In this paper, we atempt to control the nonlinear power system for resistance spot welders to be a fully linearizesd system by applying the recently developed nonlinear feedback linearization techniques. the controller proposed in this paper is computationally simple. In addition, the easy gain tuning as well as the high dynamic performance of resistance spot welding systems can be obained simulaneously. To illustrate the dynamic performance of our controller further, we present some simulation results.

폐기물 최소화 정책과 같은 폐기물을 자원화하고 환경오염을 최소화하려는 관리정책 이 생겨남에 따라 폐기물 최소화 정책에서 파생된 생산자책임재활용제도(EPR: Extended Producer Responsibility)로 인하여 폐기물의 원천감량화와 재활용이 촉진되 고 있다. 그러므로 기존에 스토카식 소각로에서 처리하던 폐기물을 EPR제도로 인해 다 른 방안을 모색하게 되었다. 이에 따라 재활용 폐기물의 처리를 위해 고안된 방법이 열분해 가스화 용융기술이다. 이러한 열분해 가스화 용융기술을 통하여 국내에서 재활 용되지 않고 소각이나 매립에 의존하고 있는 알루미늄 포장재를 재활용폐기물 중 알루 미늄(Al)을 회수하는 연구가 진행되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 열분해 가스화 용융로의 제작에 들어가기에 앞서 로 운영시 운전특성의 전산해석을 통해 설계인자를 도출하고 운전변수를 확립하기 위한 기초데이터 획득을 목표로 연구를 진행하였다.

The controller in this paper is computationally simple. In additionm the easy gain tuning as well as the high dunamic performance of resistance spot welding systems can be obtained. To illumunate the performance of our controller further we present some simulation results.
반응부의 유동해석을 통한 열플라즈마 가스처리기의 효율 개선

This study explores the numerical analysis method of fluid dynamics in the reaction section to improve the gas processing efficiency in the hazardous gas removal by atmospheric thermal plasma. This study also intends to contribute in technology advance to improve the processing efficiency and make the process more stable. Numerical analysis of temperature distribution in the reaction section dependent on the change in flow velocity of Ar and plasma temperature change, which are major control variables in the cracking process of HFC-23 using arc plasma, was done. The characteristic of incoming oxygen by temperature suggested that when temperature increased to 1600K, 1700K, 1800K respectively, the range of cracking temperature 1500K increased to 75.0%, 83.3%, 90.2% respectively. The temperature change of Ar by velocity change was widest in the area higher than 1500K when the velocity was 2.5m/s; however, since there was no big difference when the velocity was 2m/s, it is believed that 2 m/s would be most proper.

In this paper, the inverter TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas) welding system with high power efficiency by means of pulse current control of welding process is presented In TIG welding, pulse current control is utilized in order to attain less spatter and high welding performance. The four factors which determine the welding performance of the pulse current are frequency, base current, peak current, and peak current duty ratio, The input power depends on base current, peak current, and peak current duty ratio, In this paper, we analyze these three factors should be controlled to achieve minimum power input. To demonstrate the practical significance of our results, we present some experimental results as well as simulation results.<br/> <br/>
고성능 액체 크로마토그래피에 의한 다당 유도체를 기초로 한 흡착되거나 공유결합된 키랄 고정상에서 키랄 아미노 알코올의 안트르알디민 유도체의 광학분리

The convenient derivatization method of chiral amino alcohols as 9-anthraldimine Schiff base derivatives for chiral resolution was developed and the liquid chromatographic enantiomer separation of chiral amino alcohols as 9-anthraldimine derivatives was investigated on several coated and covalently bonded polysaccharide-derived chiral stationary phases (CSPs). In general, the performance of Chiralcel OD-H (or Chiralcel OD) (α = 1.24-2.89), the coated CSP derived from cellulose derivative was superior to the other CSPs for resolution of 9-anthraldimine derivatives of several amino alcohols. The results of enantioseparation depending on the structure of 9-anthraldimine analytes like the steric bulky group and the polar moiety etc were discussed. The analytical method was applied to measure the enantiomeric purity of commercially available chiral amino alcohols. It is expected that the convenient analytical method will be very efficient for determination of enantiomeric purity of amino alcohols as 9-anthraldimine Schiff base derivatives with strong UV absorption.
