        Graded approach to determine the frequency and diffi culty of safety culture attributes: The F-D matrix

        The importance of safety culture has been emphasized to achieve a high level of safety. In this light, asystematic method to more properly deal with safety culture is necessary. Here, a decision-making toolthat can apply a graded approach to the analysis of safety culture is proposed, called the F-D matrix,which determines the frequency and the difficulty of safety culture attributes recently defined by theIAEA. A hierarchical model of difficulty contributors was developed as a scoring standard, and its elements were weighted via expert evaluation using the analytic hierarchy process. The frequency of theattributes was derived by analyzing reported events from nuclear power plants in the Republic of Korea. Period-by-period comparisons with the F-D matrix can show trends in the change of the maturity level ofan organization's safety culture and help to evaluate the effectiveness of previously implementedmeasures. In the evaluating the difficulty of the attributes in the recently developed harmonized safetyculture model, the difficulties of Trending, Benchmarking, Resilience, and Documentation and Procedureswere found to be relatively high, while the difficulties of Conflicts are Resolved, Ownership, Collaboration, and Respect is Evident were found to be relatively low. A case study was conducted with an analysisperiod of 10 years to attempt to reflect the many changes in safety culture that have been made followingthe Fukushima accident in March 2011. As a result of comparing two periods following the Fukushimaaccident, the overall frequency decreased by about 40%, providing evidence for the effects of the variousimprovements and measures taken following the increased emphasis on safety culture.         Rhamnolipid B에 의한 토마토 잿빛곰팡이병과 역병의 억제효과

        A Pseudomonas strain SG3 producing biosurfactant and showing antifungal and insecticidal activities was isolated from agricultural soil severely contaminated with machine oils. The antagonistic bacterium inhibited mycelial growth of all of the tested fungal pathogens. The fermentation broth of SG3 also effectively suppressed the development of various plant diseases including rice blast, tomato gray mold, tomato late blight, wheat leaf rust, barley powdery mildew and red pepper anthracnose. An antifungal substance was isolated from the fermentation broth of SG3 by ethyl acetate partitioning, silica gel column chromatography and preparative HPLC under the guide of bioassay. The chemical structure of the antifungal substance was determined to be rhamnolipid B by mass and NMR spectral analyses. The antifungal biosurfactant showed a potent in vivo antifungal activity against gray mold and late blight on tomato plants. In addition, rhamnolipid B inhibited mycelial growth of B. cinerea causing tomato gray mold and zoospore germination and mycelial growth of P. infestans causing tomato late blight. Pseudomonas sp. SG3 producing rhamnolipid B could be used as a new biocontrol agent for the control of plant diseases occurring on tomato plants.         딥러닝을 활용한 고객 경험 기반 상품 평가 변화 예측 방법론

        From the past to the present, reviews have had much influence on consumers' purchasing decisions. Companies are making various efforts, such as introducing a review incentive system to increase the number of reviews. Recently, as various types of reviews can be left, reviews have begun to be recognized as interesting new content. This way, reviews have become essential in creating loyal customers. Therefore, research and utilization of reviews are being actively conducted. Some studies analyze reviews to discover customers' needs, studies that upgrade recommendation systems using reviews, and studies that analyze consumers' emotions and attitudes through reviews. However, research that predicts the future using reviews is insufficient. This study used a dataset consisting of two reviews written in pairs with differences in usage periods. In this study, the direction of consumer product evaluation is predicted using KoBERT, which shows excellent performance in Text Deep Learning. We used 7,233 reviews collected to demonstrate the excellence of the proposed model. As a result, the proposed model using the review text and the star rating showed excellent performance compared to the baseline that follows the majority voting.

