      • 고등학교 체육수업의 교수행동과 실제학습시간에 관한 조사연구

          This study aims to examine a physical education teacher"s instruction activities by analyzing students" learning activities and testifying the instruction"s efficiency. For this objective, 10 high school teachers and 10 students in Busan took part in the record analysis of teaching behaviors and academic learning time. The data were statistically processed by the SPSS/PC+ V11.0 program. The findings are as follows :<BR>  1. A physical education teacher"s instruction activities were in the order of teaching & guiding(18.28%), class management(17.06%), supervision(16.28%), corrective feedback(8.06%), demonstration(7.11 %), positive technical feedback (5.06%), and negative technical feedback(4.78%). More than a half(that is, 51.62%) in the first three parts means no diverse use of supplementary materials, unsystematic use of time operation, and no provision of task-oriented learning. Students" learning activities appeared in the order of athletic performance(27.00%), knowledge(25.67%), waiting(21.50%), movement(13.72%), operation(9,61%), and non-task activities(2.50%). The low amounts of academic learning time brought about a relative decrease of students" joining and corrective feedback.<BR>  2. In the relationships between a teaching behaviors and learners" academic learning time, there was positive correlation in encouragement, positive technical feedback, corrective feedback, and students" joining. However, negative correlation turned up in teaching & guiding, asking, being idle, and answering. In conclusion, systematic and organic instruction activities were missing because of passive supervision and routine learner activities. That"s why we need efficient roll call, quick movement and cleanup, simple and clear directions, and so forth. Among other negative variables are the higher teacher-student ratio compared with some advanced countries, tough instruction conditions in the playground, insufficient teaching aids and facilities, and the longer waiting time.

        스포츠 프로그램 이용자의 소비행동에 관한 연구

        This research intends to compare and analyze the expectations of the participants of living sports programs provided by social education centers(or extensions or lifelong education centers) attached to some universities. It also aims to reveal what the program customers want to be improved in program management as the basic data for the successful activities of the centers to meet local residents' diverse desires and needs. The subjects were 506 members in the centers' sports facilities in the Busan area, and the questionnaire method was adopted and statistically treated. The results through the analytical are as the follows. 1. Demographically speaking, there were 207 males(40.9%) and 299 females(59.1%). Those in their 20s were 148(29.2%), 30s 189(37.4%), 40s 122(24.1%), and above 50s 47(9.3%). So people in their thirties show the greatest participation rate. The sports program members by job division were in the order of housewives(168, 33.2%), office workers(146, 28.9%), students(91, 18.0%), independent enterprisers(76, 15.0%), and administrators (25, 4/9%). 2. The most popular sports program was swimming(221, 43.7%), followed by physical fitness training(179, 35.4%), tennis(42, 8.3%), aerobics (30, 5.9%), squash(28, 5.5%), and dance-sports(6, 1.2%). By consumption patterns, 27 used lifelong membership, 90 ticket membership, and 389 short-term membership. 3. In the subjects' expectations before program participation, some significant differences were noticed in leader quality(by age) and sports facilities(by sex and job). But the expectation about the leader's quality obtained the highest score as the most important factor. In conclusion, leader quality serves as a very important factor both in program expectations. So the program leader should be able to deliver theoretical knowledge and practical skills systematically and gradually. In this way. sports program consumers will continue to use various programs, while the social education centers can have an affirmative influence on the progress of regional society.

Specially, philosophy of physical education implication in phenomenology through own life world phenomenology to physical activity and metempirical idealism indicate situation of mind and body monism more strengthen. The kinetic effect and rehabilitation in these phenomenology situation Pilates that harden curative effect strongly could get following conclusion with basis philosophy that is all of body and mind. First, Pilates can confirm body change of balance of position and calibration, curative effect about mitigation of waist pain, physical defect or damage etc. This is speaking lived body that live spontaneously own management enemy of phenomenology through experience. Second, Pilates participant recovers poise of mind through concentration of mind and is quiet, was concentrating effort such as self-denial. This is accepted by model of Husserl phenomenology the mind and body monism enemy who cause physical strengthening through strengthening of mind I can do. Third, realization about fresh aloof self-consciousness of Pilates is peculiar in each single person and I had discriminating time and space consciousness. This mallet that emphasize aloof self-consciousness experience through physical activity, I do together body and the veins Ponty's realization subject enemy.

