피부노화 인식이 이너뷰티 구매 행동의도에 미치는 영향 연구

There has been a rising demand for rational and professional skincare habits to slow down or prevent skin aging. Under these circumstances, inner-beauty products have recently played a major trend. This study attempted to investigate the perception of skin aging and inner-beauty product purchase behavior intention-related factors against adult women and analyze their correlations, and the results found the followings: First, the perception of skin aging had a statistically significant influence on inner-beauty purchase behavior intention. Second, the perception of skin aging revealed a statistically significant effect on skincare behavior. Third, skincare behavior affected inner-beauty purchase behavior intention with statistical significance. Fourth, skincare behavior between perception of skin aging and inner-beauty purchase behavior intention revealed a statistically significant influence as a mediator variable. The above results confirm that perception of skin aging and skincare behavior such as use of cosmetics have an influence on inner-beauty purchase behavior intention. It is anticipated that the study results would be available as basic data for developing inner-beauty products and marketing strategies.

지방공기업 직접경영과 간접경영의 성과에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 비교연구

지방공기업의 수와 기능은 확대되고 있지만, 지방자치단체가 50% 이상 출자한 전국 지방공기업의 부채는 2005년 12조6000억 원이던 것이 2010년 46조4000억원으로 증가한 것과 같이 계속해서 지방공기업의 부채가 높아지고 있는 실정이다. 이에 따른 지방공기업의 심각한 부채가 문제로 제기되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 앞서 언급했듯이 지방공기업이 어떤 경영방식을 가지고 있는가에 따라 운영 및 성과의 차이가 존재하기 때문에, 지방공기업을 직영기업과 간적경영기업으로 구분하여 각 경영특성별 성과를 제고할 수 있는 정책적 제언을 목표로 한다. 이를 위해 경영평가 결과 및 결산 자료를 중심으로 경기도의 지방공기업을 직영과 간접경영으로 나누어 지방공기업 성과에 영향을 미치는 요인을 비교분석할 것이다.

지방공기업의 수익성에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구: 경기도 지방공기업을 중심으로

2011년 말 기준 전국 133개 지방공기업의 부채비율이 138%에 이르는 등 지방공기업의 부채가 계속해서 늘어나면서 방만 운영의 문제가 제기되고 있다. 지방공기업이 제공하는 서비스의 공공성만으로 이러한 문제가 도외시되어서는 안 되며, 지방공기업의 경영효율성을 제고하여 공공성과 기업성의 조화를 통하여 성과 개선에 관심을 기울여야 할 것이다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 문제의식을 가지고 지방공기업의 성과에 영향을 미치는 요인들의 분석을 연구목적으로 설정하였다. 지방공기업의 성과로 공공성과 수익성을 말할 수 있는데, 앞서 제기했던 문제의식을 가지고 수익성에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하고자 한다. 연구방법으로는 먼저, 지방공기업의 성과와 관련된 이론적 고찰과 선행연구들의 검토를 통해 지방공기업의 수익성에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 탐색하였다. 그리고 지방공기업의 수익성에 관한 실증자료를 활용하여 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과, 지방공기업의 수익성 변수들에 경영평가요인들은 전반적으로 정의 영향을 미치고, 부채비율은 수익성에 부의 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 특이한 것은 관리업무비 비율이 수익성과 정의 관계로 나타났는데, 이는 지방공기업을 분류하여 살펴보았을 때 직접경영방식으로 운영되는 상·하수도의 경우 수익성에 부의 영향을 미치지만, 간접경영방식으로 운영되는 공사·공단에서만 정의 관계로 나타난 것을 보았을 때 공단의 사업다각화로 인해 사업비와 관련된 관리업무비 지출이 증가하여 나타난 결과로 분석되어졌다. At the end of year 2011, debt ratio of 133 local public enterprise rose up to 138% and debt of local public enterprise increased continuously and a problem about reckless management has been brought up. This kind of problem should not be disregarded just because basic nature of local public enterprise is public good, not private good. To solve this financial problem, we need to be paid attention on improvement of outcome by improving effectiveness of management balancing of public good-nature and profit seeking character. In this research, we attempts to find the critical factors which has an effect on the outcome of local public enterprise focusing on profitability. To find the important factors, we used multiple regression analysis with analytical framework set up by considering previous studies and proof data from performance evaluation of local public enterprises in Gyeonggi Provice The results of the evaluation were that the factors of management evaluation definitely effected the factors of outcome of local public enterprise overall and that the debt ratio had an effect on the wealth of the outcome. The interesting thing is that the ratio of management work was seen as the outcome and definite relationship.

