        원발성 안구내 림프종의 임상 양상과 진단 및 치료

        Purpose: To investigate the clinical features and prognosis of primary intraocular lymphoma (PIOL). Methods: A retrospective review of medical records was performed in 9 patients who were diagnosed and treated as PIOL in the Department of Ophthalmology, Seoul National University Hospital. Results: Among patients who were enrolled in the study, 14 eyes were examined. Thirteen eyes (92.9%) showed yellowish subretinal or choroidal infiltrates which is a characteristic finding of PIOL in fundus examination and fluorescein angiography. Three patients presented with ocular symptoms initially, and 5 patients later presented with central nerve system (CNS) involvement. Only 1 patient showed PIOL without CNS involvement. Among 6 patients (9 eyes) that received systemic chemotherapy or ocular irradiation, 5 patients (7 eyes, 77.8%) responded. Among those patients, 3 patients (4 eyes) showed relapse of PIOL. Five patients died during the mean follow-up period of 43.3 months, and the median survival time was 47 months. Conclusions: The most common characteristic fundus finding of PIOL is subretinal or choroidal infiltration. Ocular irradiation combined with systemic chemotherapy is the first method of treatment, although long-term prognosis is poor.

        생활 그림책을 활용한 가정연계 놀이가 만 1세반 영아의 기본생활습관 형성에 미치는 효과

        본 연구는 생활 그림책을 활용한 가정연계 놀이가 영아의 기본생활습관 형성에 미치는 효과를 알아봄으로써 교육현장에서 영아 대상 기본생활습관 형성을 위한 교수-학습방법을 제공하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 강원도 S시에 소재한 국공립 D 어린이집 영아 15명을 실험집단에, 같은 지역의 국공립 I 어린이집 원아 15명을 비교집단에 임의로 배정하였다. 실험처치는 2021년 6월 14일부터 2021년 9월 24일까지의 12주 동안 주 2회씩 총 24회에 걸쳐 이루어졌으며, 12권의 생활 그림책을 활용하였다. 실험집단은 생활그림책을 활용한 가정연계 놀이를 비교집단은 동일한 생활 그림책 읽기 활동을 실시하였으며, 자료처리는 실험, 비교집단의 사전검사 점수를 공변인으로 하여 사후검사 점수에 대해 공분산분석(ANCOVA)을 실시하였다. 그 결과 생활 그림책을 활용한 가정연계 놀이가 영아의 기본생활습관 형성에 유의한 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 생활 그림책을 활용한 가정연계 놀이가 실제 보육현장에서 영아에게 의미 있고 효과적인 놀이로써 기본생활습관 형성 교육에 활용될 수 있음을 시사한다.

        과학과 교수.학습 과정안의 분석을 통한 교육 과정 위계 부적합 사례 연구 - 7학년 물질의 세 가지 상태

        In this study, we investigated the unsuitable cases for the hierarchy of the curriculum in science 'teaching-learning lesson plan' which is on the web site of the each city's support center for teaching and learning and Seoul Science Park with a purpose of giving helpful data for science teachers at lessons. The investigation is limited to 'Three states of matter' unit for the 7th grade and the content elements used at analysis was the "state changes of matter", "molecule" and "molecular model". The case found for unsuitable case for the hierarchy of the curriculum was phase equilibrium, ice crystal theory, peculiar property of water, classification of solid, thermal energy and physical change at the "state changes of matter". While the "molecular model" showed molecular motion and density. On the other hand, no case was found at "molecule".

