강의 상류부에서도 사력퇴가 잘 발달한 홍천강의 상류 유역 중 하나인 두촌천 유역을 대상으로 역과 모래를 분석하였다. 이를 통해 각 구간별 사력퇴의 발달 양상과 퇴적물의 차이를 비교해 보고 상류에서 하류로 이동되는 퇴적물의 변화양상을 살펴봄으로써 소유역 내에서도 다양하게 나타나는 하천의 지형발달 특색을 파악하고자 하였다. 역 분석 결과, 하류로 갈수록 화강암과 편마암 역이 공급되면서 원마도와 편평도가 증감을 반복하는 불규칙한 변화 경향을 보였다. 모래의 입도 변화는 전체적으로 중·조립사의 비율이 매우 높았으나, 화강암 지대를 흐르는 지류 합류점이 편마암 지대 합류점에 비해 다소 입경이 증가하는 경향을 보였다. This study is an analysis on gravel and sand of sand-gravel bar that stretches variously in the Duchon stream basin, which is one of Hong-Cheon River(a well-developed sand-gravel bar in upstream river)’s upper stream basin. The purpose of this study was to understand the characteristic of the stream’s topographic development that variously occur in the small basin by comparing the differences between the aspects of development and the sediment of sand-gravel bar in each section and by examining the transition of sediments moving from upstream to downstream. Through the analysis on the roundness and flatness of gravel, we observed an irregular trend following the increase in supply of granite gravel and gneiss gravel as we traveled downstream. As for the aspect of change in sand’s grain size, the overall ratio of medium-coarse sand was very high, but the results showed no big difference in the change following the inflow of stream from the main stream section to the gneiss and granite zone.
문화마케팅 요인이 관광객의 만족도와 재방문의도에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 제주특별자치도 서귀포시 문화의 거리를 방문한 관광객들을 대상으로 문화마케팅이 관광만족도에 미치는 영향과 재방문의도에 미치는 영향을 분석하여 제주도의 문화관광정책 수립에 기여하고자 한다. 그리고 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 선행연구를 통해서 문화마케팅 유형을 도출하고, 이를 근거로 하여 연구모형과 가설을 설정하여 실증적인 검증을 통해 시사점을 도출하고자 하였다. 실증분석결과를 근거로 하여 정책적 시사점을 정리하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 관광객의 만족도 향상을 위해서는 문화의 거리 조성 등 창조적인 문화연출에 대한 노력이 필요하다. 둘째, 제주를 찾는 관광객의 재방문 확대와 관광객의 만족도를 동시에 향상시키기 위해서는 무엇보다도 문화의 거리 조성, 문화행사 등 문화연출에 초점을 맞추어야 한다. 셋째, 관광객 만족도는 문화연출과 함께 관광객 재방문의도를 향상시키는 것으로 나타났으며, 관광객의 만족도 향상은 바로 재방문의도 향상으로 직결된다는 것을 한번 더 확인할 수 있었다. 마지막으로, 문화관광상품의 가격상승은 관광객의 재방문을 떨어뜨릴 수 있는 요인이 되고 있음을 확인하였다. Analyzed the result that Cultural marketing factors impact on tourist`s satisfaction and revisit intention, and the purpose of this study was to contribute to establish Cultural tourism policy of Jeju Province. summarizing the policy implications on the basis of the results of the analysis as follows. First, Need to create such creative cultural production efforts street culture. Second, Above all we should focus on cultural Synthesis such as the composition of Culture Street and events in order to improve the tourist`s satisfaction and revisit intention at the same time. Third, the tourist`s satisfaction has been shown to improve the revisit intention with cultural Synthesis, tourist`s satisfaction were able to confirm once more that directly improve revisit intention right too. Finally, the price rise of cultural tourism products was confirmed that it is a factor of reducing tourist`s revisit intention.
사람 대장조직 DNA Topoisomerase I 에 관한 연구

DNA topoisomerase I was prepared from normal mucosa and cancer tissue of human colon and the properties were compared. Specific activity of the enzyme from normal mucosa was 257.2 unit/mg protein/ min and that from cancer tissue was 403 unit/mg protein/min. Both enzymes showed a broad pH optimum from pH 5.8 to pH 7.4 and arc heat-labile, being completely inactivated by heat treatment at 55℃ for 5 minutes. The enzyme from normal mucosa was activated 0.2 M K^+ and 0.15 M Na^+ approximately 20 and 4 folds and that from cancer tissue was activated approximately 40 and 10 folds, respectively. Mg^2+ was the most potent activator, the enzyme from normal mucosa being 5, 20, and 60 folds activated at 2 mM, 10 mM, and 20 mM, respectively and the enzyme from cancer tissue being 2.5, 13, 26 folds activated, respectively. Both enzymes were inhibited by 2 mM ATP and 5 mM GTP in the presence of Mg^2+ and K^+ , respectively. ddATP and ddGTP were the potent inhibitors of these enzymes. The enzvate front nurmal mucosa was activated by spermine, spermidine, and histone H3 and that from cancer tissue was activated by histone H1. The enzyme from normal mucosa yeas completely inactivated by alkaline phosphatase treatment whereas the enzyme activity from cancer tissue was indifferent. The molecular weight of both enzymes were 150 KD. Camptothecin and 10-OH-camptothecin variably inhibited DNA relaxation according to tile enzyme preparation and there was no DNA fragmentation in the cleavage assay. From the above results, the possible role of phosphorylation for regulation of this enzyme and the application of camptothecin to colon cancer were discussed.
Effects of Water Activity on Pigments in Dried Laver (Porphyra) during Storage

Degradation of chlorophyll, carotenoids, andphycobilins in dried laver (Porphyra) was studied duringstorage at water activities (Aw) of 0.112, 0.316, 0.484,0.747, or 0.890 in the dark at 40oC for 15 days. Thechlorophyll, carotenoid, and phycobilin contents weredetermined using HPLC and spectrophotometry. Thechorophyll a, carotenoid, and phycobilin contents in driedlaver decreased with storage time in the dark, anddegradation was increased and accelerated as the Aw valueincreased. Among pigments, chlorophyll a was degraded atthe highest rate, and differences in degradation rates amongpigments became greater as the Aw value increased. Phycoerythrin was more stable than phycocyanin. Changesin the Aw value affected degradation of phycocyanin andchlorophyll more than phycoerythrin or carotenoids. Control of the Aw value can improve the color stability ofdried laver in the dark.
