        설화 < 친자식보다 나은 양아들 >에 나타난 가장(家長)의 소외 문제와 주체성 회복의 과정

        본고는 < 친자식보다 나은 양아들 > 설화 속 서사의 주체인 영감을 중심으로 가장이 소외되는 원인을 밝히고 그 해결과정을 확인해보고자 하였다. < 친자식보다 나은 양아들 >에서 가장은 타자에게 소외된 가장의 면모를 보이는데 이는 타자에게 자신의 삶을 의존하고 스스로를 소외시켰기 때문임을 알 수 있었다. 이에 설화 속 영감은 타자에 대한 의존성을 버리고 스스로의 주체성을 되찾으면서 소외당한 가장의 처지를 벗어나게된다. 본고에서는 < 친자식보다 나은 양아들 > 통해 딸보다 아들, 불효와 효,노후를 위해 재산은 반드시 끝가지 지키고 있어야 한다는 논의를 하고자하는 것이 아니다. 오늘날에도 가족 구성원들에 의해 소외된 가장이 많다는 점에서 이들의 상처를 치유할 수 있는 실마리를 설화를 통해 확인코자 한 것이다. 이에 < 친자식보다 나은 양아들 > 설화는 오늘날 소외된가장에게 자기 스스로를 돌아보는 시간이 필요함을 말하고 있으며, 스스로의 주체성을 찾고 스스로를 이해하고 사랑할 때 비로소 소외감에 의한상처가 회복 될 수 있을 것이라는 실마리를 제공하고 있다는 점에서 그의의가 있다 할 것이다. This article aims to find out what makes the head of family, the main character of the story < Adoptive son better than biological one > isolated and how to address the issue. The head of family in < Adoptive son better than biological one > reveals that he is rather isolated from others, which results from his tendency to rely on others and to choose to isolate himself. The old man in the folktale eventually escapes from his tendency of reliance and find his identify, thereby breaking free his pathetic circumstance of isolation. This article does not intend to discuss son preference, dutiful or undutiful, or to argue that one should keep his or her wealth for later years through < Adoptive son better than biological one >. Today, we see a lot of heads of family isolated from the rest of the members and try to find ways to properly address the issue and sooth their wound through the tale. As such, the tale < Adoptive son better than biological one > suggests isolated heads of family today have time to look back on himself and carries its significance in that it says understanding and loving oneself while finding his identify is the right way toward recovering from the would caused by a sense of alienation.

        사법분야 투고논문 : 공인전자주소의 법적 문제에 관한 연구 -개인정보보호와 관련하여-

        There is the Act on promotion of information and communications network utilization and information protection, etc where it may be said that it is a fundamental law of the personal information protection. An authorized electronic document system and the personal information protection to be concerned with are regulated by the Basic Law on electronic documents and electronic transactions. However, the Act on promotion of information and communications network utilization and information protection, etc which is a fundamental law must be considered together. This thesis examined a personal information protection rule of the Basic Law on electronic documents and electronic transactions and the rule in the business article of agency of authorized electronic document broadcast. There are problems to infringe minimum collection rule and resident registration number collection restrictions rule. In addition, this thesis pointed out a problem in the business that registration made ends meet by the caretaker which was not a charge organization in the registration procedure of the authorized electronic address. This is wrong with a rule of the Basic Law on electronic documents and electronic transactions. It is thought that it do not become if not settled by the reinforcement of the personal information protection system in business and the supplement of the legislation. This thesis watched the issue of information protection when we built the inquiry system of the authorized electronic address. The information protection problem when we performed an inquiry of an authorized electronic address might divide it with three kinds. At first, in the case of an individual, we built the inquiry system of so-called opt-in method. Such a method will contribute to safe protection of the personal information. Second, this thesis suggested that we built the inquiry system of the opt-out method in the case of a corporation. Third, generally, it will be difficult to look at the national authorized electronic address in a state secret. Therefore it is thought that we can build an inquiry system.