        뇌졸중 환자의 삶의 질 구조모형

        Purpose: This study was designed to test structural equation modeling of the quality of life of stroke survivors in order to provide guidelines for development of interventions and strategies to improve their quality of life. Methods: The participants in the study were patients who visited the neurology outpatient department of a tertiary hospital in Seoul between June 25 and October 15, 2009. Data collection was carried out through one-on-one interviews. Demographic factors, functional independence, social support, nutritional status, post-stroke biobehavioral changes and quality of life were investigated. Results: The final analysis included 215 patients. Fitness of the hypothetical model was appropriate (c2=111.5,p=.000, GFI=.926, AGFI=.880, RMSA=.068, NFI=.911, CFI=.953). Functional dependency, social support and post-stroke biobehavioral changes were found to be significant explaining variance in quality of life. Post-stroke biobehavioral changes had the strongest direct influence on quality of life. Nutritional status had an indirect effect on the quality of life. Conclusion:To improve the quality of life of stroke survivors, comprehensive interventions are necessary to manage post-stroke biobehavioral changes, and strengthening social support networks that can contribute to enhancing the quality of life of stroke survivors.

        Increased Parasympathetic Activity as a Fall Risk Factor Beyond Conventional Factors in Institutionalized Older Adults with Mild Cognitive Impairment

        Purpose This study aimed to investigate autonomic nervous function during the orthostatic challenge and its relationship with depression and fall, and to elucidate fall-associated factors, including autonomic function, executive function, and depression among institutionalized older adults with mild cognitive impairment (MCI). Methods This study employed a descriptive cross-sectional design. Fall experiences in the current institutions were researched. Heart rate variability (HRV) during the orthostatic challenge was measured. Executive function was evaluated using the semantic verbal fluency test and clock drawing test. Depression was assessed using the Geriatric Depression Scale. Results Of the 115 older adults, 17 (14.8%) experienced falls in the current institution. None of the HRV indices during the orthostatic challenge showed any significant changes except for the standard deviation of normal RR intervals (p = .037) in the institutionalized older adults with MCI. None of the HRV indices was significantly related to the depressive symptoms. Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that normalized high frequency on lying was independently associated with falls (OR = 1.027, p = .049) after adjusting for other conventional fall risk factors although executive function and depressive symptoms were not significant factors for falls. Conclusions Institutionalized older adults with MCI were vulnerable to autonomic nervous modulation, especially to sympathetic modulation, during the orthostatic challenge, which was not associated with depressive symptoms. As increased resting parasympathetic activity seemed to play a key role in association with falls, autonomic nervous function assessment should be considered for fall risk evaluation.

        영아교사 성인애착 및 교사효능감이 영아-교사 상호작용에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship among adult attachment, teacher efficacy and infant-teacher interaction; the effect of adult attachment and teacher efficacy on infant-teacher interaction. This study subjects were 189 infant teachers in the metropolitan area, and were used to test adult attachment types, teacher efficacy scale, and infant-teacher interaction measurement tool. The collective data were analyzed, using pearson correlation analysis for correlation among variables, multiple regression analysis for the explanatory power, reliability test to verify reliability. The results are as follows: First, there was a significant correlation between infant attachment and teacher-infant interaction. The relationship between teacher efficacy and teacher-infant interaction has also significant positive correlation. Second, the effect of the adult attachment type was shown to have significant effect to the infant-teacher interaction. Third, the effect of teacher efficacy on infant-teacher interaction, there was meaningful influence on the interaction. 본 연구는 영아교사의 성인애착과 교사효능감 및 영아-교사 상호작용 간의 상관성 및 영향력을 알아보고자 실시되었다. 이에 따라 수도권 지역의 영아교사 189명을 대상으로 성인애착 척도, 교사효능감 척도, 영아-교사 상호작용 척도를 사용하였다. 수집된 자료는 Pearson 상관 분석과 중다회귀분석을 실시하였으며 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 영아교사의 성인애착과 영아상호작용은 의미 있는 상관관계가 나타났고 안정애착과는 정적 상관이, 회피애착과는 부적 상관관계가 나타났다. 교사효능감과 영아상호작용과는 유의한 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 영아교사의 성인애착이 영아-교사 상호작용에 영향력을 미치는 요인으로 나타났다. 안정애착은 반응적 태도와 적극적 활동 참여에 의미 있는 영향력을 보였고, 회피애착은 반응적 태도에만 의미 있는 영향력을 나타냈으며 허용적 태도에는 성인애착의 하위요인들이 의미 있는 영향력을 설명하지 못하였다. 셋째, 영아교사의 교사효능감이 영아-교사의 상호작용에 미치는 영향을 살펴본 결과, 교사효능감이 영아-교사 상호작용에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 나타났다. 영아교사의 학급운영관리, 영아상호작용, 교수활동은 교사의 반응적 태도, 적극적인 활동 참여, 허용적 태도에 유의미한 영향력을 보였다.

