한글학자 珠汕 申明均의 국어 연구에 대한 고찰― 표기와 음운현상을 중심으로 ―

Jusan Shin Myeong-gyun, who garnered attention since the conferment as an independence patriot in 2017, was a Hangeul scholar and educator succeeding Ju Si-gyeong. He studied in Hanseung School of Education, was a Korean teacher, and served as the second chief secretary of Korean Language Society. He engaged in the Hangeul movement through various magazines including Hangeul as well as Korean Course. Books such as Nodongdokbon (1930), Joseon History (1931), Joseon Language Grammar (1933), and Joseon Language Spelling (1934) piqued people’s attention about the history of Joseon and the orthography of Hangeul. Shin Myeong-gyun tried to explain the principles of spelling more scientifically with the interest in “doensiot (byeongseo), the sound of Chinese characters, and Korean language spelling.” This study is intended to review the orthography and phonological phenomena of his Korean language research by investigating orthography such as byeongseo, final consonant, area-a and spacing, and phonological phenomena such as palatalization, beginning of words of ㄴ, ㄹ(first initial sound law), semi-vocalization, ㅏ/ㅓ, ㅡ & ㄹ elision. This study attempted to examine Shin Myeong-gyun’s Hangeul Movement and meaning of Korean language research through theses. 송미영, 2023, 한글학자 주산 신명균의 국어 연구에 대한 고찰 –표기와 음운현상을 중심으로–, 어문연구, 197: 41~79 2017년 독립유공자 敍勳 이후 재조명되기 시작한 珠汕 申明均은 주시경 선생의 뜻을 본받아 활동했던 한글 운동가이자 교육자였다. 한성사범학교 출신의 조선어 교사로 조선어학회 2대 幹事長을 역임하기도 하였다. 신명균은 조선어 강습회뿐만 아니라 <한글>을 비롯한 각종 잡지를 통해 한글 운동을 전개하였다. 노동독본 둘재권(1930), 朝鮮歷史 (1931), 朝鮮語文法 (1933), 朝鮮語綴字法 (1934) 등은 조선의 역사와 한글 맞춤법에 대한 관심을 불러일으킬 만했다. 신명균은 ‘된시옷(병서), 한자음, 국어 철자법’에 관심을 가지고 철자법의 원리를 보다 과학적으로 설명하고자 하였다. 본고에서는 신명균의 국어 연구에서 나타나는 표기와 음운현상에 대해 고찰하였다. 병서, 받침, 아래아, 띄어쓰기 등의 표기와 구개음화, 어두 ㄴ, ㄹ(두음법칙), 반모음화와 ㅏ/ㅓ, ㅡ 및 ㄹ탈락 등의 음운현상에 대해 다루었다. 이를 통해 신명균의 한글 운동과 국어 연구의 의의를 살펴보고자 하였다.

어문 규범으로 보는 음운 현상의 표기 반영 양상 ― 「普通學校用 諺文綴字法」과 「한글 마춤법 통일안」을 중심으로 ―

The purpose of this study is to research phonological phenomenon and aspect of notation inherent in the Linguistic Norms appearing after the Enlightenment Period(1894~1910). There have been many studies on Linguistic Norms done by scholars such as Korean Language Institute, but there hasn't been unified norm, causing confusion. Later, 「the Korean Spelling System for Primary School」 was announced and revised three times by the Japanese Government- General of Korea, and 「A Draft for Unified Korean Spelling System」 was finally established by Korean Language Society in 1933. This Linguistic Norms was prepared to correct confusion, so it is possible to confirm the phonological phenomenon of those days. While the first and the second 「the Korean Spelling System for Primary School」 were based on phonetic representation notation, the third 「the Korean Spelling System for Primary School」(February, 1930) focused on ideographic notation. In addition, 「A Draft for Unified Korean Spelling System」(October, 1933) by Korean Language Society had ideographic notation more reinforced, and the explanation on phonological phenomenon and its types are specified. Therefore, this study is intended to research the fact that the application environment of palatalization and first initial sound law is divided into pure Korean language and Sino-Korean words, and that the phenomenon of Saitsori is explained regarding the notation of Sai ㅅ. 송미영, 2019, 어문 규범으로 보는 음운 현상의 표기 반영 양상, 182 : 47~72 이 연구는 개화기(1894~1910) 이후 등장하는 어문 규범의 변천 가운데 내재된 음운 현상과 그 표기 양상을 고찰하는 데 목적이 있다. 그동안 국문 연구소를 비롯한 많은 학자들에 의해 어문 규범에 대한 연구가 진행되었으나, 통일된 규정이 없어 많은 혼란이 있었다. 이후, 조선 총독부에 의해 세 차례에 걸쳐 「普通學校用 諺文綴字法」이 공표·개정되었고, 비로소 1933년에 조선어학회 주도의 「한글 마춤법 통일안」이 마련된다. 1·2차의 「諺文綴字法」이 표음적 표기법에 바탕을 두었다면, 3차의 「普通學校用 諺文綴字法」(1930.2)은 표의적 표기법을 중심에 두었다. 또한 조선어학회의 「한글 마춤법 통일안」(1933.10)은 표의적 표기가 보다 강화되었으며, 음운 현상에 대한 설명과 그 종류가 상세화된다. 이에 구개음화와 두음법칙의 적용 환경을 순수 조선어와 한자어로 나누었다는 점, 사이 ㅅ의 표기와 관련하여 사잇소리 현상을 설명하였다는 점 등을 살펴보고자 하였다.

