Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing(OFDM) is one of the most promising techniques for 4th generation communication systems. One of the main disadvantages of OFDM is the Peak to Average Power Ratio(PAPR). In this paper, a recoverable peak cancellation(RPC) technique that recovers the cancelled part for the peak-cancelled OFDM signal is introduced. Using the RPC technique, the bit error rate(BER) performance can be greatly improved and the efficiency of the PAPR reduction is nearly that of the clipping method, at a cost of slightly reducing the transmission data rate.

One of the maindisadvantages of Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing (OFDM) is the Peak to Average Power Ratio (PAPR) problem. To reduce PAPR and improve the error performance of the OFDM signal over a fading channel, an OFDM system combining an Adaptive Symbol Selection Scheme (ASSS) and channel estimation can be used. Because of the side information of ASSS, however, the data rate decreases in the conventional ASSS OFDM system. In this letter, to overcome this impairment, we propose a technique to transmit side information by using pilot tones, and demonstrate that the proposed technique can give reasonable bit error rate (BER) performance.

K-beauty SNS 인플루언서가 중국 소비자의 신제품 수용의도에 미치는 영향-정교화 가능성 모델(ELM)을 중심으로-

The acceleration of digital transformation (DX) has resulted in SNS influencer marketing trends becoming the mainstream of the new market. SNS influencers act as early adopters in the process of new products being accepted. Chinese consumers are most affected by Hallyu, which increases interest in K-beauty products. This study analyzes how K-beauty SNS influencers are related to Chinese consumers. A survey was conducted among Chinese millennial consumers after watching videos provided by K-beauty SNS influencer; subsequently, 456 responses were used for data analysis. As a result, the analysis based on the Elaboration Likelihood Model (ELM) distinguishes the central route and the peripheral route in the process of Chinese consumers accepting new SNS products. The study findings suggested that information quality, credibility, accuracy, and usefulness had significant effects on acceptance intention for new products among central route factors, and similarity, trustworthiness, pleasure, expertise, and attractiveness also had significant effects on the acceptance intention of new product among peripheral route factors. It was found that variables of the central route, rather than those of peripheral route, had stronger effects on the acceptance intention for new products. Consequently, the central route of K-beauty SNS influencer is more important to Chinese consumers' acceptance of new products. It is expected that this study will offer beauty influencer marketing-based cosmetics brands efficient consumer management suggestions.