In conclusion, leader quality serves as a very important factor in Leisure Behavior of Sport Participants at Social Education Center. So the program leader should be able to deliver theoretical knowledge and practical skills systematically and gradually. In this way, sports program consumers will continue to use various programs, while the social education centers can have an affirmative influence on the progress of regional society.

      • 생활체육지도자의 조직행동과 직무만족도에 관한 연구

        This study seeks to analyze and examine factors which affect and leisure leader's organizational behavior. The data for this study were collected at nine sports and leisure training institutes in Busan. At these sites 890 questionaires were distributed to a random sample of sport and leisure leaders. Of these, 849 were used for this study. The results were as follows. 1. Generally all background variables(sex, accupation, age, working conditions and experience of turnover) were related to work-related variables. Education, however, was not so related. Among background variables and organization-related variables, age, marital status and experience of turnover were related to level of pay, organizational commitment and institutional security. 2. The greater the satisfaction with job, working conditions and position, the less the turnover. In the organization-related variables, all variables (level of pay, coworker relations, organizational commitment and institutional security level) had a significant impact on turnover. 3. Work-related variables, organization-related variables, and nonwork- related variables had an impact on turnover intent in all sport categories: taekwondo (42.08%), swimming (32.09%), body-building (30.79%), bowling (29.96%) and golf (27.18%). Also, these variables displayed a significant impact on turnover attempt in all sports categories, except for taekwondo.

      • 볼링시설의 효율적 유치거리에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study was to investingate if an operation of certain sports classes would expand the service radius in area service of Bowling Centers. A questionaire survey was carried out for this purpose, among the participants in area services that were provided in two Bowling Centers in urban areas, where a number of sports services were operated. In this study, the service radii of these two Bowling Centers were expressed in terms of the time required by each participant to come from home to the facility by whatever the means of transportation was employed. As the results of the study, the following conclusion were obtained : 1. The service radii of these facilities were judged to be thirty minutes as the desirable maximum limit, regardless of sex, by whatever the means of transportation was employed by participant. 2. Assuming that these facilities had are service only, not having any sports classes, the service radii of these facilities would have been twenty minutes.

      • 고령자의 스포츠참가와 생활만족도에 관한 연구

        The issues for the aged have been appearing on the stage as the deep social problems since the end of 1970's when our communities began to enter into high level industry, which were concerned by people in modern times. The starting time to study on the aged in Korea was from the 1960's. Moreover, it was lively proceeded during the end of the 1970's and the 1980's. At first, it mainly dealt medical issues for them, then, spread up to their social concerns later. This study was to research about the participating type of the aged' leisure, sports activities, as well as its changable relationships with life satisfaction on the premise regarding the necessity of positive practice toward leisure and its participation as the positive solution scheme from the aged' issues, which was based on the social concerns related with the aged. According to the questionary method, to select the main group who were over 60-years-old, men and women in Pusan, it was studied and analyzed regarding the realities of the aged's leisure activities, the participating attitude in sports, the relationships between the degree of satisfaction life when participating in sports activities and the life satisfaction. The results were as follows ; 1. Among the low ranking scopes of the participating attitude in sports, in case of participating in sports for the self-training of character-building themselves, it significantly had and effect on the satisfaction of life. 2. In case of building their own character through sports activities, it had the highest effect on the satisfaction of life. 3. The satisfaction of sporting activities in their childhood had and effect on the life satisfaction.
