의료분야 관련 도서관의 개념 및 정책분석에 관한 연구

In this study, by extracting all relevant types of libraries in the medical field and analyzing their concepts, the research was to clearly define the names and concepts of libraries related to the medical field being mixed and used, to identify types of library, and to draw related legal improvements. The results of the study are as follows: First, the concepts of libraries in the medical field were organized and the types and relationships between libraries in the medical field were summarized. Second, criteria for currently absent hospital libraries are presented based on domestic and overseas research and standards. Third, In order to revitalize libraries related to medical fields in the future, it is necessary to investigate the actual conditions of libraries related to medical fields. Also, It proposed that public hospitals above the hospital level be made mandatory to set up hospital libraries first through national policy and expand services for patients and careers. 본 연구에서는 의료분야 관련 도서관 유형을 모두 도출하여 각 도서관에 대한 개념을 분석함으로써, 혼용되어 사용되어지고 있는 의료분야 관련 도서관들의 명칭 및 개념을 명확히 정의하고, 도서관 유형 및 관종 구분, 관련한 법적 개선사항 등을 도출하고자 하였다. 그 결과, 첫째, 의료분야 관련 도서관의 개념을 정리하였으며, 의료분야 도서관 간의 유형 및 관계성에 대해 종합정리하였다. 둘째, 현재 부재한 병원도서관의 기준을 국내외 연구 및 기준들을 기반으로 제시하였다. 마지막으로 향후 의료분야 관련 도서관의 활성화를 위해 의료분야 관련 도서관의 실태조사가 필요하며, 국가적 정책의 일환으로 병원급 이상의 공립병원에 우선적으로 병원도서관 설치 의무화를 제안하였다.

병원 내 도서관의 환자 및 보호자를 위한 서비스 활성화 방안 연구

본 연구에서는 환자 및 보호자를 위한 도서관 서비스에 초점을 맞추어 국내 병원 내 도서관 사서들을 대상으로 현재 환자 및 보호자를 위해 수행하고 있는 도서관 서비스 현황과 향후 환자 및 보호자를 위한 도서관 서비스에 대한 인식조사를 실시하였다. 이를 통해 병원 내 환자 및 보호자를 위한 도서관 서비스 활성화 방안을 모색하였으며, 연구결과를 기반으로 다음과 같은 방안을 제안하고자 한다. 첫째, 병원 내 도서관의 의무적 설립을 위한 법 제정과 병원 내 도서관의 규모, 장서, 인력 등에 대한 기준이 제정되어야 한다. 둘째, 향후 국가적 차원에서 병원도서관을 의무적·자발적으로 설립할 수 있는 기반을 마련하기 위해서는 문화체육관광부와 보건복지부의 협력이 필수적이다. 셋째, 지역대표도서관 및 공공도서관, 타 기관과의 연계를 통한 운영이 고려되어야 한다. This study focused on library services for patients and carers and conducted an awareness survey on the current status of library services for patients and carers in hospitals in Korea and on future library services for patients and carers. Through this, the ways to activate library services for patients and carers in the hospital were sought. Based on the results of the study, the research team proposes the following measures: First, the legislation for the mandatory establishment of libraries in hospitals and standards for the size, book collection, and manpower of libraries in hospitals should be enacted. Second, cooperation between the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, and the Ministry of Health and Welfare is essential to lay the foundation for the mandatory and voluntary establishment of hospital libraries at the national level in the future. Third, the operation of regional representative libraries, public libraries, and other institutions should be considered.