        지방문화원의 지역학 아카이브 활성화 방안: 춘천문화원을 중심으로

        This study aimed to analyze records and methods through focus group interviews to foster and to utilize sustainable regional archives of local cultural centers, centering on local cultural centers in Chuncheon. There were four strategic categories: discovering archive resources, building governance of related agencies, expanding archive recording channels, and expanding digital archive services. A total of 22 strategic tasks were derived as related sub-strategic tasks. First, the archive resource discovery strategy drew three strategic tasks under local cultural utilization and three under local data collection and production. Six strategic tasks were derived in connection with educational institutions, public libraries, and local governments in building giant versions of related agencies. In the strategy to expand archive recording channels, three strategic tasks were derived under local cultural utilization and three strategic tasks under the theme of local data collection and production. Three strategic tasks were derived under the theme of expanding media channels and three strategic tasks on expanding permanent exhibitions. Finally, the digital archive service expansion strategy drew two strategic tasks under the theme of building a digital archive database and two strategic tasks under metaverse archive expansion. Today, the region's archives must be elaborately collected and recorded according to the region's characteristics. Historical records such as living customs must be collected from the local community through local-based oral records. It is necessary to recognize the importance and necessity of archives and to establish a platform for new cultural resources through systematic management of data on local culture.

        양방향 하중 저항 언더 텐션 시스템의 구조 성능에 대한 실험 연구

        This study showed that experimental study of inelastic nonlinear behavior of two-way beam string structures. General large span structures consisting of beam members have large moment and long cross section of area. In order to decrease these excessive moment and deflection, the two-way beam string structures composed of H-Beam, strut, and cable elements were proposed. In the two-way string beam, the cable with the prestress improves force distribution of some weight reduction. Two systems made of structural steel and cables were tested. The nonlinear behaviour of the two-way beam string structures studied by using finite element model and compared to experimental results. The displacement of the LVDT in the center of the beam correspond with the ABAQUS results. 2,200MPa cable can afford to bear breaking load than 1,860MPa cable. The two-way beam string structures is correlated to the finite element model and the experimental results. In consequence, It showed that the system with two-way cables exhibits much better structural performances than H-Beam structures and beam with cable.

        제 7차 교육과정에 근거한 과학과 교수・학습 과정안의 분석

        본 연구에서는 학교 수업에서 교육과정의 이해 및 적용 실태를 알아보기 위해 시・도 교수학습지원센터와 서울특별시과학전시관 홈페이지에 게재되어 있는 교수・학습 과정안에 나타나는 교육과정 위계 오류의 유형을 조사하였다. 각 시・도 교수학습지원센터와 서울특별시과학전시관 홈페이지에 게재되어 있는 교수・학습 과정안을 이용하여 제 7차 교육과정을 토대로 오류 유형 분류틀을 제작하고, 교육과정 위계 오류의 유형별 횟수와 그 내용적 특징을 살펴보았다. 연구 대상으로 분석한 교수・학습 과정안 모두 교육과정 위계 오류를 가지고 있었으며, 교육과정 위계 오류의 유형은 단원의 특성에 따라 다르게 나타났다. In this study we investigated error types of curriculum in the 'teaching-learning lesson plan' to know actual condition about the understanding and application of curriculum at the school lesson. We made classification rubric based on the 7th curriculum using 'teaching-learning lesson plan' which is on the web site of support center for the teaching and learning at each city and province and Seoul Science Park. And investigated the number and the feature in each error type of the curriculum hierarchy. All the 'teaching-learning lesson plan' which was used for study had error in the curriculum hierarchy. The error type of the curriculum hierarchy was varied at the feature of lesson unit.
