The Effect of Digital Transformation on SMEs using O2O Platforms: Focusing on Customer Engagement

The purpose of this study is to investigates the effect of SMEs’ digital transformation efforts in O2O platforms on customer engagement. This study focuses on digitalization, which is a practically viable phase for SMEs using O2O platforms among the three digital transformation stages (digitization, digitalization, and digital transformation). This study specifically categorizes digital transformation efforts into three categories: information diversity, responsiveness to customers, and the degree of functional use. To analyze the impact of these efforts on customer engagement, we conducted a zero-inflated negative binomial regression using the dataset provided by Naver SmartPlace, a representative O2O platform in South Korea. The results present that the positive relationship between these aforementioned factors and customer engagement. Thus, this study demonstrates that utilizing O2O platforms can be an effective strategy for SMEs that lack the resources to achieve a successful digital transformation.

고용장려금제도의 장애인 고용 효과성에 관한 연구: 기업의 고용결정의 영향요인별 한계효과 분석

This paper examines the effect of employment subsidies on the employment of people with disabilities by private firms. Unlike previous studies, we specify the private firms’ employment decisions by the motivation behind their employment of disabled people, based on the unique survey by the Employment Development Institute. Moreover, we present and discuss the results in detail using marginal effect analysis, which alleviates the difficulties in interpreting the results of non-linear models. Our findings suggest that subsidies significantly increase the probability of employment of disabled people in private firms with more than 100 employees, while the effect is rather limited in firms with fewer employees. The results imply that the current incentive system may not be sufficient to achieve the socially desirable level of employment of disabled people. 본 연구는 대표적 장애인고용촉진정책인 고용장려금제도가 기업의 장애인고용결정에 영향을 미치는지 살펴봄으로써 제도 효과성을 분석하고 제도의 효과에 차이를 가져오는 다양한 영향요인들과 고용장려금 간 관계에 대해 논의하였다. 구체적으로는 종속변수로서 장애인 고용여부나 규모를 분석하는데 그치지 않고, 고용행태를 세분화하여 기업의 고용결정을 장려금에 의한 고용과 장려금과 무관한 자발적 고용으로 나누어 분석함으로써 고용장려금제도의 효과성을 보다 직접적으로 검증하였다. 한편 로지스틱 분석과 같은 비선형 모형의 경우에는 회귀계수 크기를 이용하여 종속변수의 선택확률을 직접 해석하기 어렵기 때문에 본 논문에서는 기업의 고용결정 범주별 확률을 계산하여 이를 시각화한 한계효과 그래프를 제시하였다. 이항 및 다항로지스틱 분석 및 한계효과 분석을 종합한 결과 100인 미만 기업에서 장려금에 따른 장애인고용확률이 상당히 낮게 나타난 것과 달리 100인 이상 기업에서는 영향요인들이 특정 수준 하에서 장려금을 통한 고용확률을 의미 있게 증가시키는것으로 나타났다. 이는 정책효과가 제도 적용을 달리 받는 기업 규모별로 다르게 나타나고 있을 뿐만 아니라 향후 장려금 제도가 다양한 기업들의 특성 차이를 고려하여 보다 정교하게 설계될 필요가 있음을 시사한다.

In this article, the existence form of the Gaya was reviewed centering on the War of Posangpalguk, and the background and meaning of small countries in Gaya were not integrated like Silla. The background and purpose of Silla's intervention in The War of Posangpalguk were reviewed, and through this, the changes in the relationship between Gaya and Silla were organized. Since the War of Posangpalguk is almost the only record that shows trends in Gaya, it was studied with interest and analyzed as an opportunity for major changes in Gaya. However, some of the interior of Gaya in the 3rd century can be restored through the War of Posangpalguk, but it is difficult to understand that the entire society of Gaya has changed in conjunction. the War of Posangpalguk was directly related to the changes in Guemgwanguk and affected the relationship with Silla. Meanwhile, it is uncertain whether Alla participated in the War of Posangpalguk. Daegaya, which was located inland, was not directly related to the War of Posangpalguk. There is not enough ground to present Posangpalguk as a Sogaya, and the regional scope needs to be reviewed. We should also move away from the perspective of limiting the War of Posangpalguk to internal events in Gaya. As a preliminary step to develop noble immunomodulatory lectins from Korean basidiomycetes, 32 species of wild mushrooms were collected and their lectin activities were screened using hemagglutination assay. As a result, cold-water extract of 21 species including Thelephora terrestris showed agglutination activities From T. terrestrisa, partially purified lectin fractions, cTTL_(50) and cTTL_(100), were prepared by extraction with cold phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.2), precipitation with ammonium sulfate and then dialysis Of these. cTTL_(100) was found to be a strong immunomodulating lectin in that it aggluinated BALB/c erythrocytes and sarcoma 180 tumor cells at the concentration of ≥1.95 ㎍/㎖ and ≥39 ㎍/㎖, respectively, and stimulated the peritoneal macrophages to spread at 200 ㎍/㎖.

