        강바닥판의 피로성능 향상을 위한 다이아프램 구조상세

        강바닥판 교량은 비교적 얇은 강판을 서로 용접에 의해 연결한 구조물로서 많은 양의 용접을 피할 수 없다. 강바닥판의 횡리브 복부판에서는 전단력과 비틀림 모멘트가 작용하는 동시에 종리브의 비틀림으로 인한 면내 면외 변형이 작용하기 때문에 종리브-횡리브 복부판-데크플레이트 교차부 및 횡리브복부판 컷아웃(슬릿)부에서 응력집중 현상이 두드러지게 발생하게 된다. 본 연구에서는 강바닥판 구조형식의 피로성능 향상 효과가 큰 교차부에 스캘럽을 두지 않는 동시에 종리브 내부에 횡리브 복부판면과 일치되게 다이아프램을 설치하면 컷아웃부 및 교차부에서의 응력집중 감소효과가 크며, 특히 다이아프램의 설치가 컷아웃부에서의 응력집중 감소효과에 큰 영향을 미치고 있는 연구결과를 바탕으로 다이아프램 상하부면 곡률반경을 대상으로 매개변수해석을 수행한 결과 피로성능에 영향이 큰 응력집중 감소효과가 큰 최적 다이아프램형상을 도출하였다. 또한 최적 다이아프램 형상을 바탕으로 피로성능 향상에 유리한 다이아프램 최적 설치위치를 도출하였다. Orthotropic steel decks are manufactured by welding thin plates therefore it is inevitable that there are abundant works of welding process. On connection of transverse rib web, crossing point of longitudinal rib, transverse rib and deck plate and cut-out parts of transverse rib are the significant position of stress concentration because of out of plane and oil-canning deformation caused by longitudinal rib distortion with shear force and distortion. At the current research, the crossing point where the orthotropic steel decks's effect of improving fatigue performance are high, not placing scallop and diaphragm which have same plane with transverse rib placed inside of longitudinal rib at the same time, the reduce effects of stress concentration at the cut-out section and the crossing are high. Especially the installation of the diaphragm causing great effects based on research results to stress concentration appearance reduce effects at the cut-out section, putting radius of curvature of the diaphragm's top and bottom as a target, as a result of carrying out the parametric analysis an optimal diaphragm form that has great effects in fatigue performance came to a conclusion. Also based on optimal diaphragm form, an advantage of the diaphragm optimal setting position for improvement of the fatigue performance came to a conclusion.

      • 동하중을 받는 FRAME 구조물의 확률유한요소해석 및 신뢰성해석

        Most dynamic systems have various random properties in excitation and system parameters. Therefore, in this paper, reliability analysis for structural response is proposed fro the linear dynamic system with random properties in both excitation and system parameters. The system parameters and responses with random properties are modeled by the perturbation technique. A displacement and bending moment of frame structure is acquired in Stochastic Finite Element Method Program(SFEMP) and Dynamic Stochastic Finite Element Method Program(DSFEMP) using perturbation method, and Direct Monte Carlo Simulation Program(DMCSP) is used to verify and compare previous results. Comparing outputs of SFEMP and DSFEMP with them of DMCSP, it show that they are similar to each other. Also DMCSP need much time to analyze a complicated structure, but SFEMP and DSFEMP can reduce quite time. In this study, it is assumed that excitations, system parameters and response are Gaussian. The results of response for the analysis are compared to those of numerical simulation. Also the probability of failure are calculated for using Advanced First Order Second Moment(AFOSM) of the general reliability analysis method.

      • 철근비에 따른 철근콘크리트 패널의 비선형 해석

        The nuclear containment structure prevent leaking of the radiation during a loss of coolant (LOCA). In case LOCA, the nuclear containment structures are swelled with internal pressure. Thus the wall of the containment behaves itself like the membrane. In the analysis of the nuclear containment structure, the tension stiffening effect is important part of the nonlinear analysis because the wall is failed by tension force. Biaxial tension test of reinforced concrete panel members modeling a nuclear power plant containment wall members were conducted to investigate the cracking behaviors with regard to the reinforcement ratio and tensile load ratio. This paper is aimed at the investigation of behaviors of the concrete wall panels which are the partial of the reinforced concrete containment walls, and derivation of the stress-strain relation of concrete and reinforcement regarding the variables of reinforcement ratio and tensile load ratio. Panels are investigated the influence of the Hsu-Zhang tension stiffening model. The results from this study would make it possible to predict the cracking stress of concrete reinforcement building by analytical methods regarding Hsu-Zhang tension stiffening model

      • 비대칭 사장교의 정적 및 시공 단계 해석

        The cable-stayed bridges are composed of cables, towers and girders. when the cable-stayed bridges are loaded, the whole structure display very complex behavior due to excessive cable deflection. Eventhough the material in the members of a cable-stayed bridge structure behaviors in a linear elastic manner. the overall load-displacement relationship for the structure will be nonlinear. The nonlinear behavior is a result of: due to the sag caused by their own dead weight and the nonlinear axial and bending force-deformation relationships for the bend members. In the construction stage analysis, some technical approaches and structure safety are needed to stimulate numerically the complicated changes of structural system during construction. In this study static and construction stage analysis is performed and compared. Static and construction stage analysis on unsymmetric Cable-stayed bridge is performed and linear and nonlinear analysis is performed to evaluate the structure characteristics. After Static analysis of final construction stage was performed, construction stage analysis was performed.

      • BIM기반 NATM 터널 설계 지원 자동화 프로그램 개발

        PURPOSES : In this study, a Design Support Automatic Program for NATM (new Austrian tunneling method) tunnels based on BIM that can generate shape information including property information via the development of BIM libraries and the construction of a library design support automatic program is developed. METHODS : In this study, the abovementioned program is developed as an add-in Revit program. AutoDesk's program has the highest utilization rate, and it allows support tools to be added easily. Construction information classification based on WBS(Work Breakdown Structure) is developed. Subsequently, library construction and program development algorithms are developed. RESULTS : The automatic program constructs a library that reflects geometric characteristics through the construction of a library automatic module as well as generates three0-dimensional (3D) shape information by mapping between the constructed library and 3D informal alignment. The proposed program can automatically assemble a constructed library through the development of an algorithm for generating sequences of 3D shape information and automatically place models on a 3D terrain. CONCLUSIONS : The proposed automatic program can be designed and changed easily. It is expected to contribute to improvements in the speed of 3D NATM tunnel modeling and the efficiency of NATM tunnel design.
