무도산업의 인프라 구축을 위한 정책우선순위 분석에 관한 연구

This research aims at examining the priority of the policies to establish the infrastructure for the development of martial arts industry and their relative importance. The data processing for this research(AHP) has been rooted in the DRESS 1.7 program. The results deducted from the study process and proceedings are as follows. As for the priority in the establishment of the infrastructure to improve martial arts industry, 5 areas and their 18 detailed elements were developed, and those 5 items were an administratively supporting organization in full charge of martial arts, legislation of new assistance acts to promote martial arts industry, expansion of martial arts study and certification system, support for international martial arts contests and vitalization of Taekwondo, and the construction of information network to foster martial arts industry. With regard to the priority of the policies to build the infrastructure of martial arts industry, it was found out that nine factors had obtained more than 0.0500 weighted value, which were the revision of the related parts of the promotion of traditional martial arts act, support for the research and development costs of the enterprises relevant to martial arts industry, development of the information contents of martial arts industry, sponsorship for international martial arts contests, publication of a martial arts industry white paper, securing financial resources and administrative support, the mid- and long-term establishment of budget in relation to martial arts, foundation of a new training institute for the leaders of martial arts, and development of tourist attractions with Taekwondo. They should be considered as the policy element necessary on the preferential basis for future establishment of the infrastructure related to martial arts industry.

Maximum torque control and Sensorless drive, both are needed to achieve optimum cooling effect in the automotive engine cooling fan motor (ECFM) drive system with poor environment. Common two phase conduction method cannot obtain over-limited power in the over speed region and the use of position sensor can cause limited space problem. In this paper we developed BLDC ECFM drive system with phase advance control and position sensorless drive to improve output torque in the over speed region and to solve the limited space problem which was came from the use of position sensor. The proposed system was achieved maximum 10% improvement than two phase conduction method and was verified that could be used in the commercial automotive engine cooling fan system.
지적장애인의 스트레스 및 행동지수가 삶의 만족도에 미치는 영향

연구의 목적은 지적장애인 생활시설 입소자의 스트레스, 행동지수 요인이 삶의 만족도에 미치는 영향을 분석하고자 한다. 연구대상은 대전광역시 지적장애인 생활시설 지적장애인 200명을 대상으로 2014년 3월 5일부터 9월 22일 까지 설문조사를 실시하였다. 분석방법은 SPSS WIN 18.0, Amos 21.0 프로그램을 사용하여 t-test와 일원변량분석, 확인적 요인분석, 구조방정식을 실시하여 유의수준 5%에서 검증하였다. 연구결과는 첫째는 스트레스가 삶의 만족도에 영향을 미치지 않음을 알 수 있다. 둘째, 행동지수요인이 이용만족도에 영향을 미치지 않음을 알 수 있다. 셋째, 신체증상의 경우에 이용자 만족도에 의하여 삶의 만족도에 영향을 미치는 것을 알 수 있다. 향후 생활시설 지적장애인의 이용만족도와 일상생활 스트레스의 개선에 대한 정책적 기초자료에 활용이 요구된다. The purpose of the study is to analyze the effect of stress and the behavioral index factor of the people with intellectual disabilities living in residential facilities on their life satisfaction. A questionnaire survey was conducted between March 5 and September 22, 2014 among a sample of 200 people with intellectual disabilities living in the residential facility in Daejeon Metropolitan City. Surveyed data were analyzed by t-test, one-way ANOVA, confirmatory factor analysis, and structural equation models using SPSS WIN 18.0 and Amos 21.0 program, and verified at 5% significance level. Results from the study are as follows. First, no link was found between stress and their life satisfaction. Second, no correlation was identified between the behavioral index factor and their satisfaction with the facility. Third, concerning the physical symptoms it was indicated that their satisfaction level with the facility bears a positive relationship with their overall life satisfaction. These findings would provide a solid base from which policy makers can develop the policies to improve the satisfaction of people with intellectual disabilities living in residential facilities and reduce stress in their daily life.
신경망에 의한 $CIEL^{*}a^{*}b^{*}$-CMYK 색변환 시스템 개발

For the purpose of preparation of monodispersed spherical zinc oxide fine particles, and experimental research on the preparation of zinc oxide particles from zinc salts solutions by high temperature precipitation reaction was performed. Zinc oxide particles were precipitated from all the precipitation solutions tested if the precipitation temperature was higher than 60$^{\circ}$C. As the precipitation temperature increased until 80$^{\circ}$C, the average particle diameter of zinc oxide particles decreased and the narrower particle size distribution were obtained. Spherical zinc oxide fine particles with relativeyl narrow particle size distribution were precipitated from the ZnSo4 solutions with NaOH as precipitant. Final pH of precipitation solution had an effect on the amount of zinc oxide precipitated, but had no effect on the their particle size or size distribution.
