일반논문 : 태극기 중국 유래설에 대한 반박

이 논문은 태극기 중국유래설의 현황과 근거를 살펴본 후, 우리 태극기의 독자성에 대해 검토했다. 중국유래설의 근거로 첫째, 운양호사건때 일본으로 파견된 조선 사신들이 황준헌의 『조선책략』으로부터 아이디어를 얻어 조선국기에 대해 생각하기 시작했다는 점, 둘째, 마건충이제의한 흰색 바탕에 태극과 팔괘를 동시에 배치한 도안이 조선의 국기가 되었다는 점, 셋째, 박영효가 고오베로 가는 일본 국적의 배 위에서영국인 선장 제임스(James)와 영국영사 아스톤(Aston)의 도움을 얻어 만들어졌다는 점, 넷째, 조선 문화 중에는 태극의 전통이 없다는 점, 다섯째 대한민국국기선양회가 내세운 고려범종이 조작의 혐의가 짙다는 점으로 요약하고, 여기에 대해 하나하나 반박했다. 아울러 태극기가 우리 고유의 것임을 밝히기 위해 태극기를 태극문양과 사괘, 그리고 색깔로 나누어 그 속에 깃든 우리의 고유성을 밝혔다. 태극문양은 그 형태가 중국의 것과 다름을 밝히고, 중국의 태극문양이지상의 변화를 도시한 것인데 반해 우리의 태극은 천상의 변화를 도시한 것임을 밝혔다. 태극기의 색깔은 오행의 이론을 따르지 않고 무지개색깔을 사용함으로써 광명을 중시한 민족적 에토스가 드러나 있음을 밝혔다. 태극기의 4괘는 원래 민족적 신앙이었던 천지신명과 4마리 봉황이『주역』의 외피를 빌어 표현된 것임을 밝혔다. This paper is a study on the origin of Korea`s national flag. Recently the opinions that the Korean national flag is originated from China are pervasive. In this study, at first examine the theoretical basis of this opinions, which can be summerized four points. First, the Korean envoys dispatched to Japan started to think about Taegeukgi after reading Hwangjun-heon`s "Korea maneuver". Second, a white background Taegeuk and Pakua designed by Magianchung(馬建忠) became Korea`s national flag. An the third, Taegeukgi has been created by Park-younghyo(朴泳孝) on the boat for Kobe under the help of the British Captain James and the British consul Aston. Fourth, there is no tradition of Taegeuk in the Korea culture. In this paper, above four arguments are refuted one by one. Also revealed that In the Taegeuki our national uniqueness is infused. The Taegeuk diagram used in the Taegeuki is different from that of China. China`s Taegeuk diagram illustrate the change in the ground, whereas our Taegeuk illustrate the change in the sky. And the color of Flags use the rainbow colors that reveals the emphasis of national etos, do not follow the theory of Five Elements(五行).

Manpower issues heavily affect work efficiency and job satisfaction; directly resolving these issues requires establishing improvement measures to address the supply and demand of labor in each industry. The purpose of this study aims to address job satisfaction of female employees working in design offices. Upon analysis, research revealed that overall job satisfaction was at a normal range, although in major categories like personal environment, dissatisfaction levels were high. When examining the degree of dissatisfaction by position, it was discovered that assistant managers experienced the highest level of dissatisfaction followed by the employee section heads. Depending on current job satisfactory levels, many female employees were willing to change jobs or retire early. Particularly, competent female employees in lower-level design positions had the most potential to quit on short notice, undeniably contributing to future manpower issues. After examining the improvement requirements of female employees and reflecting on international benchmarking cases, a proposed plan targeting job satisfaction must first focus on personal environment then on workplace atmosphere and organizational culture. The results of this study can be used as basic data for related research topics; however, detailed analysis is limited due to the lack of various variables related to size, age, and gender. Therefore, a future follow-up study will be conducted to complement this topic of work satisfaction among female employees in current design firms.

광승리 연안의 연안범람기원퇴적층 형성과 변화 과정에 대한 연구 - 퇴적물의 매몰연대와 화학분석을 기반으로 -

As part of further study on Gwangseungri coastal deposits which occurred at 10 ~ 15m above sea level and was analyzed as palaeo-coastal flood-type sediments, six burial ages of six additional samples from the two cross sections (KST1 and, KST2) near to the points of the past study were estimated and the geochemical analysis was performed. Further investigation on the cross section KST1 revealed a reversal of the burial age at the bottom of the section which was identified as palaeo-flooding sediments and supposed to have been buried about 350 years ago. At the lower part of the KST1, the burial age of the sediment layer was estimated to be 3,800 years. The lower part of KST2 sediments was identified as sediments that was formed about 6,600 years ago and about 20,000 years ago. Considering the inclination of the sediment layers, the coastal flooding sediments reported to have formed 700 years ago in the previous study are located at the top and the KST1 section analyzed in this study seemed to be connected to the lower part. The chemical analysis showed that the relationship between these layers was not continuous but had a discontinuous characteristic influenced by a specific event, and the chemical composition also showed a rapid change. If we judge these together, the lowest part of Gwangseungri sediment layer seemed to have formed during the last glacial period but it was hard to find its origins clearly. On top of this layer, a fine sediment layer containing gravels was also formed. It seemed that sedimentation did not occur continuously, but was affected by temporary events in such a way that after a sediment layer was formed, it stopped. Since then, a coastal flooding event occurred about 700 years ago, and part of flooded sediments accumulated in the rear slope. After that, when a flood layer including additional granular materials about 350 years ago was formed, sedimentation along the slope seemed to have occurred.

