The purpose of this study is to set up the foundation for inventing a exercise program with the aim of promoting balanced body build-up by verifying the differences between the general females and the other females who have been doing Jazz dance more than for 2 years. To be specific, this study compares and analyzes their physical strength by a series of fitness tests such as hopping, abdominal muscle strength, waist bends (both forward and backward), sargent jump, and sit-ups. The conclusions of the study are as follows. To begin with, Jazz dance performance caused a notable difference between the two groups, in physical strength of hopping and sargent jump. It is mainly because Jazz dance has lots of movements using ankle rather than knee. Furthermore, it is composed primarily of dynamic motions more than statical motions, thus strengthening the lower part of the body. Next, Jazz dance remarkably affected physical strength in connection with the ability of forward and backward waist bends because the unique motions of Jazz dance, such as isolation and wave, improved flexibility. Third, it was rarely that Jazz dance performance had an important influence on abdominal muscle strength and sit-up ability. It is due to the fact that Jazz dance is not much to do with enhancing the upper body strength. Likewise, Jazz dance is not effective to increase waist muscle strength. Therefore, trainers are recommended to add the strength exercise program for upper body into Jazz dance, so that it would be generalized as a typical exercise program for balanced body build-up, and prevent Jazz dancers from possible injuries.

Gellan gum is a natural polysaccharide with good heat, acid and enzymes resistance, and widely used for tissue engineering application. However, one of the drawbacks of gellan gum is lower cell attachment. Hence, in this study, gelatin/ gellan gum (G/GG) hydrogels containing 0, 10, 20, and 30 wt% of gelatin per gellan gum weight were prepared for improvement of chondrocyte attachment efficiency. The mechanical and chemical properties of prepared G/GG hydrogel were evaluated using compression strength, scanning electron microscopy and FTIR. Also, the cellular proliferation and functional maintenance of chondrocytes in hydrogel was assessed by MTT analysis, and RT-PCR. The results showed that 20 wt% G/GG hydrogel was 1.058, 1.051 and 1.04 folds higher chondrocyte proliferation compared to 0, 10 and 30 wt% and Type-II collagen gene expression was 1.35, 1.21 and 1.16 folds at 21 days, respectively. Thus, 20 wt% G/GG hydrogel can be envisioned as a useful biomaterial for future cartilage regeneration applications.

현재 매우 미비한 자료만이 남아있는 한국전통무용의 자무(字舞)를 주변 국가(중국)의 자료를 토대로 역사적ㆍ학문적으로 재조명, 그 구성원리의 고찰을 통해 독특한 전통 고유 컨텐츠로의 발굴하여 현시대에 맞는 무대예술공연으로 계승ㆍ발전시키기 위한 기초자료로 삼는데 본 연구의 목적을 두었다. 본 연구결과를 통하여 첫째, 중국의 ‘성수무’는 140명의 무용수가 “성초천고(聖超千古), 도태백왕(道泰百王), 황제만년(皇帝萬年), 보조미창(寶祚彌昌)”라는 16글자를 이용해 관객을 향하여 표현되도록 춤으로 구성한 것임을 알 수 있었는데 이는 현대의 매스게임과 매우 비슷한 양상과 형식을 가지고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 둘째, 중국의 『영성소무보』에는 천하태평(天下太平) 글자를 만들며 추는 춤인 ‘영성소무(靈星小舞)’가 존재하였는데 이는 현재 존재하고 있었다는 매우 미비한 자료(高麗史 卷25)만이 남아 있는 고려 문종때의 천하태평(天下太平) 글자를 쓰며 추는 춤인 한국 자무인 ‘왕모대가무(王母隊歌舞)’와 관련이 있다고 사료된다. 본 연구를 계기로, 차후에는 현재 미비하게 전해져 내려오는 한국 전통무용의 자료를 중국과 일본 등의 주변국에 존재하고 있는 관련 문헌 자료 탐구와 연구를 통하여 잊어져 가고 있는 한국 전통예술의 새롭고 다양한 컨텐츠 개발로 이어질 수 있도록 지속적 연구가 필요하다. This study aims to historically and academically shed new light on Jamu(字舞) to which there is little reference now on the basis of reference of neighboring country (China), to discover traditional unique contents by considering constituting principles, and to use these data to inherit and develop Jamu as a stage performance which is suited for the present age. The result of this study shows as follows. The first, Seongsumu was made up of the dances making 16 letters-“Seongchocheongo(聖超千古), Dotaebaekwang(道泰百王), Hwangjemannyoun(黃帝萬年), Bojomichang(寶祚彌昌)” - by 140 dancers. Made letters were intended to face audiences and this is similar to group gymnastics of today in the aspect and form stakes. The second, it is thought that Youngseongsomu the dance making Cheonhataepyeong(天下太平) and recorded in 『Youngseongsomubo』 of China is related to ‘Wangmodaegamu(王母隊歌舞)’ the dance making Cheonhataepyeong(天下太平) during the Moonjing rule and recorded a little in The History of Goryeo, 25 volumes (高麗史 卷25). With this study as a momentum, continuous study is needed on Korean traditional dance inherited barely today in order to develop new various contents of Korean traditional arts which are being forgotten by studying and researching related references in neighboring countries such as China and Japan.

