선진 사례 벤치마킹을 통한 국내 모듈러 건축 시공 프로세스 제안

본 연구의 목적은 모듈러 건축 프로젝트를 수행하는데 발생할 수 있는 위험요인을 도출하고, 해외 선진사례 분석을 통해 도출한 관리요소를 벤치마킹함으로써 국내 적용 가능한 모듈러 건축 시공 프로세스를 제안하는 것이다. 본 연구를 수행하기 위해 해외 대표적인 모듈러 건축 사례인 미국 애틀랜틱 야드 B2 프로젝트를 분석하고 내용분석법을 통해 모듈러 건축 시공 단계에서 발생할 수 있는 위험요인을 도출하였다. 본 연구결과인 모듈러 건축 시공 프로세스를 기반으로 모듈러 건축 설계, 제작 단계부터 시공 단계에 발생되는 위험요인을 고려하여 관리한다면, 시공 과정에서 발생할 수 있는 잠재적인 위험요인을 사전에 방지하고, 시행착오를 줄여 모듈러 건축 시공성도 향상시킬 수 있을 것이다. 또한, 모듈러 건축 프로젝트를 효율적으로 관리함으로써 모듈러 공법의 장점인 공기 단축 및 공사비 절감을 실현하고, 결과적으로 시공품질을 확보하여 모듈러 건축 활성화에 기여할 수 있을 것이다. The purpose of this study is to provide a domestic applicable modular building construction process by benchmarking international best practices. In this study, we derive the risk factors that may occur in performing a modular construction projects and the modular construction management factors through case analysis. In order to effectively respond to risks in performing a modular building projects, we propose the modular building construction process which is separated by a transportation, lifting, assembly steps based on the unit module construction sequence. It is the key to providing management information and guidelines for the design, production, construction participants by reflecting the information for each step in the process. This study would prevent a potential hazard which may occur in the construction process. Consequently, It could result in saving the entire cost of modular construction project as shortening the project schedule and could improve workability of modular construction.

모듈러 공법의 시공 프로세스 기반 시공 오차 관리 의사 결정 모델

최근 모듈러 공법을 활용한 중 고층 건축 기술이 개발되면서 현장 시공 오차 관리의 중요성이 부각되었다. 모듈러 공법은 공장 생산 특성 때문에 현장에서 시공 오차를 조정하는 것이 매우 제한적이다. 따라서 시공 오차를 사전에 예방하기 위해서는 모듈러 공법 특성을 반영한 관리 방안이 필요하며 각 단계별 공사 참여자의 의사 결정이 중요하다. 이에 본 연구에서는 모듈러 공사 시공 오차 요인을 분석하고, 시공 프로세스 기반의 시공 오차 관리 방안 의사 결정 지원 모델을 제안하였다. 본 연구의 결과물은 모듈러 공사 참여자가 시공 오차 관리 방안을 도출하는데 가이드라인 역할을 할 수 있을 것이라 기대한다. Recently, the development of middle and high-rise building technology using modular construction method has emphasized the importance of site construction error management. The modular construction method is very limited to adjust the construction error in the field because of the factory production characteristics. Therefore, in order to prevent the construction error in advance, a management plan reflecting the characteristics of the modular construction method is required, and it is important to make the decision of the construction participant at each stage. This study analyzed the factor of construction error of modular construction and suggested a decision support model for construction error management based on construction process. The result of this study is expected to be a guideline for the modular construction participant to derive the construction error management plan.

안중근이 외친 ‘코레아 후라’의 어원에 대하여 - 세계공통어 에스페란토의 가능성을 중심으로 -

This study aims to clarify the etymology of the exclamation ‘Korea Hura’, which AN Jung-geun shouted right after the assassination of Ito Hirobumi in 1909. The conventional wisdom mostly explains that the etymology was derived from Russian, and only few mention Latin and Esperanto, however, this paper verifies that it was coined from Esperanto, according to the early documents in 1909-1910 and the morphophonological scrutiny on the three languages. Chapter 2 handles the morphophonological examination on Russian, Latin, and Esperanto, based on their linguistic features and transliterated forms found in the early documents. In discord with the conventional wisdom, it is unlikely to see Russian as the origin since it could hardly form any of the transliterated ones, except ‘コレイウラ(korei ura)’, which may be relevant to ‘Корее ура (ko[a]ree ura)’ but does not have a corroborative evidence. The hypothesis on the Latin origin is simply refuted by the fact that its form should have been ‘Vivat Corea’, which is far from ‘Korea Hura’. Only Esperanto has both of ‘Korea’ and ‘Hura’ in its vocabulary and can grammatically form ‘Korea Hura’. Chapter 3 handles the philosophical probability that AN chose Esperanto. His autobiography, 『안응칠 역사』, says “learning a foreign language makes one a slave under the country where the language belongs, so I stopped learning French.”, and his incomplete book 『동양평화론』(Oriental Pacifism) shows strong hostility toward the Russian Empire, which makes improbable for AN to form the exclamation with Russian. As a result, Esperanto, the language of peace and neutrality, was chosen, even though AN was not its speaker.

Objective: The purpose of this report was to provide the information about activity and safety of Ssanghwa-tang by analyzing domestic papers and theses about Ssanghwa-tang. Methods: Domestic papers and theses related to Ssanghwa-tang were reviewed and analyzed. These papers were then classified by year, experimental method, and activity subject. Results: The following results were obtained in this study. 1. The study of Ssanghwa-tang started from 1981 and continued steadily 1990s and it was decreased 2000s. 2. The paper of Ssanghwatang was entire domestic paper, 20 volumes. 3. In classified by experimental method and animal of Ssanghwa-tang paper, more than a half study used rat in vivo experiment. Furthermore clinical experiments were performed about anti-fatigue effect of Ssanghwa-tang and Ssanghwatang was proved a safety herbal medicine in acute toxicity experiment. 4. Decursin, glycyrrhizin, paeoniflorin were determined in Ssanghwa-tang by using HPLC analysis. 5. As these studies were classified by subject, papers related to anti-fatigue effect were most abundant by 7 papers. Besides there were several papers related to liver funtion, anti-inflammatory, alleviation, smooth muscle relaxation effect and so on. 6. According to experimental data, it is supported that Ssanghwa-tang was safety herbal medicine and it has a several activity about anti-fatigue, anti-inflammatory, alleviation, smooth muscle relaxation. Conclusion : Many study of basic science experiments and clinical experiments were performed and reported on Ssanghwa-tang in domestic journal. Ssanghws-tang is being used in various ways associating with anti-fatigue. anti-inflammatory. alleviation and smooth muscle relaxation. furthermore Ssanghwatang was proved a safety herbal medicine in acute toxicity experiment. However, studies on randomized controlled trials of Ssanghwatang need to be completed at the clinical level.
