청소년 진로선택 및 발달에 있어 부모의 영향에 관한 연구 분석-1997년~2006년

본 연구의 목적은 청소년 진로선택 및 발달에 있어 부모의 영향에 대한 연구의 동향을 파악하고 또한 이러한 연구가 나아가야할 방향을 제시하는 것이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 청소년의 진로선택 및 발달에 영향을 미치는 부모 변인과 자녀의 진로관련 변인 간의 연구들을 분석하였다. 1997년부터 2006년까지 10년간 학회지 및 학위논문을 통해 발표된 관련 연구 88편을 연구 대상으로 하였다. 논문들은 연구자 특성, 연구발표지의 특성, 부모의 영향 변인, 자녀의 진로관련 변인, 연구방법, 연구도구 및 분석방법을 중심으로 분석되었다. 그 결과, 몇몇 연구주제와 연구대상에 있어 편중된 분포를 보이고 있음이 발견되었고, 이러한 분석을 토대로 추후 연구의 나아갈 방향과 부가적으로 요구되는 연구주제들에 대하여 논의하였다. 주요어 : 진로발달, 진로선택, 부모의 영향, 연구동향 The purpose of this study is to analyze the contents and methodologies of current articles in the influence of parents on the adolescent career choice and development and to suggest the implication and recommendation for the academic progression in this area. For 10 years(from 1997 to 2006), a total of 88 articles which include the variables of parents and children in career choice and development was analyzed for this study. The criteria for analysis included the following aspects of articles: the characteristics of researchers, the types of research, the categories of parental variables, the categories of children's variables, the research methods, the research instruments, and the types of statistical analysis. According to the results, the research is limited to a few themes and types of research. Lastly discussion is focused on the meaning of these findings and the suggestions for the further studies. 청소년 진로의사결정 상황에 따른 부모의 관여방식 차이 - 고등학교 및 대학교 진학을 중심으로

The purpose of this study was to identify the ways in which Korean parents are involved in their children's career decision-making process, to discover the differences among the parent's involvement styles according to career decision-making situations such as high school related situations and college related situations, and to provide practical suggestions for adolescent career counseling and parent education. The data of 417 parents who have children of high school or college students was analysed for this study. The results showed that there is some significant difference in the parents' involvement styles between two situations above. Lastly discussion is focused on the meaning of these findings and the suggestions for the further studies. 본 연구는 우리나라 청소년들이 실제 경험하는 진로의사결정 상황인 고등학교 및 대학교 진학 상황에 있어 우리나라 부모들은 자녀의 진로의사결정에 어떤 방식으로 관여하는지를 구체적으로 기술하고, 이러한 관여방식이 진로의사결정 문제 상황에 따라 어떻게 다르게 나타나는지 알아보는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 이를 위해 본 연구는 자녀의 진로의사결정에 있어 부모의 7가지 관여 방식에 관한 질문지를 제작하여 자료를 수집하였다. 최근 자녀의 진로의사결정에 관여한 경험이 있는 총 417명의 부모들이 응답한 질문지를 분석한 결과, 고등학교 관련 진로의사결정상황과 대학교 관련 진로의사결정상황에 따라 부모의 관여 방식에 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이후 본 연구결과를 토대로 청소년 진로발달 및 진로의사결정 연구와 부모교육에 대한 시사점을 중심으로 논의하였다.

이 연구의 목적은 부모들의 ‘자율적’ 혹은 ‘통제적’ 양육태도가 우리나라 청소년들의 직업가치 추구에 있어 어떤 영향을 미치는지 검증해 보는 것이다. 가치추구에 관한 자기결정성이론에 따르면, 청소년의 자율성을 지지하고, 통제적이지 않은 부모의 양육태도가 청소년의 내적 가치 추구행동에 영향을 미치는 것으로 알려져 있다. 이를 검증하기 위해 이 연구에서는 2005년 한국청소년패널조사(Korea Youth Panel Survey) 자료 중, 고등학교 1학년에 재학 중인 3,125명의 청소년들을 대상으로 한 설문지를 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 외적 가치를 추구하는 청소년들은 내적 가치를 추구하는 청소년들에 비해 부모의 지지는 덜 받고, 통제는 더 받고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 이러한 연구결과가 우리나라 청소년들의 직업가치 추구에 대해 시사하는 바를 논의하였다. 주요어 : 직업가치, 외적 가치, 내적 가치, 부모의 양육태도, 자율성 지지, 통제 The purpose of this study is to explore the relation of parents' autonomy support versus control to adolescents' intrinsic value pursuing in their career choices. According to self-determination theory of value, autonomy supportive parents orient their children toward intrinsic values and controlling parernts' children tend to pursue the extrinsic values. The 2005 KYPS(Korea Youth Panel Survey) data of 3,125 high school juniors was analysed for this study. The results showed Korean high school juniors were highly oriented toward extrinsic values than intrinsic values, And students perceived their parents as relatively low in autonomy support and high in control. Intrinsic value pursuing students perceived their parents as supportive and extrinsic value pursuing students perceived their parents as controlling. Lastly discussion is focused on the meaning of these findings and the suggestions for the further studies. 이 연구의 목적은 우리나라 초등학생들의 학업스트레스에 대한 연구 동향을 파악하고 또한 이러한 연구가 나아가야할 방향을 제시하는 것이다. 이 연구에서는 초등학생들의 학업스트레스와 영향 변인들에 대한 연구들과 학업스트레스 감소를 위한 다양한 상담 프로그램 연구들을 분석하였다. 2004년부터 2013년까지 10년간 학회지 및 학위논문을 통해 발표된 관련 연구 61편을 연구 대상으로 하였다. 논문들은 기초사항, 연구대상, 연구주제, 연구도구 및 분석방법을 중심으로 분석되었다. 그 결과, 초등학생 학업스트레스에 대한 연구들이 최근 점차 증가되고 있으며, 크게 학업스트레스 관련 변인연구 및 학업스트레스 감소를 위한 프로그램 개발연구로 분류할 수 있다. 초등학생 학업스트레스 관련 연구들은 연구 변인 및 주제에 있어 다소 편중된 분포를 보이고 있고 연구도구가 한정되어 있음이 발견되었다. 이러한 분석을 토대로 초등학생 학업스트레스에 대한 추후 연구의 나아갈 방향과 부가적으로 요구되는 연구주제들에 대하여 논의하였다.
