        문제중심학습 기반 가상현실 시뮬레이션 교육이 간호대학생의 비판적 사고능력, 문제해결능력 및 자기효능감에 미치는 효과: 유사실험 연구

        Purpose: This study analyzed the effects of virtual reality simulation-based problem-based learning on nursing students’ critical thinking ability, problem-solving ability, and self-efficacy in the nursing care of women undergoing induction of labor.Methods: A nonequivalent control group pretest and posttest design was employed. The study participants included 52 nursing students (24 in the experimental group and 28 in the control group). The experimental group took a problem-based learning (PBL) class in the first week, and then engaged in self-directed learning using virtual reality simulation. In the second week, lectures about emergency nursing care for induction of labor and drug administration were given. The control group participated in PBL in the first week and lectures in the second week. The study was conducted from April 17 to May 19, 2023. Data were analyzed using the chi-square test, Fisher exact test, analysis of variance, and the independent t-test.Results: Before-and-after differences between the two groups were statistically significant in problem solving ability (t=–5.47, p<.001) and self-efficacy (t=–5.87, p<.001). Critical thinking ability did not show a statistically significant difference between the two groups. The score for satisfaction with the virtual reality simulation program was 3.64±5.88 out of 5 in the experimental group.Conclusion: PBL education using a virtual reality simulation was found to be an effective way of teaching. Although convenience sampling was used, PBL education using virtual reality can be used as an educational strategy to enhance nursing students’ problem-solving ability and self-efficacy.

        Purpose: The purpose of this study is to supply the basic materials for the development of objective tools to measure 'Hwa-byung' and for the development of the theories and statements associated with 'Hwa-byung' by making clear the meaning and characteristics of 'Hwa-byung' and by analyzing the concept of 'Hwa-byung'. Method: The concept analysis of Hwa-byung was proceeded according to the concept analysis process of Walker and Avant(1995). Result: The conceptual characteristics of Hwa-byung resulted from the research are like these : (1) Injustice (2) Anger (3) Rumination (4) Anxiety. Therefore, we can describe Hwa-byung as the feeling repeatedly accumulated through the heavy mental pain, injustice, and anger and it is appeared with the physical and behavioral symptoms. Conclusion: Through this concept analysis, we propose as followings ; First, there's need of the objective tools which make it possible to assess Hwa-byung through the theory development and the statement associated with Hwa-byung. Second, there's need of interdisciplinary approach in the development of nursing intervention to coordinate the characteristics of Hwa-byung by understanding the total nature of Hwa-byung and finding the variables associated with Hwa-byung.

        전문대학 신입생의 학업중단의도에 영향을 미치는 요인

        The purpose of this study is to identify the factors which influence dropout intention of college freshmen. For this purpose, the freshmen were collected from A University in Gyeonggi Province from October 16 to 30, 2017. We analyzed 1,369 data in terms of the individual, family, educational institution, and social factors using t-test, ANOVA and multiple regression. The major findings of the study are as follows. First, individual factors which influence dropout intention of freshmen are overall university satisfaction, the degree to which they think their majors fit them, the degree to which they are willing to recommend their department to others, a plan to dropout, and a plan to take a leave of absence. Second, the family factors are the encouragement of parents and family to do well in college. Third, educational institution factors are satisfaction with the curriculum of majors, a sense of belonging to department, the degree to which the professors instill career vision and self-esteem, and satisfaction with college facilities. Fourth, social factors are the degree they think going to college was a good choice in their life and the degree they think knowledge learned in college is helpful to them. Based on the results, the study suggested what to be considered at professors, school personnel, and university level and discussed how to reduce dropout rate of freshmen in university. 본 연구의 목적은 전문대학 신입생들의 학업중단의도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 밝히는데 있다. 이를 위해 경기도 소재 A전문대학 1학년 학생 전체를 대상으로 2017년 10월 16월부터 10월 30일까지 자료를 수집하여, 설문지 1369부를 t-test, ANOVA 와 다중회귀분석을 활용하여 학업중단의도에 영향을 미치는 요인에 대하여 개인 요인, 가정 관련 요인, 교육기관 관련 요인, 사회 관련 요인의 네 가지 측면에서 살펴보았다. 첫째, 개인 요인 중 학업중단의도에 영향을 미치는 요인은 전반적인 대학 만족도, 전공이 본인과 맞다고 생각하는 정도 등이었다. 둘째, 가정 관련 요인 중 학업중단의도에 영향을 미치는 요인은 부모와 가족이 대학생활을 잘하도록 독려하는 정도로 나타났다. 셋째, 교육기관 관련 요인 중 학업중단의도에 영향을 미치는 요인은 전공학과의 교육과정 만족도, 자신이 속한 학과 소속감 정도, 교수가 진로 비전과 자부심을 심어주는 정도, 대학 교육시설 만족도인 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 사회 관련 요인 중 학업중단의도에 영향을 미치는 요인은 대학진학이 인생에서 잘한 일이라고 생각하는 정도, 대학에서 배우는 지식이 자신의 삶에 도움이 될 것으로 생각하는 정도로 나타났다. 연구결과를 바탕으로 대학생들의 학업지속을 위해 교수, 교직원, 대학 차원에서 고려해야 할 점을 제안하고 신입생들의 학업중단율을 낮추기 위한 방안을 논의하였다.

