A number of tin-containing elastomers are produced commercially by Korea Kumho Petrochemical Co., Ltd. (KKPC) under the Kosyn Sol tradename. The effect of mastication of commercial and laboratory polymerized S-SBR has, been investigated using chemical mixer(ML-500), NMR, GPC and Mooney viscometer. Mastication of polymers containings coupling bonds is affected by the amount of stearic acid, the temperature of mixing and the time length of mixing.

Video assisted thoracic sympathectomy or sympathicotomy is a safe and effective therapy for the treatment of palmar hyperhidrosis with immediate symptomatic imporvement. However the degree of satisfaction may diminish with time due to cmpensatory sweating or excessive hand dryness. Therefore by comparing and assessing the degree of symptomatic improvement or compensatory sweating following sympathectomy or sympathicotomy at various levels we aim to determine the optimal level of sympathetic nerve block which will result in minimal side effects and maximal benefit. Material and Method: Among 194 patients having undergone video assisted thoracic sympathectomy or sympathicotomy between January 1996 and June 1999, 137 patients who responded to either telephone interview or questionnaire were included in the current study. The patients were divided into three groups. Group I(n=61) ; patients having undergone T2,3,4 sympathectomy group II(35) ; patients having undergone T2 sympathicotomy and group III(41) ; patients having undergone limited T2 sympathicotomy which consist of block of interganglionic neuronal fiber on the third rib. The parameters studied comprised of pre- and post-operative palmar temperature change treatment satisfaction the degree of compensatory sweating or discomfort from palmar dryness postoperative complication and changes in plantar sweating Result : There was no difference in age and sex among the groups and the mean postoperative elevation in palmar temperature was 21.59$^{\circ}C$ without any differences among the groups. Patients expressing satisfaction were 65.6%, 62.9% and 90.24% in groups I, II and III, respectively(p<0.05) Moderate to severe compensatory sweating was present in 65.6% 51.4%, and 24.39%, in group I, II, and III, respectively(p<0.05) Slight but comfortable amount of palmar humidness was expressed in decreasing order group III(41.6%) group I(24.6%) and group II(5.7%) (p<0.05) Ineffectiveness or recurrence was present in 5patients in group I(8.2%) 1 patient in group II(2.9%) and none in group III. With regards to plantar sweating decrease in sweating was expressed in 43 patients(31.4%) while similar degree of sweating in 61 patients(44.5%) and increase in sweating in another 33 patinets(24.1%) Conclusion : Limited T2 sympathicotomy resection of the lower interganglionic neuronal fiber of the second sympathetic ganglion on the third rib showed immediate effect in palmar hyperhidrosis and caused lesser compensatory sweating and hand dryness.

전자상거래의 도입이 국내 전자산업의 기업활동과 가치사슬에 미치는 영향 분석

본 논문은 시장의 참여자들이 B2B 전자상거래를 통한 비즈니스를 하는 과정에 있어, 산업의 전체적인 가치사슬 구조에 미치는 영향과 경제적 기대효과를 국내 전자산업을 대상으로 한 설문을 통하여 실증 분석하였다. 특히, 전자상거래는 기존의 전통적 방식의 거래에서 이루어져 왔던 시장의 관계(market relationship)를 새롭게 형성시키게 함은 물론, 좀더 거시적인 측면에서 시장의 구조(market structure)를 변화시키게 될 것이다. 따라서 위와 같은 분석 논리를 바탕으로 실제 국내 전자산업의 사례를 적용해 봄으로서, 그들이 복잡한 거래 과정(transaction process)과 업무 흐름에 전자상거래의 도입이 어느 정도의 영향을 미치는가를 살펴보고 더 나아가 e-Marketplace 형성과 가치사슬 상의 변화를 살펴본다.

The absorption and the interference shielding of the problems for both commercial and military purposes. In this study, the minimization of the electromagnetic wave reflections using composite layers with different dielectric properties was performed. Dielectric constants were measured for glass/epoxy composites containing conductive carbon blacks and carbon/epoxy fabric composites. Using the measured permittivities of the composites having various carbon black contents, the optimal electromagnetic wave absorbing structure in X-band(8.2GHz- 12.4GHz) was determined. The optimal multi-layered composite plates have the thickness of 2.6mm. The maximum reflection loss is -30dB at 10GHz, and the bandwidth having the absorptivity lower than -10dB is about 2GHz. 군사적 목적뿐만 아니라 상업적 목적에서도 레이더나 기타 전자파를 방출하는 기기들로부터 생성되는 전자파의 흡수 또는 차폐는 매우 중요한 일이다. 본 연구에서는 다른 유전적 성질을 가지는 복합재층을 배열하여 전자기파의 반사를 최소화하는 연구를 수행하였다. Glass fabric/epoxy에 전도성을 가지는 카본블랙 분체를 혼합한 복합재와 Carbon fabric/epoxy 복합재 대한 유전성질을 측정하였고, 이를 이용하여 X-band(8.2 GHz-12.4GHz)에 대한 전자기파 반사의 최소화 구조를 구성 하였다. 두께2.6mm의 다층 구조로 최대 30dB 이상의 반사 손실과 최대 흡수 주파수로부터 2GHz 주파수 대역에 걸쳐 10dB이상의 반사손실을 일으킬 수 있었다.

대동맥 판막 치환술 후 만기에 발생한 상행 대동맥 박리증

선천성 다발성 판막질환(Congenital Polyvalvular Disease)은 결체조직의 이상으로 인해 한 개 이상의 심장판막에 비정상적 기형을 초래하는 질환으로 그 원인은 아직 확실히 알려져 있지 않다. 이 질환은 제 18번 또는 13∼15번 삼염색체 증후군에서 자주 관찰되며, 심실중격결손증, 동맥과 개존증 등의 심장기형을 동반하기도 한다. 환아는 산전 초음파 검사에서 우심방내의 종괴가 발견되고, 출생 후 시행한 심초음파 검사에서 삼첨판위의 혈종 또는 점액종이 의심되어 수술을 시행하였다. 종괴는 삼첨판막의 전판막첨과 중격판막첨으로부터 완전히 제거되었고 병리학적 검사에서 불규clr하게 두꺼워지고 결절화되어 있었으며, 석회화와 골화의 소견을 보였다. 태아의 산전 심초음파 검사에서 판막에 석회화 소견이 관찰될 때 선천성 다발성 판막질환도 염두에 두어야 할 의미 있는 소견이라고 생각된다. 저자들은 선천성 다발성 판막질환 1예를 경험하여 임상 및 조직소견을 문헌 고찰과 함께 보고하고자 한다. Central anticholinergic syndrome is defined as an absolute or relative reduction in cholinergic activity in the central nervous system and has a wide variety of manifestations. It is associated with almost any drug given during anesthesia, except neuromuscular relaxants, and treated with the cholinesterase inhibitor physostigmine. The diagnosis of central anticholinergic syndrome is often made when symptoms resolve promptly after the administration of physostigmine. We present a case of a central anticholinergic syndrome diagnosed by treatment with physostigmine, in a patient who received closure of patent foramen ovale associated with stroke.

Hard shaped bodies are made by sintering a cold-pressed compact of a boron carbide compound which contains a densification aid. Titanium diboride and carbon were used as a densification aid in a range of 1% to 10% by weight. The effects of sintering temperature and additives on linear shrinkage porosity hardness bend strength and microstructure were examined. The initial partical size dependence on the sintered density was also discussed.