병원 내 도서관의 이용자 만족도 및 수요조사에 관한 연구

In this study, to improve the satisfaction of library users in the hospital and to examine how to activate the library in the future, the satisfaction of library, facilities and environment, staff, service, We conducted a demand survey and searched for the operation plan of the library that satisfied the user. As a result, in order to revitalize the library in the hospital, first, in the case of the collection, it is necessary to expand the number of collections of various topics with the latest contents. Second, it is urgent to expand the number of library staff in the hospital. In addition, it is necessary to improve communication expertise based on medical expertise and ability to respond quickly to user requests. Third, it is necessary to expand the size of library and convenience facilities in the hospital by facilities and environment. Fourth, in case of service, it is necessary to improve service quality and provide various services. Experts should provide subject search service, medical information source service, general health information service (patient and carer) according to the user. Finally, in the case of programs, it is necessary to expand the infrastructure for program operation, to diversify the targets, and to extend the program continuity. 본 연구는 병원 내 도서관 이용자의 만족도를 제고시키고 향후 병원 내 도서관의 활성화 방안을 고찰하기 위해, 이용자와 비이용자를 대상으로 장서, 시설 및 환경, 직원, 서비스, 프로그램 등의 만족도 및 수요도를 조사하여, 이용자가 만족하는 도서관의 운영 방안을 모색하고자 하였다. 그 결과, 병원 내 도서관 활성화 방안으로 첫째, 최신성을 갖춘 다양한 주제의 장서 수 확대가 필요하다. 둘째, 병원 내 도서관의 직원 수 확대가 시급하며, 이와 함께 의학 전문 지식 기반 의사소통 능력 향상 및 이용자 요구에 대한 신속한 대응 능력이 필요하다. 셋째, 시설 및 환경으로 병원 내 도서관 규모 확대와 편의시설 확대가 필요하다. 넷째, 서비스 질 향상과 다양한 서비스 제공이 필요하며, 이용자 대상에 따라 전문가는 주제검색서비스, 의학관련 정보원 제공 서비스를, 일반인(환자 및 보호자 등) 건강정보서비스 등을 제공해야 한다. 마지막으로 프로그램 운영을 위한 인프라 확대와 대상의 다양화, 프로그램 지속성 등이 확보되어야 한다.

개에서 Chiari-like malformation에 의한 척수공동수증과 수두증의 발생 1례

A 2.5㎏, 11-year old, intact female mixed breed dog with 1 year history of sporadic seizure was referred to the Veterinary Medical Teaching Hospital of Chungnam National University. There were no significant finding in CBC and serum chemistry. Based on X-ray, CT scan and MRI, it was diagnosed as syringohydromyelia and hydrocephalus caused by Chiari-like mlaformation. Prednisolone, furosemide and phenobarbital was administered orally. Depend on the number and severity of seizure, the dose of phenobarbital was adjusted. Seizure episode was reduced.

충남대학교 부속 동물병원에 내원한 8 마리의 개 모낭충증에 대한 후향적 연구

For restrospective study of canine demodicosis in eight cases diagnosed at Veterinary Medical Teaching Hospital of Chungnam National University between July 2002 and September 2005, incidences of breed, age, sex and season, distributions of clinical form and lesion and treatments protocol were compared. All of 8 dogs were pure breeds and an incidence of the short haired breeds or the dog with short hair clipped was high. It showed an incidence of 6~12 months of age was higher (75%) than above 12 months. Although there was no test for statistical differences on incidences of sex and season, the female had a much higher incidence than do male and incidences of spring and summer were higher than that of autumn or winter. On clinical form, many cases of generalized demodicosis were found and a distribution of juvenile-onset form was higher than that of adult-onset form. For the treatment protocols, an efficacy of ivermectin used orally was good (75%), but the dog with ivermectin sensitivity might be treated with amitraz shampoo or moxidectin topical solution. A therapeutic action on generalized demodicosis can be good by controling a secondary bacterial infection and underlying diseases and relapses must be prevented using continuous a skin scraping test.

공공도서관 복합문화공간의 프로그램 구성체계 및 활성화 방안 연구

본 연구는 공공도서관 내 복합문화공간의 현황 및 운영 중인 프로그램 현황을 파악하기 위한 기초연구로서, 복합문화공간을 구성한 공공도서관을 대상으로 공간유형 및 프로그램 현황을 파악하고, 이를 기반으로 향후 복합문화공간별 프로그램 활성화 방안을 모색하고자 하였다. 이에 복합문화공간을 도서관 내에 구성하고 있는 공공도서관 사서를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며 그 결과, 교육공간, 전시공간, 공연공간이 다수 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 이와 맥락을 같이하여 복합문화공간에서 운영하고 있는 프로그램 유형도 교육, 전시, 공연 유형의 프로그램이 다수 진행되고 있었다. 그러나 현재 전담인력 부족, 예산 부족, 프로그램 개발 어려움, 프로그램 참여 저조, 문화시설 및 자료 부족 등으로 복합문화공간 운영의 내실화는 아직 부족한 실정인 것으로 보인다. 이에 향후 공공도서관 내 복합문화공간 프로그램 활성화를 위해서는 해당 도서관의 복합문화공간에 대한 목표와 비전을 설정, 공간 확보, 복합문화공간을 위한 인력 및 예산 확보, 홍보 등이 이루어져야 할 것으로 보인다. This research is a basic study to understand the current state of the complex cultural space in the public library and the programs in operation and to explore ways to activate the programs by complex cultural space based on the understanding of the public libraries that formed the complex cultural space. Thus, a survey was conducted on librarians of public libraries that had complex cultural space within the library and found that there were a number of educational, exhibition, and performance spaces, and in the same vein, there were a lot of related programs being run in the complex cultural space. However, due to the lack of personnel in charge and budget, difficulty in developing programs, low participation in the programs, and lack of cultural facilities and materials, the substantialization of complex cultural space management seems to be lacking. Therefore, it will be required to set the goals and visions for the complex cultural space in libraries and to secure space, manpower, budget, and promotional efforts to reinvigorate the complex cultural space in the future.