연작업자들의 신기능 평가에서 요중 δ-aminolevulinic acid 측정의 의의

To clarify the effect of occupational lead exposure on renal function 241 lead workers working and 56 non lead workers were studied in 5 lead acid battery industries. Study variables for renal effect were urinary N-acetyl-β-D-glucosaminidase(NAG), urinary total protein(U-TP), blood urea nitrogen(BUN), serum creatinine(S-Cr), and serum uric acid(S-Ua). On the other hand, blood lead(PbB), zinc protoporphyrin in whole blood(ZPP), and delta-aminolevulinic acid in urine(δ-ALA) were selected for the variables of lead exposure. Information on age, work duration, smoking and drinking history were also obtained. The results obtained were as follows. While the mean values of lead exposure indicators of lead workers were significantly different from non-exposed ones, the mean values of BUN, U-TP and S-Cr of renal function indicators of exposed were also different from non-exposed. BUN, U-TP and NAG showed statistically significant correlation with PbB and ZPP, and NAG revealed also statistically strongly significant correlation with δ-ALA. On multiple regression using renal fuction indicators as a dependent variable and δ-ALA, age, work duration,lead exposure,smoking and drinking as independent variables, only δ-ALA contributed to NAG.

21세기 국가발전과 국민통합을 위한 지방행정체제 개편에 관한 연구:성공사례를 중심으로

이 연구는 국가발전과 국민통합에 있어서 지방행정체제 개편의 중요성을 인식하는 가운데 최근에 유일하게 지방행정개편에 성공한 창원시를 사례을 분석하고자 한다. 이 사례분석을 통하여 지방행정체제개편에 있어서의 성공요인과 더불어 개편에 장애가 되는 요인, 즉 문제점은 무엇인지 살펴보고자 한다. 이러한 성공과 실패요인분석을 통해 앞으로 지방행정체제개편이 본격적으로 확산될 때 고려해야 시사점들을 제시하고자 한다. 지방행정구역 개편의 성공을 종속변수로 놓고 이에 대한 독립변수로 행정절차적, 정치적, 경제적 관점에서 살펴보고자 한다. 이를 통해 앞으로 이루어질 지방행정체제 개편이 성공할 수 있도록 이끌어낼 수 있는 정책적 제언을 할 수 있을 것이라 생각한다.

정책갈등의 원인과 주요영향요인에 관한 연구: 하남시 광역화장장 사례를 중심으로

지방자치제도의 본격적인 실시와 함께 시민들이 주체적으로 시정에 참여할 수 있는 길이 열리게 되었지만 시민들의 활발한 정책 참여와 다양화된 의견제안의 형태는 정책결정과정에 있어서 정책갈등의 한 원인으로 작용하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 하남시 광역화장장 갈등 사례를 통해 정책갈등과정에서 나타나는 참여자들의 입장과 동기에 대해 연구하기 위해 참여자들의 행태에 영향을 미치는 요인을 사회적, 경제적, 정치적, 외부환경적 요인으로 나누어 분석하였다. 분석 결과 사회적 요인, 경제적 요인, 정치적 요인, 외부환경적 요인 모두 개별적 혹은 복합적으로 정책참여자들의 행태에 영향을 미치는 것을 파악할 수가 있었다. 또한 정책참여자들의 활발하고 다양해진 참여가 정책과정에 순기능적으로 활용되기 위해서는 참여자 간 합의와 이해형성이 선행되어야 한다는 결론을 얻을 수 있었다.