북한의 ‘소리 끼우기’에 대한 고찰 ― 어문 규범과 국어‧문법 교과서를 중심으로 ―

The purpose of this paper is to examine the characteristics of the additions of sounds as a product of changing North Korean linguistic norms reflected in Korean and grammar textbooks. The writing of Saisiot from the Enlightenment period to the Japanese colonial period have been a topic of frequent discussion. The publication of “The Theory of Korean” in the Enlightenment period established the Hangeul writing system, so writings produced using various writing systems were found in contemporary textbooks. “A Proposal for a Unified Korean Spelling System” was later published by the Japanese Government-General of Korea, but Korean spoken in North Korea has changed since the national liberation from Japanese colonial rule. Today’s North Korean grammar textbooks differentiate between the addition of ㄴ and ㄷ. These additions are known as the Saisori phenomenon. After liberation, “jeoleumbu(絶音符)” or “saipyo(’)” were written between compound words, but this is no longer the case. This difference is one example of how Korean in North and South Korea differs with regard to the Saisori phenomenon, which is known as the addition of sound, and the writing of Saisiot. This study analyzed North Korean and grammar textbooks to determine how North Korean linguistic norms have changed over time.

고성능 액체 크로마토그래피를 이용한 마황 및 월비가출탕 전탕액에서 에페드린류의 동시분석

Objectives: Ephedra sinica and Wolbigachul-tang which contains Ephedra sinica are used to treat obesity in Korean medicine. The aim of this study was to analyze the quantities of ephedrine alkaloids by high-performance liquid chromatography. Methods: The analysis was performed using a YMC-Triat C18 column with operating at 25℃, and UV detection at 210 nm. The mobile phase used a gradient flow with 0.1% H3PO4 in water and acetonitrile. Specificity, linearity, precision, accuracy, limit of detection, and limit of quantification were measured for validation anaylsis. This method was applied to analyze the quantities of ephedrine alkaloids in Ephedra sinica and Wolbigachul-tang. Results: The concentration per Ephedra sinica (gram) of ephedrine and pseudoephedrine in Ephedra sinica decoction are 4.74±0.22 mg and 2.19±0.10 mg, respectively and in Wolbigachul-tang decoction are 6.39±0.34 mg and 2.97±0.21 mg, respectively. The retention time of ephedrine was 23.6 min and that of pseudoephedrine was 25.8 min, and norephedrine and methylephedrine were not detected. Conclusions: In conclusion, analyzed the concentration of ephedrine alkaloids in Ephedra sinica and Wolbigachul-tang by the developed validation method.

