        V2G EV 충전기(OBC)를 위한 개선된 고효율 양방향 공진컨버터

        In this paper, bidirectional LLC resonant DC/DC converters with the primary auxiliary windings in transformers of resonant circuits are proposed. Although the resonant capacitors are used on both the primary and secondary sides, regardless of the direction of power flow, the main feature of the proposed converters exhibits high gain characteristics without any mutual coupling between the resonant capacitors. For one of the proposed converters, an investigation of the operating characteristics in each mode has been carried out. A prototype of a 3.3 kW bidirectional LLC resonant converter for interfacing 750 V DC buses has been built and tested to verify the validity and applicability of the proposed converter.

        Utility of Integrated Analysis of Pharmacogenomics and Pharmacometabolomics in Early Phase Clinical Trial: A Case Study of a New Molecular Entity

        In this report, we present a case study of how pharmacogenomics and pharmacometabolomics can be useful to characterize safety and pharmacokinetic profiles in early phase new drug development clinical trials. During conducting a first-in-human trial for a new molecular entity, we were able to determine the mechanism of dichotomized variability in plasma drug concentrations, which appeared closely related to adverse drug reactions (ADRs) through integrated omics analysis. The pharmacogenomics screening was performed from whole blood samples using the Affymetrix DMET (Drug-Metabolizing Enzymes and Transporters) Plus microarray, and confirmation of genetic variants was performed using real-time polymerase chain reaction. Metabolomics profiling was performed from plasma samples using liquid chromatography coupled with quadrupole time-of-flight mass spectrometry. A GSTM1 null polymorphism was identified in pharmacogenomics test and the drug concentrations was higher in GSTM1 null subjects than GSTM1 functional subjects. The apparent drug clearance was 13-fold lower in GSTM1 null subjects than GSTM1 functional subjects (p < 0.001). By metabolomics analysis, we identified that the study drug was metabolized by cysteinylglycine conjugation in GSTM functional subjects but those not in GSTM1 null subjects. The incidence rate and the severity of ADRs were higher in the GSTM1 null subjects than the GSTM1 functional subjects. Through the integrated omics analysis, we could understand the mechanism of inter-individual variability in drug exposure and in adverse response. In conclusion, integrated multi-omics analysis can be useful for elucidating the various characteristics of new drug candidates in early phase clinical trials.

        鹿茸이 수컷생쥐의 生殖과 胚發生에미치는 影響

        Objective : This study was conducted to investigate the effects of Cervi Pantotri chum Cornu (鹿茸) on the reproduction and in vitro developmental competence in male mice. Materials and Method : We administered the extract of Cervi Pantotrichum Cornu to 8-week and 18-week old male mice, once a day for 8 days. And we observed the count, the motility and the morphology of epididymal sperm from the male mice and in vitro fertilization and embryonic development of mouse oocytes. And also we examined the pregnancy and delivery of in vitro cultured blastocyst from the mice. Results : There was no significant difference between the sperm count of treated group and that of control group in 8-week and 18-week-old mice. But the motility and morphology of epididymal sperm of treated group increased more than that of control group in 8-week and 18-week-old mice. The rate of the rate of fertilization in vitro and embryonic development of mouse oocytes of treated group increased more than that of control group in 8-week and 18-week-old mice. But the only morphologic change of epididymal sperm in 8-week old mice is statistically significant. There was no significant difference between the rate of pregnancy and delivery of in vitro cultured blastocyst from mice of Cervi Pantotrichum Cornu treated group and that of control group in both 8-week and 18-week old mice. Conclusion : The result of this study had no statistically significance for a few number of experiment mice but shows that Cervi Pantotrichum Cornu has a effect on the motility, morphology of epididymal sperm from the male mice and in vitro fertilization and embryonic development of mouse oocytes. It is concluded that Cervi Pantotrichum Cornu has a effect on the improvement of virility in men.

        A modified perturbation/correlation method for force-guided assembly

        The present study proposes the Modified perturbation/correlation method (MPCM) as a way of performing assembly tasks and an algorithmby which assembly task can be performed automatically, without human intervention. The MPCM is a method where position/orientation perturbation is generated when the female connector and the male connector are connected and the correlation value ofthe resulting reaction force/moment is used to calculate and to correct the position and orientation errors between the connectors. Thesuccessful performance of assembly task within a limited error range can be confirmed by applying the MPCM to DRC-HUBO. Whenthere are errors between the connector, the correlation value can be confirmed to converge to 0 as errors are corrected even though ittakes on certain directionality.