      • 소아 청소년 두통에 의한 장애와 예측인자

        목적: 소아청소년 두통에 의한 장애를 평가 하고, 심한 장애를 일으 킬 수 있는 예측인지를 알아보고자 하였다. 또한 예방 치료에 따른 장 애의 변화에 대하여 알아보고자 하였다. 방법: 2010년 1월부터 2014년 12월까지 두통으로 조선대학교병원 소아신경클리닉에 방문한 환자 307명의 의무기록을 후향적으로 조사 하였다. 두통에 의한 장애를 평가하기 위해 6개의 질문으로 이루어진 PedMIDAS를 사용하였으며, 장애 정도에 따라 4개의 단계로 분류하 였다. 두통 형태는 국제두통질환분류법에 따라 분류하였다(ICHD-II). 결과: 대상 환자 중 17%에서 두통에 의해 중등도 이상의 장애가 있었다. 나이가 많을수록 장애 정도가 심한 경향을 보였다. 두통 형태 중에는 편두통이 가장 높은 장애점수를 보였다. 학교, 놀이/레저 영역 보다 집 활동에서 장애를 가장 많이 느꼈다. 두통으로 인하여 심한 장 애를 예측할 수 있는 인자는 편두통인 경우, 병력기간이 긴 경우 두통 이 잦은 경우였다. 예방 치료에 따라 두통에 의한 장애 점수는 의미 있게 감소하였다. 결론: 많은 소아 청소년 두통 환자들에서 두통으로 인하여 학교, 집 생활, 놀이 및 레저 활동에 장애가 있었고, 나이가 많을수록, 다른 두통 형태인 경우보다 편두통인 경우에 장애가 심하였다. 소아 청소 년 두통 환자가 편두통인 경우와 잦은 두통이 있는 경우, 병력기간이 긴 경우에는 두통에 의한 장애를 심하게 느낄 수 있기 때문에 두통에 대한 조기 진단과 적절한 예방 치료를 함으로써, 두통에 대한 장애를 줄이고, 소아 청소년의 삶의 질을 높일 수 있을 것으로 생각된다. Purpose: To estimate headache-related disability and to identify predictor of disability in children and adolescent with headache. In addition, to assess the improvement of disability after treatment. Method: We conducted a retrospective analysis of clinical records of children and adolescents who were presented with headache at the Chosun University Hospital between January 2010 and December 2014. Headache-related disabilities were valuated using the 6-question Pediatric Migraine Disability Assessment (PedMIDAS). The headaches were classified according to the International Classification of Headaches Disorders-II (ICHD-II). Results: A total of 307 patients were identified : 117 boys and 190 girls with a mean age of 11.3 years (range 6-18 years). About 17% of patients had a grade III-IV disability. There is a trend towards more severe disabilities in older age groups, especially in the 16-18 year-olds. The migraine patients have the highest PedMIDAS scores (19.9±26.6), whereas, the other headache patients have the lowest scores (7.9±16.0). This is higher score and severe disability at home activity (3.5±7.4) than school (2.4±4.2) and play, social or leisure activity (2.9±7.7). The predictors of disability due to headache are migraine, frequent headache and longer duration of symptom before presentation. Mean PedMIDAS score is significantly improved by treatment (P=0.002). Conclusion: A considerable number of children and adolescents with headache had a moderate to severe disability. The migraine patients have the worst disability. This study demonstrated that migraine, frequent headache and longer duration of symptom before presentation are the predictors of headache-related disability and a proper preventive treatment can improve the quality of life of pediatric headache patients.

      • 상품 사용기간에 따른 토픽별 사용자 평가의 변화 분석

        2016년 최저가 경쟁을 시작으로 국내 이커머스(E-commerce) 시장의 성장률은 꾸준히 상승했으며 경쟁 또한 치열해지고 있다. 특히 COVID-19로 인해 비대면 서비스들이 각광받기 시작하면서 온라인 쇼핑의 거래액도 급증하고 있다. 다양한 온라인 유통 채널들은 양질의 실구매 리뷰를 분석하여 소비자의 구매전환율을 높이고자, 다양한 유형의 리뷰를 남길 수 있는 기능을 제공하고 있다. 하지만 쇼핑 리뷰를 분석하는 연구들이 활발하게 이루어지고 있는 것에 비해 동일한 상품의 사용기간 차이에 따른 소비자 리뷰 변화를 분석한 연구는 상대적으로 부족하다. 이에 본 연구에서는 ‘네이버 쇼핑(스마트스토어)’의 ‘한 달 사용 리뷰’에 대해 토픽 모델링을 수행하여, 단기 사용 리뷰(Short-term Reviews)로부터 주요 토픽을 도출하고, 각 토픽에 해당하는 리뷰의 단기 평점과 장기 평점을 비교하고자 한다. 각 주제별 단기 평점과 장기 평점의 비교를 통해, 판매 전략 수립과 신상품 개발 및 개선에 도움이 되는 인사이트를 도출할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다. Starting with the bottom price competition in 2016, the growth rate of the domestic e-commerce market has been continuously increasing and competition in e-commerce market is also getting fiercer. Due to COVID-19, non-face-to-face services began to be in the spotlight and the transaction amount of online shopping is also increasing rapidly. So lots of online channels provide various services for acquiring various types of reviews in order to increase conversion rate by analyzing high-quality actual purchase reviews. However, while studies analyzing shopping reviews are being actively conducted, there are relative few studies on analyzing changes in consumer reviews according to the difference in usage period of the same product. Therefore, in this study, we perform topic modeling on the "monthly usage review" of "Naver Shopping (Smart Store)" to derive major topics from short-term reviews, and then compare the short-term and long-term star ratings of reviews for each topic. By comparing the short-term and long-term star ratings for each subject, we expect to be able to derive insights that help establish sales strategies and develop and improve new products.

        MTHFR C677T 동종접합 유전자 돌연변이가 확인된 신생아뇌경색 1례

        본 증례에서는 호모시스테인 대사과정에 관여되어 있는 효소의 돌연변이인 MTHFR C677T 동종접합체 돌연변이가 있는 신생아에게서 뇌경색 1례를 경험하였기에 보고하는 바이다. C677T mutation in the gene encoding 5,10-methylenetetrahydrofolate reductase (MTHFR) predisposes to hyperhomocysteinemia in vivo and is known to be one of the causes of perinatal ischemic stroke. As MTHFR plays a role in the metabolism of homocysteine, C677T mutation may account for reduced enzymatic activity resulting in hyperhomocysteinemia. This may be prevented by introducing activity-enhancing coenzymes such as folic acid, vitamin B6, and B12. Though C677T mutation is known as a significant risk factor for cerebral infarction, reported cases of cerebral infarction among affected neonates are scarce. This report describes a case of a neonate homozygous for C677T mutation who had a perinatal ischemic stroke, born in a mother whose folic acid and nutritional consumption had been reduced during pregnancy.