학습된 무기력이 구성원의 혁신행동에 미치는 영향: 내재적 동기의 매개효과 및 실패를 통한 학습의조절효과 검증

[Purpose] This study examined the impact of learned helplessness on members’ innovation behavior. The intervention effect of intrinsic motivation and the moderating effect of learning through failure were investigated. [Methodology] This study was conducted for Chinese corporate members. The three major hypotheses were analyzed by statistical methods of SPSS 23.0 and AMOS 22.0. The main analytical techniques were reliability, factor, correlation and regression analysis. [Findings] The learned helplessness was found to have a negative effect on the innovation behavior of the members. In the relationship between learned helplessness and innovation behavior of members, intrinsic motivation was found to have influence as a parameter. In the relationship between them, learning through failure was found to have influence as a controlling variable. [Implications] Organizations should use scientific, correct assessment criteria and feedback to assess their innovative work levels, and avoid excessively criticizing members excessively, which causes anxiety about themselves and it creates helplessness. They should encourage members to adopt an accurate and rational attribution approach so that members are more scientifically confronted with the success or failure of creative missions so that their willingness is not compromised. [연구목적] 본 연구는 학습된 무기력이 구성원의 혁신행동에 미치는 영향을 고찰하였다. 이 과정에서 내재적 동기의 매개효과 및 실패를 통한 학습의 조절효과를 고찰하였다. [연구방법] 본 연구는 중국기업 구성원들을 대상으로 설문조사 실시하였다. SPSS 23.0 과 AMOS 22.0의 통계방법으로 3가지 주요 가설에 대한 분석을 진행하였으며, 주요 분석기법으로는 신뢰도 분석, 요인분석, 상관관계분석, 회귀분석 등으로 진행하였다. [연구결과] 학습된 무기력은 구성원의 혁신행동에 대한 부정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로확인되었다. 학습된 무기력과 구성원의 혁신행동의 관계에서 내재적 동기의식은 매개변수로서의 영향력을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 학습된 무기력과 구성원의 혁신행동의 관계에서 실패를 통한 학습은 조절변수로서의 영향력을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. [연구의 시사점] 조직이 과학적이며 올바른 평가 기준 및 피드백을 사용하여 구성원의혁신적인 업무 수준을 평가해야하며, 과도한 비판으로 구성원들의 불안감을 유발시켜 학습된 무기력을 초래하는 것을 피하는 것이 좋다. 실제 혁신 업무에서 조직의 리더는 구성원들에게 합리적이고 난이도가 적당한 혁신 미션 목표를 제시하여 구성원이 원활하게 업무를 수행할 수 있도록 지원해 주고 일하는 과정에서 혁신 성공의 즐거움을 체험케 해서직원의 내적동기를 높여야 한다. 또 조직은 혁신실패의 원인을 면밀히 분석하고, 실패에서 긍정적으로 경험을 학습하며, 혁신의 실패로 야기되는 부정적인 영향을 줄 일 수 있도록 유도해야 한다.

교화, 일화, 노화 : 근대일본침화과정에서 실시한 사회교육의 본질

근대일본침화에서 실시한 사회교육은 식민교육의 중요한 구성부분이고 교화 노화 일화의 종합체이다. 그목적은 기편 우민 그리고 친일이다. 강화감독 강제교육은 그의 관리형식이다. 그내용은 정치교화와 일어의 보급이다. 其机松 與設旅是 嚴泛渗透, 无孔不入. 사회교육의 실시를 통하여 식민교육의 내용을 확대하였고 식민교육의 형식을 풍부하였으며 식민교육의 공간을 넓이였으며 학교노화교육의 박약을 미봉하였다. 그 교육목적은 더욱더 음험하고 독하였고 교육영향은 더욱더 광범하고 持久하였으며 교육후과는 더욱 엄중하였다. 일본침략시기의 노화사회교육을비판하고 폭로하는것은 식민교육연구중의 중히 여겨야할 과제이다.