企劃論文 : 정조(正祖)의 주역관

이 연구는 정조의 문화정책 이면에 그의 주역관이 깔려 있음을 확인하고, 그 내용이 어떠했으며, 무슨 이유로 그가 유독 『주역』에 그렇게 집착했는지, 그리고 그로부터 어떤 주목할 만한 결과가 도출되었는지에 대해 검토했다. 연구 결과 다음과 같은 점을 밝혔다. 1) 정조의 위기의식과 『주역』의 우환의식에 친화성이 있어 『주역』은 정조 경학관의 중심이 될 수 있었다. 정조는 『주역』의 괘효사 중 특히 우환의식이 강하게 드러난 이시나 이상견빙의 경계를 자주 인용했는데, 이는 정치적 위기상황에서 항시 살얼음을 밟듯 살아간 그의 불운한 삶의 반영이었다. 2) 정조는 『주역』의 네 영역을 『계사전』의 분류에 의거해 이(理)-상(象)-수(數)-점(占)으로 대별했지만 실제로 이(理)와 수(數)를 중시했다. 이(理)-수(數) 중심의 역학은 상(象)-점(占) 중심의 역학에 비해 추상적인 원리를 부각시킨 것으로, 정조의 현실세계에 대한 엄격성과 경직성의 반영이었다. 3) 정조는 만물에 내재된 태극을 중시해 이것을 자주 달에 비유하고 스스로 달이라 자임했다. 그러나 달은 태극과 달리 원본이 하나밖에 없는 것으로, 이런 태도는 그의 군주 중심적 권위주의적 사고의 반영이었다. This research confirmed that under King Jeong-Jo`s cultural policy layed his view of I-Ching, and examined how the contents of his view was, and for what reason he deeply attached to I-Ching. And also examined that from them what kind of results was derived of. The product of this study is as below. 1) There was an affinity between King Jeong-Jo`s critical consciousness and the anxiety of I-Cing, so I-Ching was possible to be a center of his view of Chinese Classics. King Jeong-Jo often quoted the awakening of lean-sow or step on frost, this was a reflection of his critical and unfortunate life. 2) King Jeong-Jo though categorized I-Ching into four relm, such as Lee (理)-Shang(象)-Shu(數)-Zhem(占), he actually placed much value on Lee(理)-Shu (數). This was reflection of his strict and stiffness for real society. 3) King Jeong-Jo considered seriously of the Great Absolute which is immanent in all things, and he frequently compared it to a moon, and also pretended himself as a moon. But a moon is different from the Great Absolute in the point that the original moon is only one. Jeong-Jo`s this attitude was reflection of his authoritarianism.

영광 하사리 해안 퇴적층 내의 연안 범람 증거

Sand deposit with shell units is exposed in Hasa-ri, Yeonggwang-gun, Jeonnam province. We investigated the characteristics of sand sediment topography in the Yeonggwang coastal area to collect evidence of the paleo-environmental change. We performed analysis on particle characteristics, chemical composition, and the age of deposition of sediments. The deposit comprise moderately well sorted medium and fine sand (1.00~2.19φ). Various sedimentary structures can be observed. Geochemical characteristics change by depth and the degree of variation with depth is small. The results obtained from OSL dating show that sand layers below shell units are deposited 0.32-0.43 ka. As the elevation of the shell unit far mean high water levels or highest high water level, the extensive shell layers could only have been deposited during storm surge conditions. Aeolian processes are discounted due to the size of clasts and the location at which they occur. Results of age dating of the surrounding deposits indicate shell deposits formed after around 300 years age. There is a distinct difference between sedimentary layers including dark brown-black layer. The sedimentary characters such as particle size and geochemistry show difference with depth. It is presumed that depositional environmental in Hasa-ri has changed several times before. This study is expected to contribute to finding an evidence about occurrence of storm surges.