O2O 플랫폼에서 시각적 정보가 성과에 미치는 영향 : 이중 처리 이론 기반을 중심으로

구매 의사 결정 단계에서 이미지나 동영상의 영향력이 지속해서 증가하고 있음에도 불구하고 시각적 정보가 소비자의 구매 의사 결정 과정에 영향을 미치는 메커니즘과 이에 따른 기업, 특히, 오프라인 기업의 성과에 대해서는 아직 알려진 바가 많지 않다. 이에 본 연구는 O2O 플랫폼에 입점한 10만 개 식당의 실제 예약 매출 데이터를 활용하여 이용자와 사업자가 직접 O2O 플랫폼에 업로드한 사진 등의 시각적 정보가 기업의 성과에 미치는 영향과 메커니즘을 파악하고자 한다. 또한 프랜차이즈 가맹의 시각적 정보와 성과 간 관계에 대한 조절 효과와 저장하기, 공유, 리뷰 등 고객 참여의 시각적 정보와 성과 간 관계에 대한 매개 효과를 분석한다. 이를 통해 시각적 정보가 구매 의사 결정 과정에서 작동하는 메커니즘을 설명할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다. 그뿐만 아니라 실제 예약 매출 데이터를 활용하여 분석함으로써 직접적이고, 수익적인 측면의 기업 성과를 측정할 수 있을 것이다. 또한 오프라인 소매점에서 활용할 수 있는 온라인 채널 전략에 대한 실무적인 시사점을 제공할 것으로 기대한다.

슬림핏 청바지 패턴 개발을 위한 청바지 착용 실태 조사

This study provides information on how to improve the wearing sensation and the fit of slim-fit jeans through an analysis of actual wearing conditions and dissatisfaction. The study is based on a questionnaire survey. A survey was conducted on 296 women in their 20s living in Korea to analyze wearing dissatisfaction with slim-fit jeans. The study used descriptive statistics for analysis using SPSS Statistics Ver.23. Surveys on the actual situation of wearing jeans and level of dissatisfaction indicated that most women in their 20s mainly wore slim-fit jeans and were aware of the size of their jeans. Most tended to double-check the size of the jeans, indicating that the inaccurate sizing system of slim-fit jeans caused confusion for consumers. In addition, the results of the survey on the most considered parts of the body when consumers buy jeans are waist, thigh and leg length. They insisted that their waists were thin and their thighs were thicker than their waists; so their pants would not fit and they were obese. There is a problem between waist size and thigh size; therefore, it is necessary to develop new patterns for slim-fit jeans with improved fit around the waist area that can improve the negative results of surveys on the level of dissatisfaction, indicating discomfort in the waist, belly, and thigh areas while wearing slim-fit jeans.

국내 20대 여성의 허리와 허벅지 형태에 따른 하반신 체형 분류

This study classified lower body shape according to thigh and waist shape to improve the fit of skinny blue jeans in adult women in their 20s. We analyzed the three-dimensional automatic measurement data, three-dimensional indirect measurement data, and index data using the three-dimensional female (20-29 years old) body scan data provided by Size Korea (6th Korean Human Dimensional Survey Project). Factor analysis was performed to classify body type. We selected and analyzed 34 items related to thigh shape based on index items, angle items, and protrusion amount items from 99 items; consequently, seven factors were extracted and 82.39% of the total variance was explained. Cluster analysis according to factor analysis classified it into 4 types, and a post-test Duncan test was conducted to classify thigh features according to classified types. As a result, the characteristics of lower body shape according to the thigh types of women in their 20s are as follows. Lower Body Type 1 is shape with a more prominent belly and less prominent thighs. Lower Body Type 2 is a slender body figure with larger hips. Lower Body Type 3 has more prominent thighs compared to the waist and belly. Lower Body Type 4 has both a prominent belly and prominent thighs.