        스마트 폰을 이용한 전기신호 측정기 개발에 관한 연구

        본 논문에서는 산업 현장에서 전기 신호 측정을 위해 사용되는 디지털 멀티미터를 스마트 폰의 배터리와 디스플레이를 이용하여 개발할 수 있는 방법을 제안한다. 기존 스마트 폰과 연동되는 멀티미터는 대부분 블루투스로 연결되어 배터리 사용에 대한 불편함과 측정 정확도가 낮다는 문제점이 있다. 이를 개선하기 위하여 스마트 폰의 전원을 공유하여 사용할 수 있는 USB OTG 방식으로 전원 공급과 데이터 전송이 동시에 가능한 스마트 멀티미터를 개발하였으며 저항과 직류 전압, 전류, 교류 전압과 전류를 측정할 수 있는 회로를 개발하였고 측정 데이터를 표시하고 측정하고자 하는 전기신호의 종류를 선택할 수 있는 버튼을 가진 안드로이드 앱을 개발하였으며 제작한 시스템이 정상적으로 동작하는지 공인시험기관의 시험을 통해 현재 판매중인 디지털 멀티미터와 동등 이상의 성능임을 검증하였다. 본 연구 결과를 통해 기존 계측기와 비교하여 동등 이상의 성능을 가지면서 별도의 전원이나 디스플레이가 필요 없는 스마트 계측기의 제작이 가능하다는 것을 확인하였고 향후 다양한 스마트 계측기 개발에 참고가 될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. In this paper, we propose a method to develop a multimeter which is used for measuring electric signals in industrial field by using battery and display of smart phone. Most of the multimeters that are linked to existing smartphones are connected to Bluetooth, which is inconvenient for battery use and low in measurement accuracy. To improve this, we developed smart multimeter that can supply power and data at the same time by USB OTG method which can be used by sharing the power of smartphone. We also developed a smart multimeter that can measure resistance, DC voltage, current, AC voltage and current. Developed an Android app with a button that displays measurement data and can select the type of electric signal to be measured, and tests whether the manufactured system is operating normally or not. Respectively. The results of this study confirm that it is possible to fabricate a smart meter that has equal or better performance compared to existing instruments and does not require a separate power source or display, and it is expected to be a reference for the development of various smart instruments in the future.

      • 가스메탈아크 용접 시 가스 비율에 따른 페라이트계 스테인리스와 냉간압연 강재의 기계적 특성

        In this study, welding properties of dissimilar materials between SPCC and STS430J1L were evaluated by GMA welding proces s with changing of ratio of mixture. Mechanic al properties were evaluated through tensile test, micro hardness test and bending test. Appearance of bead was the most beautiful and the number of spatters were happened least, when using the mixture of Ar 98% + O2 2% and flow rate of 10 or 15ℓ/min. In the result of the tensile test, specimen was broken at the substrate of SPCC regardless of the ratio of the mixture. The more component ratio of the O2 gas increased, t he more micro hardness of DMZ decreased.

        철학은 하나의 학문인가?