뉴스사진의 시각문법 구조 분석 -2009년-2018년 세계보도사진 올해의 작품을 중심으로-

Having developed for more than one century, news photography has been constantly updating the human visual experience of the objective world and their mode of receiving information. How visual symbols in photographic works convey their own value and social value has become the focus of the photography and the press circles. As a worldwide press photo competition, it is benchmarking to study on its World Press Photos of the Year. Therefore, the relevant annual award-winning works over the past decade are taken as the research object in the paper. Based on the theory of Visual Grammar, combined with the visual elements of news photography works, the paper conducts an analysis of the image, scene, angle, tone, layout and other visual elements in news photography works from three perspectives, namely representational meaning, interactive meaning and compositional meaning. The research results indicate that in terms of the “representational meaning”, the development trend of the news theme of World Press Photo shows the information direction of “war, violence, terror and humanity”. The "Interactive meaning" manifests participation, communication, appealing and arousing the power of communication. The "compositional meaning" presents a concise, conservative and traditional form of composition, which interprets the professional and globalized social value of World Press Photo news from the overall perspective. Therefore, it is of certain theoretical value to propose the analytical framework of news photography in accordance with the theory of Visual Grammar. At the same time, it is also of certain practical significance to the promotion of news communication. 뉴스사진 촬영은 백여 년의 시간을 거치며 발전을 하면서 객관적 세계에 대한 인류의 시각적 체험과 정보에 대한 수용 방식을 꾸준히 변화시켜 왔다. 사진 촬영 작품에서 직관적인 시각 기호는 어떠한 방식으로 자신의 가치와 사회적 의미를 전달하느냐는 것은 사진 촬영 학계와 뉴스 학계가 주목하는 주요 논점이 되었다. 세계보도사진전은 세계 뉴스 촬영 대회인 만큼 이러한 논점의 흐름을 읽을 수 있는 수상 작품에 대한 연구는 매우 의미가 있는 일이다. 그러므로 본고는 최근 10년 동안의 올해의 작품을 연구 대상으로 삼아, 시각문법을 이론적 기초로 하여 뉴스사진 작품의 시각적 구성 요소를 결합시킨 다음에 재현적 의미, 상호작용적 의미, 구성적 의미 등 세 가지 관점으로 뉴스사진 작품에서의 이미지, 관측거리, 각도, 톤, 구조 등 다양한 시각적 요소를 구체적으로 분석하였다. 그 결과 '재현적 의미'에 있어서 세계보도사진전의 뉴스 주제의 발전 추세는 전쟁, 폭력, 공포, 인성 등의 정보적 지향을 나타내었다. '상호작용적 의미'에 있어서는 참여, 교류, 호소, 교류의 힘에 대한 환기 등을 나타내었다. '구성적 의미'는 세련되고 보수적이며 전통적인 도면 구성 특징을 나타내었다. 전반적으로 볼 때 세계보도사진의 전문성과 글로벌화 된 사회적 가치를 전면적으로 나타내고 있다고 할 수 있다. 따라서 시각문법 이론을 배경으로 뉴스사진 작품의 분석 구조를 제시하는 것은 충분한 이론적 가치를 지니며 동시에 신문 및 뉴스 방송의 발전을 촉진하는 데 매우 현실적 의미를 지닌다고 볼 수 있다.

중국 기업의 조직문화 특성과 구성원의 조직행동 특성간의 관계에 대한 탐색적 연구 -중국 전자산업 기업을 중심으로-

隨著中國整體經濟實力的高速發展, 以及展望未來將會成爲世界第壹大經濟大國, 中國企業在加速現代化企業管理制度的完善和治理等方面做了大量的工作. 但包括韓國在內的許多外資企業對中國的投資□不是壹件容易的事情. 必須要淸醒的認識到中國具有自己政治經濟, 社會文化特征. 所以要想在中國取得理想的企業成效, 不僅需要在中國雇傭有能力的管理人員和勞動者, □樣進行與中國現狀相符合的人事, 組織管理也是□重要的. 介於此, 本文希望先通過競爭文化價値觀模型來掌握中國的國有, 民營, 外資企業現行的組織文化特征, 然後再通過模型的構造方程式對, 組織文化, 員工素質, 職務滿意度之間的關系進行實證分析, 給中國本土企業以及在中國的外商投資企業壹些□示. 首先, 通過競爭文化價値觀模型的實證顯示, 與以往單壹的組織文化相比, 中國企業正在努力建設多元化, 相對均衡的組織文化. 通過3個類型的企業對比分析發現中國國有和民營企業還是□重視企業內部的和諧□圍, 這對外資企業的人事,組織管理具有參考價値. 其次, 通過回歸分析發現, 企業員工對組織文化的理解和員工個人素質的提高是密切相關的. 也就是說企業可以通過開發合理的組織文化來提高員工的素質. 最後, 模型構造分析的結果是: 企業員工素質的提高, 在企業文化和企業成果之間的關系中起到了中介作用. 根據這次硏究分析結果, 從企業的立場出發爲了提高企業員工的職務滿足等心理方面的企業效果, 應該先掌握最需要的員工素質是什□, 然後再努力開發, 建設和這種員工素質有著密切關系的組織文化. 本文作爲中國企業文化的基礎性硏究, 在理論方面上給出了壹個實證分析的方法以及理論依據, 在實際操作上亦可作爲爲中國企業以及外商企業了解中國企業文化和職工心態的重要參考資料.
