알루미나에 담지된 귀금속 촉매에 의한 공기 중의 dimethyl methylphosphonate(DMMP) 분해에 대하여 고정층 연속식 반응기를 이용하여 연구를 수행한 결과 여러 귀금속 중에서 백금이 답지된 촉매가 가장 우수한 성능을 보였다. 모든 촉매의 경우 반응초기에는 분해율이 100%에 이르는 좋은 성능을 보였지만 시간이 경과함에 따라 성능이 급격하게 저하되었으므로 반응 생성물과 촉매의 표면 분석을 통하여 촉매 상에서의 DMMP 분해 및 촉매의 활성저하 메카니즘을 밝히고자 하였다. 실험결과 BMMP의 메톡시기가 담체인 알루미나의 가수분해 작용에 의하여 먼저 떨어져 나오고 떨어져 나온 메탄올은 귀금속의 산화작용에 의하여 이산화탄소와 물로 분해되는 과정을 거치게 된다. 인이 포함된 분해화학종은 대부분 비휘발성의 monomethyl methylphosphonate(MMMP)와 methylphosphonic acid(MPA)이며 이들 중 일부가 촉매 표면에 강하게 고정되어 촉매 표면의 활성을 저하시키는 작용을 하였다. The catalytic decomposition of vaporized dimethyl methylphosphonate(DMMP) by alumina-supported precious metal catalysts was studied with a fixed bed flow reactor. The platinum catalyst showed the best performance for the reaction. DMMP vapor in air stream was decomposed perfectly at the beginning but the performances of the catalysts were reduced rapidly with the lapse of time. So we tried to elucidate the decomposition mechanism of DMMP and the deactivation mechanism of the catalysts in process of reaction by analyzing the reaction products and the surfaces of the catalysts. According to the test results, methoxy groups of DMMP were separated by hydrolysis reaction over the alumina support, and then methanol formed from the methoxy groups was decomposed to carbon dioxide and water by oxidation reaction over the precious metals. The decomposed chemicals containing phosphorous were mainly nonvolatile monomethyl methylphosphonate(MMMP) and methylphosphonic acid(MPA). A part of the nonvolatile products adhered strongly to the surfaces of the catalysts, so the catalysts were deactivated seriously.
산소 플라즈마에 의한 금속우라늄과 이산화우라늄 산화 연구

기존의 핵연료재료 습식처리 공정 대체를 위한 건식 처리 공정 기초 연구로서 산소 플라즈마 기체에 의한 금속우라늄과 이산화우라늄의 산화 연구를 수행하였다. 연구결과 산소 플라즈마를 사용할 경우 $UO_2$는 40$0^{\circ}C$에서 약 300% 정도, 50$0^{\circ}C$에서는 70% 정도의 산화율 증가가 일어났으며 금속우라늄의 경우에도 35$0^{\circ}C$에서 50% 정도의 증가를 확인할 수 있었다. 이들 산화율은 플라즈마 출력이 증가함에 따라 비례적으로 증가하였는데 이는 출력 증가에 따른 플라즈마내 산소 원자의 발생과 일치하여 이러한 산화율 증가 현상은 플라즈마내 산소 원자가 주도하는 것으로 드러났다. 이들 실험 결과는, 기존의 실험 결과와 길이, 시간에 따라 산화량이 선형적으로 증가하는 것으로 나타나 산소 플라즈마 산화 반응은 표면 반응이 주요 반응이라는 것이 밝혀졌다.

This survey was conducted to monitor the adulteration of sesame oil circulated in Gwangju, 2007. A total of 60 samples was tested by analysis of fatty acid composition. Of these samples, 22 were from large-scale manufacturer, 25 were from small-scale manufacturer and 13 from Bangagan. First of all, in goods manufactured by large-scale company, there are no sesame oils where linolenic acid (C18:3) exceed regulatory guidance (0.5%). 5 samples from small-scale manufacturer contained linolenic acid from 0.90% to 8.38%, which means that they have other cooking oil, such as corn oil, soybean oil and rape seed oil. Among Bangagan goods, only one sample have 1.20% of linolenic acid. On the other hand erucic acid (C22:1) was not detected in 60 samples at all, which means that they were not adulterated with rape seed oil. And among 6 samples of exceeding 0.5% of linolenic acid and 12 samples from Bangagan, 13 of them had benzo(a)pyrene from 0.2 μg/kg to 0.7 μg/kg and the other 5 samples did not.