        What is the philosophy? The philosophy ask consistently this question after its birth, but an adequate answer to this question is not given yet. Heidegger asserted, in Einleitung in die Philosophie, that the philosophy is not a science of sciences. This assertion makes us very confused, who research and lecture the philosophy in the university. Although we consider the philosophy as a different thing from any other sciences, we don’t understand, that the philosophy is not a science of sciences. We make a hasty deduction according to the so-called tradition of philosophy, that the philosophy is the queen of sciences. But another sciences respect the philosophy as the queen by no means! The philosophy claim itself to be a queen of sciences. Another sciences would like to assert, “the philosophy is never a science of sciences!” According to Heidegger, the philosophy is not a science of sciences, because it is not a member of sciences. The philosophy is the queen of sciences, not for its brilliantness, but for being the origin of another sciences. This Heidegger’s assertion is from his own standpoint of philosophy, that Being(Sein) is different from beings(Seiendes), and then the philosophy is an ontology, which inquire into Being. Another sciences make researches in beings. For research of beings, Being is firstly inquired into, because beings become for the first time itself owing to Being. The philosophy inquire into Being, and Heidegger’s philosophy is the ontology. But his own standpoint and assertion is a controversial problem in the section of philosophy. Nevertheless Heidegger’s standpoint and assertion of philosophy is relevant for us, since we research and lecture now the philosophy in the university. His own standpoint and assertion of philosophy would give us a clue for answering to question, what is the philosophy. And it would be a guide for us, which suggest us, what and how we may do in our research and lecture of philosophy in the university. Although the philosophy may be not a science of sciences, it makes a great contribution to the public with another sciences in the university, if the philosophy will find his proper topology among the sciences in the university. For there are some misunderstanding and disappointment of the philosophy in the university, in the public, even in the philosophy itself. The contribution of the university to the public meet requests from the public through the activities of research and lecture. According to this circumstances, the philosophy must meet to requests from the public, while it may be a member of community in the university, even though it must be a science of sciences. Formation of theories in philosophy and cultivation of professional members in the philosophy is the contribution of the philosophy to the public. For this contribution, the philosophy in the university must discipline itself the introduction to the philosophy and the activity of the philosophy. The introduction to the philosophy is not only an introduction to the philosophical theories but also to the philosophical activities. In this paper, we will look at with attention popularly figured point of view to the university in the public, the science in the university, the philosophy in the university. And, while understanding and interpreting Heidegger’s standpoint and assertion of philosophy, we will investigate, which position the philosophy has in the university and how the philosophy meets to requests from the public.

        주희와 이황의 미발(未發) 이론에 대한 논쟁 : 이승환 선생의 미발 개념 비판

        마음을 기로 보는 물질주의적 경향이 있다. 이승환 선생은 ‘미발=미지향성’으로 본다. 이 또한 그런 경향 가운데 하나이다. ‘未發’은 『중용』에 나오지만, 『예기』 「악기」의 감응 이론으로 이해된다. 정이가 장재학파와의 토론 속에서 처음 미발 개념을 제시한다. 주희는 호남학파와 대결하면서 미발 개념을 확립한다. 이황은 서경덕 제자들과 접하면서 미발을 이해한다. 그들은 기=개체성을 주장하는 기론자들과 대결하면서, 미발 개념에 ‘선험성 보편성’을 근거시켰다. 이승환은 미발을 개인의 심리로 본다.(심리학주의) 그 결과 도덕의 보편성과 객관성을 정초시키기 어렵다. 이는 사실에서 당위를 이끌어내는 자연주의적 오류라 할 수 있다. 그는 ‘미발 ≠ 의식 두절 상태“임을 훈고로 증명한다. 그러나 ‘미발=미지향성’은 훈고하지 못 한다. 미발을 규정하는 서양 학문의 용어는 내적 통일성이 없다. 게다가 미지향성이라는 말은 노에마(인식 기능)라 하는 것이 더 낫다. 성리학에서 미발과 태극은 리를 규정하는 핵심 용어이다. 미발은 선험성 보편성을, 태극은 규범성 모범성을 규정하는 말이다. 미발은 인식 대상이 아니라, 함양할 것이다. 미발은 자아의 선험적 근거이기 때문이다. 나아가 미발 개념은 근대성의 핵심이다. There is a trend that regard mind as a material force(qi). In this context, Prof. Lee Seung Whan presented an idea that 'being not aroused yet'(未發; NAY) is pre-intentional. NAY is in the head of “the Doctrine of the Mean”, but most researchers understand that concept in the light of a stimulus - response theory of “Liji(Classic of Rites) Yueji(Classic of Music)” In discussing with Zhang Zai & his disciples, Ch’eng I presented the concept of NAY first. In the confrontation with Hunan scholars, Zhuxi established NAY theory. Yi Whang came in contact with the students of Seo Kyung Duck, he recognized NAY. They competed with the materialist, they developed NAY as transcendentality. Prof Lee considered NAY as personal consciousness. This is a kind of psychologism & the naturalistic fallacy that take the ought out of the fact. He tried to verify that NAY is not a coma, but he didn't verify that NAY is a intentionality. Zhuxi defined Li(principle) with the concept of NAY & Taiji (great ultimate). NAY is a transcendentality & universality. Taiji is a standard & ideal. NAY is a ground of transcendental ego.
