A New Species of the Genus Tetilla (Spirophorida: Tetillidae) from Korea

A new species in the genus Tetilla, Tetilla hwasunensis n. sp. was collected from Hwasun Harbor, Jejudo Island in 2009. This species differs from T. serica its lack of spherules and from T. radiate by having sigmaspires. Description and figures of the new species are provided.

Two Marine Sponges of the Family Ancorinidae (Demospongiae: Astrophorida) from Korea

Two sponges, Stelletta subtilis (Sollas, 1886) and Stryphnus sollasi n. sp., were collected from depth of 24-30m at Jeju-do Island and Chuja-do Island by SCUBA diving from July 2003 to June 2010. The new species Stryphnus sollasi n. sp is similar with Stryphnus niger Sollas, 1886 in the composition of spicules, however they differ in colour and spicule size. This new species has smaller oxeas and larger oxyasters than those of S. niger. This new species has two size categories of oxyaster but S. niger has one size category of oxyaster. The colour of S. sollasi n. sp is white, but the latter puce black. Stelletta subtilis (Sollas, 1886) is first recorded in Korean fauna.

혈액응고인자를 함유하는 생체흡수성 폴리비닐피롤리돈 나노섬유시트 지혈제의 개발

본 연구에서는 생체친화적이고 보관 및 사용이 편리한 동시에 우수한 지혈능을 가지는 지혈제를 개발하고자염화칼슘과 트롬빈이 함유된 폴리비닐피롤리돈(PVP) 나노섬유형 지혈제를 제조하였다. 나노섬유의 미세구조, 원소함량비, 혈액응고인자의 분산도는 전자현미경과 에너지분산형 분광분석법을 통해 확인하였다. PVP 나노섬유에 포함된 트롬빈 및 염화칼슘의 비율에 따른 in vitro 전혈응고실험에서 5.5 mg/mL 염화칼슘 및 500 units/mL 트롬빈을함유한 샘플의 지혈능이 가장 높게 나타났으며, 세포생존율 90% 이상의 낮은 세포독성을 나타내었다. In vivo Sprague-Dawley(SD) rat 간출혈 모델 실험에서도 나노섬유 지혈제는 대조군보다 감소된 출혈시간과 출혈량을 보여주었다. 염화칼슘과 트롬빈이 함유된 PVP 나노섬유시트는 고성능 지혈제로 의료현장에서의 활용이 기대된다.

A New Species of Genus Cinachyrella (Spirophorida: Tetillidae) from Korea

A new marine sponge Cinachyrella unjinensis n. sp. has been collected from Jejudo Island in 2009. This new species is similar to C. kuekenthali (Uliczka, 1929) in the shape and composition of the spicules except for style. However, it differs from the latter by size of anatriaenes, protriaenes and microxeas.

상담 전공 내담자가 경험한 상담자 진정성과 치료적 변화에 관한 질적 연구

The purpose of this study was to identify the components of how clients perceive the counselors’ authenticity in actual counseling, and to examine the therapeutic changes and processes related to the counselors’ authenticity. In-depth interviews were conducted with 12 clients majoring in counseling at graduate school, and as a result of analyzing using the Grounded theory approach, 57 concepts, 40 sub-categories, and 14 categories were derived. The major results of this study are as follows: first, the components of counselor authenticity perceived by clients were identified as ‘honesty’, ‘sincere attitude’, and ‘heartfelt caring’. Second, counselors’ authenticity was found to bring about deeper and generalized therapeutic changes when a deep level of acceptance and empathy for the client was accompanied. Finally, therapeutic changes in counselors’ authenticity were found to be ‘increasing self-understanding and acceptance’, ‘generalization of authenticity modeling’, and ‘increasing initiative in coping with problems’. This study contributed to the increase of the practical knowledge of the counselors’ authenticity by identifying the therapeutic value of authenticity and factors, and provided the implications to education and training for novice counselors. 본 연구는 실제 상담에서 내담자들이 상담자의 진정성을 어떻게 인식하는지 그 구성요인들을 확인하고, 상담자 진정성과 관련된 치료적 변화와 그 과정에 대해 살펴보고자 수행되었다. 이를 위해 대학원에서 상담을 전공하고 있는 내담자 12명을 대상으로 심층면접을 실시하였고, 질적 연구 방법 중 근거이론 접근법을 사용하여 분석한 결과, 57개의 개념과 40개의 하위범주, 그리고 14개의 범주가 도출되었다. 주요 연구결과로는, 첫째 내담자가 인식하는 상담자 진정성의 구성 요인은 ‘진솔성,’ ‘진심어린 태도,’ ‘정성스런 돌봄’으로 확인되었다. 둘째 상담자 진정성은 내담자에 대한 깊은 수준의 수용과 공감이 동반될 때 더 깊고 일반화된 치료적 변화를 가져오는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 상담자 진정성의 치료적 변화로는 ‘자기이해와 수용의 증가’, ‘진정성 모델링의 일반화’, ‘문제 대처에 대한 적극성 증가’로 나타났다. 본 연구는 실제 상담에서 내담자가 경험한 상담자 진정성과 치료적 변화에 대해 면밀히 살핌으로써, 진정성이 가지는 치료적 가치와 관련 요인들을 확인하고 초심상담자의 훈련과 교육에 대한 시사점을 제공하였다는데 그 의의가 있다.

Two Sponges of Family Tethyidae (Demospongiae: Hadromerida) from Korea

A new marine sponge in the family Tethyidae,Tethya uljinensis n. sp. was collected from Uljin, Korea in2007. Halicometes koreana in the family Tethyidae wasredescribed. Tethya uljiensis n. sp. is closely to .in skeletal structure and spicule composition. But, it differs inthe size of spicules (stronyloxea) and shape of oxyaster.