NTRU는 1990년대 Hoffstein 등에 의해 제안된 격자(Lattice) 기반 공개키 암호체계로서 기존의 공개키 암호와 비교하여 동일한 안전성을 제공하면서 암호화 및 복호화 속도가 빠르며 양자 연산 알고리즘을 이용한 공격에도 강하다는 이점이 있어 많은 주목을 받고 있다. 본 논문에서는 단순 전력 분석 공격과 통계적 특성을 이용한 전력 분석공격인 상관계수 전력 분석 공격에 대한 NTRU의 안전성을 분석하고, NesC로 구현한 NTRU의 연산을 Telos 모트(mote)에서 수행시켜 측정한 전력 소모 데이터에 상관계수 전력 분석 공격을 적용하여 개인키 정보를 복원하는 실험 결과를 보인다. 또한 이러한 전력 분석 공격을 방지하기 위한 대응 방법을 제시한다. 먼저, 단순 전력 분석 공격을 방지하기 위해 연산 결과를 저장할 배열을 0이 아닌 수로 초기화 시키는 방법을 제안하고, 통계적 특성을 이용한 전력분석 공격을 방지하기 위해 연산 순서를 변경하거나 컨볼루션(convolution) 연산에 사용되는 피연산자들에게 무작위성(randomness)을 부여하여 같은 입력에 대해서 랜덤한 전력 소모를 보이도록 하는 방법을 제안한다. The NTRU cryptosystem proposed by Hoffstein et al. in 1990s is a public key cryptosystem based on hard lattice problems. NTRU has many advantages compared to other public key cryptosystems such as RSA and elliptic curve cryptosystems. For example, it guarantees high speed encryption and decryption with the same level of security, and there is no known quantum computing algorithm for speeding up attacks against NTRU. In this paper, we analyze the security of NTRU against the simple power analysis (SPA) attack and the statistical power analysis (STPA) attack such as the correlation power analysis (CPA) attack. First, we implement NTRU operations using NesC on a Telos mote, and we show how to apply CPA to recover a private key from collected power traces. We also suggest countermeasures against these attacks. In order to prevent SPA, we propose to use a nonzero value to initialize the array which will store the result of a convolution operation. On the other hand, in order to prevent STPA, we propose two techniques to randomize power traces related to the same input. The first one is random ordering of the computation sequences in a convolution operation and the other is data randomization in convolution operation.
Streptococcus Intermedius 패혈증이 동반된 광범위 문맥염과 간농양

Pylephlebitis (septic thrombophlebitis of the portal venous system) is a rare but serious complication of intra-abdominal infections that drain into the portal venous system. Its diagnosis is based on imaging; computed tomography may reveal a thrombus in the portal vein. Bacteremia may also be evident. As the symptoms are nonspecific, early clinical diagnosis is difficult, and delayed treatment can compromise outcomes. We report a case with extensive pylephlebitis and a liver abscess associated with Streptococcus intermedius sepsis; the case was treated successfully with antibiotics and anticoagulants. Such cases have not been widely reported. (Korean J Med 2019;94:375-378)
『교방가요』와 『평양감사향연도』에 나타난 헌반도에 대한 연구

The main purpose of this thesis is to, by carrying on millenary life force of Heonsundo(獻仙桃), contribute to activating of research for court dance by systemizing it through right understanding and discovery on artistic value and esthetic principle of our traditional dance. Researching Heonbando(獻盤桃), which was transformed into Gyobanggayo(敎坊歌謠) and Pyongyang Gamsahyanyeondo with contents of Heonsundo as their base, was implemented as the method of study. The contents of Heonsundo was extracted from Goryeosa Akji, Akhakgwebeom Sungjongjo, and Jeongjae Mudo Holgi. Heonbando is a dance that court dance Heonsundoflowed into other provinces; they are similar for their material for dance, which is tray with peaches. It is questionable for two different names for dances with same format. It seems to be the aspect of transition in accordance with status of the main figure. The word ‘Sun’ in the name of court dance, which here means a ‘sinsun,’ a taoist hermit with miraculous power, has changed into ‘Ban’ in the name of provincial dance, which here means ‘dureum,’ a wrap. That is, as the main figure of the banquet was degraded from a king to a governor, the name of the work has also degraded in similar flow. It seems that only essential and actual number of people participated in provincial dance and Gyobanggayo, Jukkanja and Ininjang in Pyongyang Gamsahyanyeondo, official dancing girl with phoenix fan, etc. were eliminated for such reason as well. For Gyobanggayo and Pyongyang Gamsahyanyeondo, provincial official dancing girls may have transform the style to fit them into their environmental condition. The state of transmission of Heonbando did not have alternation in overall procedure, but numerous differences were spotted in details. So far, the perfect restoration of Gyobanggayo and Pyongyang Gamsahyanyeondo, but creative and various staged performances are possible by excavation. This research aims to newly reproduce Jeongjae (dance and song for feast at palace, 呈才) and explore the possibility of creation. The limit of this research may be becoming important base data that helps developing unique and fresh performing art for present age.
PLGA/피브린 지지체가 늑연골 세포의 부착과 성장에 미치는 영향

Poly(lactide-co-glycolic acid) (PLGA) has been widely used in the drug delivery and tissue engineering applications because of its good mechanical strength and biodegradation profile. However, cell attachment to the scaffold is low compared with that on fibrin although cells can be attached to the polymer surface. In this study, PLGA scaffolds were soaked in cells-fibrin suspension and polymerized with dropping fibrinogen-thrombin solution. Cellular proliferation activity was observed in PLGA/fibrin-seeded costal cartilage cells (CC) on 1, 3, and 7 days using the MTT assay and SEM. The effects of fibrin on the extracellular matrix (ECM) formation were evaluated using CC cell-seeded PLGA/fibrin scaffolds. The PLGA/fibrin scaffolds elicited more production of glycosaminoglycan (GAG) and collagen than the PLGA scaffold. In this study, fibrin incorporated PLGA scaffolds were prepared to evaluate the effects of fibrin on the cell attachment and proliferation in vitro and in vivo. In this result, we confirmed that proliferation of cells in PLGA/fibrin scaffolds were better than in PLGA scaffolds. The PLGA/fibrin scaffolds provide suitable environment for growth and proliferation of costal cartilage cells.