        정전 분무 공정으로 제조된 Fe-Cr-Al 분말 다공체 금속의 고온 산화 특성에 미치는 기공 크기의 영향

        Fe-Cr-Al powder porous metal was manufactured by using new electro-spray process. First, ultra-fine fecralloy powders were produced by using the submerged electric wire explosion process. Evenly distributed colloid (0.05~0.5% powders) was dispersed on Polyurethane foam through the electro-spray process. And then degreasing and sintering processes were conduced. In order to examine the effect of cell size ($200{\mu}m$, $450{\mu}m$, $500{\mu}m$) in process, pre-samples were sintered for two hours at temperature of $1450^{\circ}C$, in $H_2$ atmospheres. A 24-hour thermo gravimetric analysis test was conducted at $1000^{\circ}C$ in a 79% $N_2$ + 21% $O_2$ to investigate the high temperature oxidation behavior of powder porous metal. The results of the high temperature oxidation tests showed that oxidation resistance increased with increasing cell size. In the $200{\mu}m$ porous metal with a thinner strut and larger specific surface area, the depletion of the stabilizing elements such as Al and Cr occurred more quickly during the high-temperature oxidation compared with the 450, $500{\mu}m$ porous metals.

        제품디자인 아이디어 도출 구조화 전개방법에 따른 만족도 연구- 기초 제품디자인 수업 사례를 중심으로 -

        In this research, students majoring in industrial design discovered that it made it difficult to develop and apply practical ideas in basic product design related classes, and started research. The purpose of this research is to select the basic methodology which is necessary in the basic process of design from among various design methods and understand industrial design process. And it is designed to experience the process of designing products that can structurize idea derivation and application and easily and enjoyably access it. Therefore, in this paper, while progressing in the order executed in the second semester class in the main part of the main part, I will intensively introduce the initial investigation, analysis and application part of the design sequentially through examples. Through this research, I attempted to formulate guidelines at each stage necessary for the progress based on the answers to the questions of the students who were in the class so that they could be applied to practical basic product design classes. Then, I would like to discuss the usefulness of this process through the survey of students' satisfaction level and the research results on the "idea structure development method", and the results of the research are as follows. First, it was found that trust was high by inducing submission of the result of the task within class hours. Secondly, convenience was high because objective and rational proposals with mutual relevance were possible at each idea derivation stage. Thirdly, when I saw students with experience of designing practice before entering university showed that their interests were also high, I learned the fact that the overall class satisfaction can be influenced. Based on this case study, I expect related studies that can be applied to various basic product design subjects and collaborate on lesson research satisfying students. 본 연구는 산업디자인을 전공하는 학생들이 기초제품디자인 수업 초반기에서 구체적인 아이디어 도출, 전개 및 적용에 대하여 어려워하는 것을 발견하고 연구를 시작하였다. 이에 대하여 본 연구의 목적은 다양한 디자인 방법론 중에서 디자인 기초과정에서 필요하며 산업디자인 프로세스를 이해할 수 있는 기초적인 방법론을 선별하고, 아이디어 도출과 적용을 구조화하여 쉽고 재미있게 접근할 수 있는 제품디자인 프로세스를 경험하도록 하는 것이다. 따라서 본 논문은1년 동안 두 학기의 수업에서 진행한 순서로 진행하되, 본론 부에서 디자인 초기 조사, 분석, 적용 부분을순차적인 사례를 통하여 집중적으로 논해 보고자 한다. 본 연구를 통하여 실제적인 기초 제품디자인 수업에 적용이 가능하도록 수업에 있었던 학생들의 질문에 대한 답변을 토대로 진행에 필요한 각 단계의 가이드라인 수립을 시도하였다. 그리고 ‘아이디어 구조화 전개방법’에 대하여 학생들의 만족도 조사와 연구결과를 통하여 본 과정의 유용성에 대해 토론하고자하며 연구결과 내용은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 수업시간안에 과제 결과 제출을 유도함으로써 신뢰감이 높은것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 각 아이디어 도출단계에서 상호연관성을 가진 객관적이고 합리적인 제안이 가능함에 따라서 편의성이 높게 나타났다. 셋째, 대학입학전에 디자인 실기 경험이 있는 학생이 흥미도 항목이높은 것으로 나타난 것을 볼 때, 전체적인 수업만족도에 영향을 줄 수 있다는 사실을 알게 되었다. 본 사례연구를 바탕으로 다양한 기초제품디자인 과목에 적용가능하고 학생들이 만족할 수 있는 수업 연구에 대하여 연계성이 있는 관련 연구들을 기대한다.

        공공자전거 시스템 만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구

        PURPOSES: The purpose of study is to come up with ideas to improve both the use of the public bicycle and the practicality of the publicbicycle system as well. METHODS: The study carried out an analysis on factors which would influence user's satisfaction by using a structural equation and then,discussed what the current public bicycle system should do to make improvements of its own. In order to Satisfaction of the public bicyclesystem( “Tashu”) in Daejeon city survey was conducted users and was based on statistical analysis SPSS 20 program, structural equationmodeling program AMOS 20 was used for analysis. In addition, the reliability and validity of each question was conducted verification, toverify the hypothesis using structural equation model. RESULTS : According to the results of the analysis with the structural equation used, the connectivity, the convenience, the economicefficiency and the reliability in order were observed to have an influence on the satisfaction of the usersCONCLUSIONS : The connectivity turned out to be a factor that would have the greatest concern with the satisfaction of the users. Thisfinding was, therefore, interpreted that people who would ride the public bicycles understand them as more of a transit system that would takethem, the people themselves, to another transfer rather than as some immediate transit system.