병원도서관 통계지표 개발에 관한 연구

본 연구는 병원도서관과 관련한 데이터를 객관적이고 체계적으로 수집할 수 있도록 병원도서관 통계지표를 개발하고자 하였다. 이에 병원도서관 통계지표로 활용할 수 있는 항목을 도출하기 위해 1) 관련 법, 법령 및 기준, 2) 기존에 제시된 병원도서관 관련 통계지표, 3) 국외 병원도서관 관련 가이드라인 등을 조사․분석하였다. 그 결과, 1차적으로 7개의 영역, 44개 항목, 57개의 소항목으로 도출하였다. 1차로 도출된 통계지표를 전문가 및 현장 직원을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 적합도를 조사하였다. 이를 기반으로 최종적으로 7개의 영역, 39개의 항목, 54개의 소항목으로 병원도서관 통계지표를 개발하였다. This study was intended to develop statistics indicators for the hospital library so that data related to the hospital library can be collected objectively and systematically. In order to derive items that can be used as statistics indicators for hospital libraries, 1) relevant laws, statutes and standards, 2) Statistical indicators related to hospital libraries presented in previous studies, and 3) Guidelines related to foreign hospital libraries were investigated and analyzed. The results were derived from 7 areas, 44 items and 57 sub-categories as a primary result. Statistical indicators derived in the first round were surveyed by experts and field staff to investigate their suitability. Based on this, statistics indicators for hospital libraries were developed in 7 areas, 39 items, and 54 sub-categories.

연등회 참가자의 프로슈머 성향이몰입과 추천의도에 미치는 영향 -몰입의 매개효과를 중심으로-

This research investigated effects of prosumer propensities to participate and amuse of Yeon Deung Heo’s participants on recommendation intention with the mediator of flow. Using questionary items for the measurement of prosumer propensities surveys were implemented, and the regression analysis was conducted to test research models and hypotheses. Research results are summarized as follows. First, prosumer propensities to participate and amuse of participants influenced flow, positively. Second, recommendation intention was affected by prosumer propensity to participate and flow, positively. Third, test results of mediation effects of flow showed the complete mediation effect between prosumer propensity to participate and recommendation intention, the partial mediation effect between prosumer propensity to amuse and recommendation intention. The results indicated that prosumer propensities of participants had significant effects on recommendation intention. Therefore, it is important that festival organizers make discriminative marketing strategies at the early stage of festival planning. 본 연구는 연등회 참가자의 참여적 프로슈머 성향 및 유희적 프로슈머 성향이 추천의도에 미치는 영향에 관하여 몰입을 매개변수로 두고 연구하였다. 축제 전문가와의 인터뷰, 연등회 주최 측과의 인터뷰, 마케팅 전문가와의 인터뷰 등을 통하여 연등회 참가자의 프로슈머 성향을 측정할 설문문항을 작성하였다. 이를 바탕으로 설문조사를 실시하였고, 연구모형과 연구가설 검정을 위해 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구의 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 연등회 참가자의 참여적・유희적 프로슈머 성향은 몰입에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 둘째, 참여적・유희적 프로슈머 성향 및 몰입은 추천 의도에 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 몰입의 매개효과를 검정한 결과 참여적 프로슈머성향과 추천의도 사이의 영향관계에서는 완전매개효과를, 유희적 프로슈머 성향과 추천의도 사이의 영향관계에서는 부분적 매개효과를 보였다. 본 연구 결과를 통해 연등회 참가자의 프로슈머 성향은 추천의도에 유의한 영향을 끼친다는 것을 확인 할 수 있었으며, 축제기획자들은 축제 기획 초반부터 참가자들의 프로슈머 성향을 바탕으로 차별적인 마케팅 전략을 가지는 것이 중요할 것이다.
