A number of studies on the outsourcing approach had been largely performed in the business area of information system(IS) development and IS management, with the lack of variety of research concerns such as the organizational impacts from outsourcing profit and risk. Critical Success Factors, as well as the time point at which corporate make a decision to start the outsourcing. The focus of this study is to define and examine the moderating factors that impact the relationship between the degree of IS outsourcing implementation and the performance of IS outsourcing strategy. Therefore, a comprehensive research model is driven to testify the empirical significance of the explanatory power of the hypotheses. For the purpose of empirical analysis, the several statistical method such as Principal Component Factor Analysis and Regression Analysis, are used in this stage. The major meaningful results from this analysis can be summarized as the four aspects. First, the size of organization has a significant moderating effect between the performance of the outsourcing and the developmental functions of IS, but it does not show any moderating effect concerning with the managerial function of IS. Second, a vender`s influence is appeared the moderating effect only to the managerial function of the IS. Third, the degree of system innovation shows moderating effect both on the developmental and the managerial function of IS in the case of outsourcing. Finally, the degree of CEO`s supports for IS department has the moderating effect on the developmental function of IS, even though it has no moderating effect on the managerial function of the information system.
클라우드형 스마트공장 패키지 소프트웨어 개발에 관한 연구: 한국 자동차부품제조 창업기업을 중심으로

제조업은 우리 경제의 근간이다. 국내 제조업이 국내총생산에서 차지하는 비중은 30% 수준으로 우리경제에서 차지하는 비중이 여전히 높아 이러한 상황은 당분간 지속될 전망이다. 정부에서도 제조업의 경쟁력 강화를 위한 스마트공장 구현 및 고도화를 지원하기 위하여 다양한 형태의 지원 사업을 펼치고 있으나, 생산정보화를 지원하는 양적인 형태의 단편적 지원을 벗어나지 못하는 실정이다. 그러나 아직도 정부와 연구기관 및 학계의 연구는 중소제조기업의 현장실정을 적극 반영하지 못한 이론적이고 개념적인 수준의 연구에 머무르고 있는 실정이다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 스마트공장 전문공급기업이 공동으로 동종업종 중심의 클라우드형 스마트공장 창업패키지 소프트웨어(S/W)를 개발하여 공동으로 중소기업현장에 적용함으로써, 개별기업의 ICT 부문 투자부담 등을 대폭 절감할 수 있는 최상의 대안을 제시하고자 연구하였다. 이를 위하여 자동차부품 사출성형업종 제조기업을 중심으로 퍼블릭 클라우드 플랫폼(Microsoft Azure) 기술을 이용하여, 현재 ‘기초수준’ 정도인 스마트공장 정보화 수준을 2단계 상향된 ‘중간2수준’으로 개발하는데 필요한 클라우드 기반 패키지 소프트웨어(S/W) 개발방안을 구체적으로 연구하였다. 따라서 본 연구는 현재 글로벌기업 중심의 스마트공장플랫폼 선점에 따른 국내기업의 기술적 종속화에서 크게 벗어날 수 있는 실무대안을 제시할 수 있다는 점에서 연구의의가 크다. Manufacturing is the backbone of our economy. Domestic manufacturing accounted for 30% of the GDP, which is still high in the Korean economy, and this situation should continue for the time being. In order to strengthen the competitiveness of the manufacturing industry, the government has implemented various types of support projects to support the implementation and upgrading of smart factories, but they are unable to escape the quantitative form of partial support to support the production informatization. Research in government research institutes and academia is also a theoretical and conceptual study that does not reflect the reality of SMEs. In this study, a smart factory specialist supplier jointly develops cloud type smart factory package software focused on the same type of industry and jointly applies small and medium enterprises to offer a way to drastically reduce the investment burden of ICT sector. To this end, cloud-based package software required for developing automotive parts industry companies into two levels of middle level 2 by using public cloud platform (Microsoft Azure) development plan. This study can be considered as an alternative to deepening the technological dependency of Korean firms due to the preemption of smart factory platform centered on global companies.
GC-ECD를 이용한 농산물 중 제초제 aclonifen의 공정분석법 확립

BACKGROUND: Aclonifen is used as a systemic and selective herbicide to control a wide spectrum broad-leaf weeds by inhibition carotenoid biosynthesis, and then its MRLs(Maximum Residue Limits) will be determined in onion and garlic. In this study, a new official method was developed for aclonifen determination in agricultural products to routinely inspect the violation of MRL as well as to evaluate the terminal residue level. METHODS AND RESULTS: Aclonifen was extracted from crop samples with acetone and the extract was partitioned with dichloromethane and then purified by silica solid phase extraction(SPE) cartridge. The purified samples were detected GC using an ECD detector. Limits of detection(LOD) was 0.001 mg/kg and quantification(LOQ) was 0.005 mg/kg, respectively. For validation purposes, recovery studies were carried out at three different concentration levels (LOQ, 10×LOQ, 50×LOQ, n=5). Therecoveries were ranged from 74.3 to 95.0% with relative standard deviations(RSDs) of less than 8%. All values were consistent with the criteria ranges requested in the Codex guidelines(CAC/GL 40). CONCLUSION: The proposed analytical method was accurate, effective and sensitive for aclonifen determination and it will be used to as an official method in Korea.

Electronic cars are recently receiving interest due to environmental pollution and government policies as well as car manufacturing companies are manufacturing diverse electronic car models. However, the owners of electronic cars are driving with the fear of discharge due to shortage of charging infrastructure. Electronic car chargers may fail and if electronic cars are completely discharged, the driver must move to the electronic car charging station using a rented car. Therefore, a measure is needed for emergency charging when electronic cars are discharged. This thesis proposes another measure to charge electronic cars other than the currently applied charging protocol. It proposes charging methods by recognizing chargeable capacity when using diverse power sources.
