황을 파악하고 미래의 상황을 추정한다. 또한 부산항의 현재 선박 수용 환경을 토대로 선박 대형화가 보다 가속화될 미래에 대형선박을 수용 가능할지를 분석한다. 이상의 분석을 기반으로 컨테이너선 대형화에 따른 부산항의 대응 방안으로 입출항 해협 및 안벽전면의 수심 확보를 통한 접안 조건의 개선, 선박 길이의 증가에 따른 선석의 재배치, 선폭 증가에 따른 하역장비 사양의 변화, 선박의 평균 처리량 증가에 대비한 생산성의 혁신 등이 제시된다. As the size of trade between countries increased, there are rapid changes in the logistics environment concerning ports. The world container handling volume in 2013 is 642 million TEUs, which grew by 80 percent compared to 360 million TEUs in 2004. It is forecasted to reach 840 million TEUs in 2018, which grew by over 2 times compared to the amount in 2004. Due to this, the marine transportation industry has made Mega-Carrier appear through mergers and acquisitions between shipping lines to expand market dominance, and they are continuing to make enormous investments for securing mega ships over 10,000 TEUs in order to strengthen the competitiveness in shipping cost. According to such changes in the shipping environment, large ports in the world are engaging in fierce competition for hub ports by continents in order to attract mega fleet, and this is leading to the trend of strengthening port competitiveness through the securing and operation of efficient port facilities. In other words, the world’s leading ports such as Singapore, Shanghai, Hong Kong, Shenzhen, Busan, Rotterdam, and Hamburg are not only developing large-sized terminals but also investing highly productive handling equipment for the efficiency of port operation. By the requirements of shipbuilders and shipping companies, very large container ships are becoming a reality, and 20,000 to 30,000 TEUs or more ultra large vessels are also expected a few years after. In these situations, the world’s major ports are faced with important challenges. The provision of container terminal infrastructure has to be enhanced to reduce the time that vessels need to stay in port. It is imperative for container ports and individual terminals to be efficient in order to survive in today’s competitive environment. Busan Port has a very excellent accessibility to international intermodal transportation network but is facing a serious threat from the rapid growth of Chinese Ports. Now Busan Port needs the total counter-strategies considering infrastructure, equipment, and operation. The objective of this research is to propose the counter-strategies of Busan Port against growing container vessel size. In order to achieve the objective, we firstly summarize the effects of growing container vessel size on ports. The enlargement of vessels requires deeper water level, longer berth length, bigger container handling equipment, and higher handling productivity. Second, we analyze the calling situation of large container vessels at Busan Port by investigating the historical data of vessels which recently called at Busan Port, and also estimate the future status of Busan Port. Third, we also analyze the calling acceptability of large container vessels at Busan Port in the future based on the current calling conditions of Busan Port. Finally, we suggest the counter-strategies of Busan Port against the expansion of container vessel size based on the results of analyses: the improvement of berthing condition through keeping deeper water level of sea route and quay inside the ports, the rearrangement of berths according to longer vessel length, the specification acceptance of container handling equipment according to wider vessel width, and the innovative improvement of productivity against increasing the average handling amounts of vessels.

        컨테이너항만 하역장비의 세계 시장 현황 분석과 국내 공급기업의 발전 방안

        본 연구는 컨테이너 항만에서 사용되는 대표적 하역장비인 안벽 크레인과 야드 크레인의 전 세계 공급 현황을 분석하고자 한다. 먼저 2003년부터 2013년까지의 수주및 인도 자료를 기반으로 세계 시장 규모를 추정하고 공급기업별 시장 점유율을 파악한다. 공급기업에는 최종 조립을 담당하는 1차 공급자 뿐 아니라, 크레인의 핵심부품인 스프레더, 전기 및 제어, 드라이브 등을 담당하는 2차 공급자도 포함된다. 또한 국내 공급기업의 공급 및 수요 현황과 국내 수요기업의 공급 현황에 대한 분석도 함께 수행된다. 마지막으로 국내 공급기업의 발전 방안을 도출하고자 한다. This research analyzes the world supply status of quay crane and yard crane which are typical handling systems of port logistics. Firstly, we estimate the world market scale and survey the market share by suppliers based on order and delivery data from 2003 to 2013. The suppliers include second providers responsible for production of the crane core parts like spreader, electrical and control, drive as well as primary providers responsible for the final assembly. And we also analyze the supply and demand status of the Korean suppliers and the supply status of the Korean demanders. Lastly, we derive the development plans of the Korean suppliers.