유아의 인적변인에 따른 독서능력 및 초인지 특성 비교

본 연구는 유아의 인적변인 특성에 따른 유아기 독서능력 및 초인지 특성을 조사 · 분석하는데 그 목적이 있다. 연구대상은 I시에 있는 유치원과 어린이집에 재원중인 만 5세 유아 244명이었다. 유아의 인적변인 및 유아교육기관 교육유형에 따른 독서능력 및 초인지 특성을 알아보기 위하여 t-test, 일원변량분석(ANOVA)을 실시하였으며, 집단 간의 차이를 파악하기 위해 Scheffé 검증을 실시하였다. 본 연구결과는 첫째, 유아의 성별에서 독서능력과 초인지는 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 밝혀졌으며, 여아가 남아보다 높게 나타났다. 둘째, 유아의 형제관계 변인에서도 독서능력, 초인지에서 유의한 차이가 나타났으며, 형제수가 많을수록 높은 점수로 나타났다. 셋째, 부모의 사회적인 위치에 따라 독서능력과 초인지 능력의 차이에서 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 이러한 본 연구의 결과는 유아의 초인지와 독서능력을 예측하는데 유아의 성별, 형제 수, 부모의 사회적인 위치가 주요변인이라는 것을 시사한다. This study investigated the differences among groups in reading abilities and metacognition. The subjects were 244, 5 year old boy and girls enrolled in the kindergarten and the nursery schools in I city. reading abilities, metacognition were used in collection of the data. t-test, one way ANOVA and Scheffé post-hoc test were used to analyzed data. First, there were significant differences in reading abilities and metacognition between boy and girls. Second, there were significant differences in reading abilities and metacognition among the groups of young children’s sibling. Third, there were significant differences in reading abilities and metacognition among the groups of parent’ social position. Therefore, children’s gender and sibling, also their family socioeconomic status variables are the best variables in order to predict Reading Abilities and Metacognition of young children.

통제드라마의 사이코드라마 활용방안

이 논문에서는 협박자, 가련한 자, 심문자, 방관자 등 각기 다른 네 가지 통제드라마의 개념에 대해 살펴보았다. 그리고 이러한 각기 다른 통제드라마의 성격에 따라 사이코드라마를 진행시켜 나갈 수 있는 방안을 제시해 보았다. 통제드라마를 사이코드라마에 활용하기 위해서는 먼저 사이코드라마의 주인공이 자신이 가진 통제드라마를 객관적으로 인식하게 하는 것이 무엇보다 중요하다. 사이코드라마의 디렉터는 보조자와 협력하여 주인공이 상대편의 에너지를 빼앗기 위한 목적으로 통제드라마를 연출할 때 그의 의도를 명확히 밝혀내야 한다. 자신의 의도가 간파당했다는 것을 알게 되면 사이코드라마의 주인공은 통제드라마의 사용을 멈추기 때문이다. 이러한 일련의 재연 과정을 통해 사이코드라마의 주인공들은 자신의 행동 패턴을 객관적으로 바라볼 수 있게 되고 실제 생활에서도 부정적인 통제드라마로부터 벗어날 수 있게 된다. This paper study the four general idea of control drama which is intimidator, victim, questioner, onlooker. And this paper suggested a way of psychodrama according to control drama. A leading character of psychodrama have a objectively understanding of control drama that they have. Director of psychodrama in cooperation with an assistant define a leading character`s plan when direct control drama snatch from energy. A leading character of psychodrama give up use of control drama when they are see through they`s intention. A leading character of psychodrama look at a matter objectively action pattern by themself through psychodrama. And our real-life would be released from a negative control drama.

건설산업의 이미지 평가 키워드 분석

Domestic construction industry is being recognized negative images to the general public and employees from its fault construction, corruption scandals, offering a bribe, 3D jobs, etc. Thus, to suggest its image evaluation keyword in this study, estimating image of domestic construction industry from the public and employees annually, had an interview from different groups, such as an ordering agency composed of expert group, related to construction business, construction industry or association and the research institute or the academic community and analyzed the construction related articles gathered in 5 years from Chosun Newspaper or Hankyoreh Newspaper, having their own identity from its side among several local media. The image evaluation key word from this study can be used as the evaluation item estimating the level of image of construction industry quantitively and expect to used for important basic data finding improvement method for advanced image of construction industry.

Construction industries in South Korea have taken the lead in reconstructing the nation in the ruin of war in past 20C and the pain of poverty, played a role in the foundation of economic development and taken the important responsibility for improving economic development of the nation and the quality of life by establishing industry based facilities and national life based facilities for development of techniques. Recently, they also account for a great part of economic growth of the nation as a provider of foreign currency as there are many orders of overseas constructions by overseas expansion. Construction industries are based on such positive images while they are considered as negative images such as rough work, poor construction and 3D jobs. As they have influenced teenagers who decided their careers in construction industries, there are many issues such as the lack of young technical talented people and the evasion of having a career in construction industries. In this study, we examined the actual images of construction industries, found the problems on current improvement activities of images in domestic construction industries and conducted a study to suggest solutions of improving images of domestic construction industries by conducting a survey with vacational high school students and academic high school students in order to attract young talented people.