This study aims to examine the epidemiological vocabulary of Korean medical textbooks published by medical missionary Oliver R. Avision and his disciples in Widespread Relief House(Jejungwon). Disease can still be said to be the object of fear for mankind. Although medical technology has developed, disease is still a fear of mankind. Epidemics is “the most common and most dangerous of all 10,000 diseases(Pathology and Pain Theory(Byeongritongron:182).” Among them, ‘Smallpox(Duchang)’ and ‘Cholera’ are diseases that Koreans have had to suffer for a long time and the names of them were also appeared in diverse. In 1885, the first modern hospital, ‘Jejungwon(Widespread Relief House)’, was founded by missionary Horace N. Allen’s suggestion. Afterwards, Diagnostics 1․2(1906, 1907), Pathology and Pain Theory(1907), and General Theory of Surgery (1910), which were used at Severance Hospital Medical School, are Korean medical textbooks with specialized contents. Therefore, in this study, it intends to examined the vocabulary related to epidemics in the early 20th century and also to research the relevance of vocabulary used in the contemporary and postwar periods. 본고는 의료 선교사 에비슨(Oliver R. Avision)과 그의 제자들에 의해 발간된 제중원 한글 의학 교과서를 대상으로, 전염병 관련 어휘를 고찰하는 데 목적이 있다. 의료 기술이 발달했으나, 여전히 질병은 인류에게 두려움의 대상이라 할 수 있다. 전염병은 “만 가지 병 즁에 ᄀᆞ쟝 만코도 ᄀᆞ쟝 위험ᄒᆞᆫ 병(병리통론, 1907: 182)”에 해당한다. 이 중, ‘두창(痘瘡)’과 ‘콜레라’는 오래전부터 한국인이 겪어야 했던 질병으로 그 명칭도 매우 다양하게 나타난다. 선교사 알렌(Horace N. Allen)의 건의로 1885년 최초의 근대식 병원 ‘제중원’이 설립되었다. 이후 세브란스 병원 의학교에서 활용된 『진단학』1․2(1906, 1907), 『병리통론』(1907), 『외과춍론』(1910) 등은 전문적인 내용을 담은 한글 의학 교과서라 할 수 있다. 이에 본고에서는 20세기 초 전염병 관련 어휘를 살피되, 동시대, 전후 시대에 쓰인 어휘와의 관련성도 함께 고찰하고자 하였다.

필드와 모션벡터의 특징정보를 이용한 스포츠 뉴스 비디오의 장르 분류

비디오와 브라우징, 검색, 조작을 위해서 비디오 내용을 기술하는 색인이 요구된다. 지금까지 색인의 구성은 대부분 비디오 내용에 제한된 키워드를 수작업으로 할당하는 전문가에 의해 수행되었는데 이는 비용과 시간을 소비하는 사업이므로 비디오 내용을 자동으로 분류하는 것이 필요하다. 이 연구는 축구, 골프, 야구, 농구, 배구 등 5종의 스포츠 뉴스 비디오의 분석과 요약을 위해서 자동적이고 효율적인 방법을 제안한다. 우선, 스포츠 뉴스 비디오를 앵커 장면과 스포츠 기사 장면으로 분류한다. 장면 분류는 앵커 장면의 영상 전처리와 색상 특정을 기반으로 한다. 그리고 필드의 우세색상과 모션 방향을 특징으로 이용하여 스포츠 장면을 5개의 장르로 분류한다. 241개의 스포츠 뉴스 장면에 대한 실험에서 75%의 정확도를 얻었다. 따라서 제안된 기법은 향후 개별 스포츠 뉴스와 스포츠 하이라이트를 위한 뉴스 비디오를 검색하는데 이용될 수 있을 것이다. For browsing, searching, and manipulating video documents, an indexing technique to describe video contents is required. Until now, the indexing process is mostly carried out by specialists who manually assign a few keywords to the video contents and thereby this work becomes an expensive and time consuming task. Therefore, automatic classification of video content is necessary. We propose a fully automatic and computationally efficient method for analysis and summarization of spots news video for 5 spots news video such as soccer, golf, baseball, basketball and volleyball. First of all, spots news videos are classified as anchor-person Shots, and the other shots are classified as news reports shots. Shot classification is based on image preprocessing and color features of the anchor-person shots. We then use the dominant color of the field and motion features for analysis of sports shots, Finally, sports shots are classified into five genre type. We achieved an overall average classification accuracy of 75% on sports news videos with 241 scenes. Therefore, the proposed method can be further used to search news video for individual sports news and sports highlights.

국제특허분류를 중심으로 한 한의학 분야의 특허정보 분석 연구

This Study focused on IPC (International Patent Classification) for TKM (Traditional Korea Medicine) Paper. The results processed for 9,000 TKM paper by using 8th in IPC Classification. The name of Herbal Medicine assigned to IPC Classification, we assigned to two part for main-Classification(A61K) and sub-Classification (A61P). The results obtained about 77% for A61K and about 96% for A61K36 among them. And also analysed about 23% for sub-Classification(A61P) additionally. Main-Classification is distributed A61K > A61H37 > A61B5 > A61N > A61M1. Detailed Main-Classification for A61K is distributed A61K36 > A61K35 > A61K33 among Main-Classification. TKM Paper mainly analysed A61K36 and A61H37 in Main-Classification. According to the results. 'The Korean Journal of Herbology' has high-valued for Utilization as a Non Patent Document. we should constructed Database system for protection of intellectual property rights. And after We will registered minimum documentation of PCT.
