PLEIADES 영상을 활용한 비접근지역의 1/5,000 수치지형도 제작 가능성 평가

This paper evaluated the possibility for 1/5,000 digital topographic mapping by using PLEIADES images of0.5m GSD(Ground Sampling Distance) resolution that has recently launched. Those results of check points byapplying the initial RPC(Rational Polynomial Coefficient) of PLEIADES images came out as; RMSE of thosewere X=±1.806m, Y=±2.132m, Z=±1.973m. Also, if we corrected geometric correction using 16 GCP(GroundControl Point)s, the results of RMSE became X=±0.104m, Y=±0.171m, Z=±0.036m, and t he RMSE of checkpoints were X=±0.357m, Y=±0.239m, Z=±0.188m; which of those results indicated the accuracy of standardadjustment complied in error tolerances of the 1/5,000 scale. Additionally, we converted coordinates of points,obtained by TerraSAR. for comparing with measurements from GPS(Global Positioning System) surveying. TheRMSE of comparing converted and GPS points were X=±0.818m, Y=±0.200m, Z=±0.265m, which confirmed thepossibility for 1/5,000 digital topographic mapping with PLEIADES images and GCPs. As method of obtainingGCPs in unaccessible area, however, the outcome evaluation of GCPs extracted from TerraSAR images was notacceptable for 1/5,000 digital topographic mapping. Therefore, we considered that further researches are neededon applicability of GCPs extracted from TerraSAR images for future alternative method. 본 연구에서는 최근 서비스화 된 PLEIADES의 GSD 0.5m 영상을 이용하여 1/5,000 수치지형도 제작의 가능성을 평가하였다. PLEIADES 영상의 초기 RPC 계수를 적용한 결과, 검사점에 대한 RMSE가 X=±1.806m, Y=±2.132m, Z=±1.973m이며, 초기 RPC 계수와 지상기준점 16점으로 기하보정한 결과, RMSE가 X=±0.104m, Y=±0.171m, Z=±0.036m이며, 검사점에 대한 RMSE는 X=±0.357m, Y=±0.239m, Z=±0.188m로 1/5,000 수치지형도 제작에 대한 허용오차의 기준에 부합하는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 또한, TerraSAR 기준점을 평가하여 활용 가능성 여부를 확인하기 위해 좌표 변환하여 GPS 측량성과와 비교한 결과, RMSE가 X=±0.818m, Y=±0.200m, Z=±0.265m의 결과를 도출하였다. 본 연구 결과로 PLEIADES 영상과 정확한 지상기준점을 이용하면 1/5,000 수치지형도 제작이 가능하다는 것을 확인하였으며, 비접근 지역의 수치지형도 제작을 위한 기준점 확보 방안으로TerraSAR 기준점을 평가한 결과, 1/5,000 수치지형도를 제작하기 위한 기준점에는 부합하지는 않았지만, 향후 대안으로써 TerraSAR 기준점을 활용하는 방안에 대하여 추가 연구가 필요하다고 사료된다.
Clozapine-유발성 무과립구증의 G-CSF 치료경험 1례 : A Case Report

Clozapine is an atypical antipsychotics that has been shown to be effective in treating patients with refractory schizophrenia and those with intolerance to currently available antipsychotics. It also appears to be less likely to cause extrapyramidal symptoms and tardive dyskinesia. But clozapine has been associated with an agranulocytosis. The mechanism of clozapine-induced agranulocytosis is unknown. Several mechanisms, involving either toxicity of the drug and/or metabolite or immune-mediated processes, have been proposed. We report a successful treatment case of clozapine-induced agranulocytosis with granulocyte-colony stimulating factor(G-CSF). Clozaril Patient Monitoring System(CPMS) is the best method for prevention and early detection. The management of clozapine-induced agranulocytosis should include prompt, and daily assessment of the absolute neutrophil count(ANC), prompt discontinuation of clozapine, reverse isolation, consultation with a hematologist, infectious disease specialist, and administration of prophylactic antibiotics are need for prevention of secondary infection. Early use of G-CSF or GM-CSF can shorten the hospitalization period and life-threatening period.
대체냉매를 이용한 가정용 냉장고의 시스템 특성에 관한 연구

A domestic refrigerator is composed of many components such as a compressor, evaporator, capillary tube, and the cabinet which plays a great role on the cycle performance, even if it is not the basic component part in the cycle. Recently, the restriction policy on the energy-saving and environmentally friendly refrigerator is reinforced in our nation as well as developed countries. Therefore, in this paper, cycle simulations and experiments were carried out ito understand the characteristics of the cycle performance using CFC 12, HFC 134a, and HC 600a and to know how changes in UA(overall heat transfer coefficients$\times$ heat transfer area) of evaporator, the position displacement of compressor, and the rpm of fan in the freezing room which has influence on the cycle performance. The result shows that the quantitative values of simulation and experiment are not coincident, but their trend is similar. When HFC 134a and HC 600a were used without the change of design in refrigerator used CFC 12, the performance of system in HC 600a is 30% lower, and the case of HFC 134a is 10% lower than that of CFC 12 on freezing temperature.

The refrigerator consists of many components such as compressor condenser expansion valve evaporator and the cabinet which filled by urethane foam. In this paper the heat leakage of refriger-ator is measured by the new experiment method which is different from a present method, The devi-ation of the UA(overall heat transfer coefficient times area) between the simulation and experiments is about 7-8%. Using the modeling of various components of refrigeration system a performance analysos of CFC 12 and HFC 134a is performed numerically on the UA. As the results of this study according to increase the heat leakage the refrigeration load and mass flow rate of refrigerant are increased. And the increase of the mass flow rate results in the increase of the condensing and evapo-rating temperature. Therefore according to increase of the heat leakage the COP leads to increase because the increase of refrigeration capacity is larger than the increase if compressor power.