        개원의 역할스트레스와 우울 간 관계에서 직무소진의 매개효과 : 성별의 조절된 매개효과

        Objectives: The objective of the present study was to investigate whether gender mederates the mediating effect of job burnout on the relationship between role stress and depression among medical doctors in Local clinics in South Korea. Methods: Questionnaires that assess role stress, job burnout, and depression were administered to. 265 medical doctors who worke in local clinics in Seoul, Busan, Daejeon, and Gyeonggi provinces. Data analysis was conducted using the PROCESS macro in Statistical Package for the Social Sciences(SPSS). Results: Job burnout mediated the relationship between role stress and depression. Further, gender moderated the relationship between role stress and job burnout. Finally, gender moderated the mediating effect of job burnout on the relationship between role stress and depression. Conclusions: On the basis of the emergent findings, effective coping strategies that can alleviate role stress are articulated. However, the findings also suggest that the selection of a suitable intervention must be based on the gender of the medical doctor.

        광고는 매체와 기술 의존적인 본질에 의해 새로운 매체와 플랫폼, 기술이 생겨나고 발전할 때마다 새로운 정의에 의해 개념지어졌다. 이 글에서는 전통적인 개념의 광고와 인터넷 시대의 광고의 정의에 대해 알아보고, 인터넷의 진화된 버전이라 여겨지는 메타버스 내에서의 광고에 대해 논의했다. 인터렉티브 광고모델(IAM)에 따라 메타버스 이용자의 동기를 파악했고, 메타버스 내 여러 광고가 어떤 방식으로 그 동기를 충족시킬 수 있는지 논의했다. 마지막으로 메타버스를 활용한 광고의 다양한 형식을 실제 사례를 통해 파악했다.

      • 임부의 스트레스와 태아애착 및 산전간호 이행도와의 관계

        Purpose: The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between stress, maternal-fetal attachment and compliance of prenatal care in pregnant women. Method: The research design was a retrospective survey using a questionnaire. The subjects of this study were 74 pregnant women who visited a public health center for prenatal checks between May and June 2007. The instruments for this study were a stress scale developed by Ahn (1984) and Cranley’ s Maternal-Fetal Attachment Scale as modified by Kim and a compliance of prenatal care scale that refers to that used by Kim and developed by Lee. Data were collected and analyzed using the SPSS Win 12.0 program and analyzed in terms of frequency, percentage, mean. SD and Pearson’ s Correlation Coefficient. Results: The results of this study are as follows: 1. The mean average score of stress was 3.10. the mean average score of fetal-related stress was 3.16, the mean average score of husband -related stress was 3.09, the mean average score of gravida-related stress was 3.07. 2. The mean average score of maternal-tress fetal attachment was 2.47. 3. The mean average score of compliance of prenatal care was 3.73. 4. The correlation between stress and maternal fetal attachment was statistically significant(r= .608, p=.000). Conclusion: To conclusively synthesize the above results, nurses should understand the necessity of prenatal care and provide appropriate supportive nursing intervention in order to increase prenatal care.
