FTMT 처리에 의한 2024 A1 합금의 경화현상과 마모특성
安仁燮 空軍士官學校 1982 論文集 Vol.15 No.-
A Study has been performed on the effect of FTMT on the wear and aging hardness of 2024 aluminium alloys. Four different FTMT, T-H, T-AH, T-AAH, T-AHA have been applied in this study. The experimental results showed that the aging hardness was increased by the T-AAH, and T-AHA, and also T-AAH had lower hardness than the T-AHA, T-AT but has the similar wear loss with the T-AHA, and also T-AH had higher hardness than T-AAH, but had the higher wear loss than T-AAH. It was believed that the conspicious decrease of wear loss by T-AAT, T-AHA was due to the small homogeneous particles.
The Reformation in Palatinate and its Characteristic Features
안인섭 CHONGSHIN UNIVERSITY 2022 CHONGSHIN REVIEW Vol.27 No.-
This article researched into the history and theology of the Reformation of Palatinate-Zweibrücken, which was a part of Palatinate. Further, the Reformation of Palatinate, which occurred and progressed during the periods of the Electors Ludwig V, Frederick II, and Otto-Henry was studied in details. Becasue the Electors of Palatinate pursued a smooth and balancing policy that avoided stipulations, the Reformation in Palatinate progressed gradually with a long incubation period. Based on the research above, we can find out the typical characteristics of the Reformation in Palatinate in those days. The Reformation in Palatinate was decided with the Protestant confession without any exclusive limitations on Luther’s theology. Indeed in Palatinate territories Reformation movement was based on the Upper German-Strasbourg models, as in the case of Schwebel’s activities in Zweibrücken. Further, the reforming steps of Elector Frederick II and Elector Otto Henry for Neuburg came from Philipp Melanchthon in Wittenberg. However, it did not mean that they made a long distance from Luther and his Reformational theology. On the contrary the Reformation in Palatinate showed the integration of Upper German and Melanchthonic impulses with the theological doctrine shaped by Luther. Therefore, it was clearly evident that this striving for a synthetic theology in Palatinate demonstrated the trend for making a balance between the theology of Luther and Melanchthon as well as the influences of Bucer and Johannes Brenz. Thus, Reformation refugees from the whole Europe were able to gather in these areas, and various Reformational beliefs and worship were practiced and strengthened by them.

In the present study, $TiO_2$ imbedded composite powders have been successfully prepared from the (Cu. Zn)/$TiO_2$ composite salt solution. The composite (Cu, Zn)/$TiO_2$ powders were formed by drying the solution at 200~$600^{\circ}C$ in the hydrogen atmosphere. Photocatalytic characteristics was evaluated by detecting the decomposition ratio of aniline blue with UV-visible spectrophotometer(Shimazu Co., UV-1601). Phase analysis of (Cu, Zn)/$TiO_2$ composite powders was carried out by XRD and DSC, and powder size was measured with TEM. The mean particle size of composite powders was about 100mm. As the reduction temperature increases, a few zinc sulfide and oxide phases was formed and copper oxide phase was reduced. The decomposition ratio of aniline blue was about 80% under the UV irradiation by the TiO$_2$ phase in the composite (Cu, Zn)/$TiO_2$ powders and similar decomposition ratio of 80% was obtained at the UV lightless condition by virtue of Cu and Zn compounds.

NiAl alloy powders were prepared by mechanical alloying method and bulk specimens were produced using hot isostatic pressing techniques. This study focused on the transformation behavior and properties of Ni-Al mechanically alloyed powders and bulk alloys. Transformation behavior was investigated by differential scanning calorimeter (DSC), XRD and TEM. Particle size distribution and microstructures of mechanically alloyed powders were studied by particle size analyzer and scanning electron microscope (SEM). After 10 hours milling, XRB peak broadening appeared at the alloyed powders with compositions of Ni-36at%Al to 40at%Al. The NiAl and $Ni_3Al$ intermetallic compounds were formed after water quenching of solution treated powders and bulk samples at $1200^{\circ}C$, but the martensite phase was observed after liquid nitrogen quenching of solution treated powders. However, the formation of $Ni_3Al$ intermetallic compounds were not restricted by fast quenching into liquid nitrogen. It is considered to be caused by fast diffusion of atoms for the formation of stable $\beta$(NiAl) phase and $Ni_3Al$ due to nano sized grains during quenching. Amounts of martensite phase increased as the composition of aluminium component decreased in the Ni-Al alloy, which resulted in the increasing damping properties.
