The purpose of this study is to examine the usage of the science information website from the media-specific perspective. Based on the expectancy value model, this study analyzes the relationship among expectancy-value, level of exposure, satisfaction, and loyalty to the science website. It is shown in this study that the expectancy-value for attribute of science information (correctness, diversity, in-depth) and the information providing service (diversity of information providing method, ease of understanding, promptness) is related to the level of exposure to science information website. It is also demonstrated that the more users are exposed to science information website, the more they are satisfied with information and service which it offers. According to our analysis, user satisfaction and user loyalty, with regard to science information website are categorized into several sub-dimensions, respectively. Furthermore, different dimensions of satisfaction, such as information quality and service quality, each affect different dimensions of loyalty, such as preference, recommendation, contribution, and adherence. In this research, we provide the theoretical framework to better account for the user loyalty building process of science information website, and the practical implications for the operation of science information website.

산불 초기진화 행동매뉴얼 체계화 방안

본 논문은 완화단계(mitigation phase), 준비계획단계(preparedness phase), 응급대응단계(response phase), 복구단계(recovery phase) 등 4단계로 구분하고 있는 재난관리 과정에 산불예방활동, 산불진화준비활동, 산불방지활동과정, 산불진화대응활동, 수습 및 복구활동의 산불방지활동과정과 연계를 통한 산불재난관리에 대한 문헌정리를 실시하였다. 또한, 현행 소방관서의 나열식 설명 위주의 산불관련 매뉴얼이 사용자로 하여금 자신의 임무를 명확히 알 수 없고 또한 손쉽게 찾아볼 수 없는 단점 때문이었다. 따라서, 이 논문은 기 구축된 산림청 국유림관리소 지상진화대원 업무 중심의 산불현장 지상진화 행동매뉴얼을 바탕으로 하여 산불진화에 가장 핵심적인 역할을 수행하고 있는 진화헬기와 연계하고, 산림부서와 함께 출동하는 소방관서의 긴급구조통제단운영을 조합하여 소방관서 현장진화 지휘자 또는 담당자의 임무를 산불대응 단계에 따라 제1단계인 산불접수단계에서 10단계 철수단계에 이르기 까지 총 10단계로 구별하여 정리하였으며, 평상시 이를 숙지하여 진화대원의 안전은 물론이고 체계적이고 신속한 현장 대응을 통해 산불로부터 인명, 재산피해 및 산림피해를 감소시키는데 기여하고자 수행하였다.

미디어 다양성 개념 재정립: 전문가 인식 분석

The purpose of this study is to redefine the concept of media diversity in response to changes in the media environment by applying the policy Delphi survey method in analyzing experts’ perceptions. According to the study, experts recognized that supply diversity and qualitative diversity should be important factors in defining media diversity. Experts also assessed that the dimensions of media diversity (structure, content and use) are not directly causative to one another but are affected by one another in various ways, and that diversity in use should be implemented at a practical level. They also expressed positive views on the feasibility of media diversity in response to changes in the media environment. At the same time, they questioned whether external expansion of media diversity could lead to qualitative and internal diversity, and suggested that media diversity should be expanded through a public system to secure public contents. While experts generally gave a positive assessment of the direction and goals of the media diversity policy, they were skeptical about the usefulness of the media diversity system. Many experts pointed out that the goals of media diversity should be tolerance and embracement rather than social integration, and some emphasized that media diversity should be practiced through media literacy education. They recognized that it is important to measure the dispersion and concentration of use, and in particular to monitor changes in media diversity through continuous measurement and evaluation. Based on these findings, I proposed academic implications related to media diversity studies including policy implications related to media diversity systems.

캐나다의 공식 언어 사용과 언어적 불안감

Canada recognizes the equal status of English and French through the Official Languages ​Act of 1969, granting legal rights and obligations to use both official languages ​in federal offices located in areas designated as bilingual areas. However, the English-speaking population of Canada far exceeds the French-speaking population and the equal status of the official language is being shaken as the development of the English-centric global era is accelerating. Accordingly, the Office of the Commissioner of Official Languages conducted a survey on the the subject of 'linguistic (in)security at work' among federal government employees in Canada in 2019 and published the results in January 2021. Based on the results of this survey, this paper discusses the linguistic insecurity that many people feel when using Canada's official languages. According to the survey results, both English-speaking and French-speaking users were found to be more uncomfortable with using French in the workplace. In addition, it was found that the reason for feeling discomfort in using an official language is that respondents or their colleagues are not familiar with the language or that colleagues tend to switch to another official language when they try to speak the official language of their choice.

익산시 경관계획 수립 및 실행방안 확보에 관한 연구 : 동지역을 중심으로

익산시는 KTX역세권, 국가식품클러스터, 고도지정 등에 의한 대규모 도시개발 사업으로 인해 도시경관의 급격한 변화가 예상되므로 종합적인 경관계획을 필요로 하고 있다. 본 연구는 첫째, 익산시에 내재되어 있는 경관자원을 도출하여 자원의 보존, 연계방안을 설정하고, 둘째, 시가지 환경개선과 지역특색을 강화하기 위한 종합적이고 바람직한 경관계획을수립하며, 셋째, 주민과 함께하는 경관계획 실행 방안을 제안하는데 목적이 있다.연구는 도농통합시 익산의 중심시가지인 15개 동지역을 대상으로 현장조사를 통해 경관자원을 도출하고 자원의 가치및 중요도를 펑가한 후, 계획의 방향을 설정하였다. 경관유형은 자연경관, 시가지경관, 가로 및 철도경관으로 구분하였다.자연경관에서는 배산, 탑천, 대간선 수로의 보존 및 녹지의 네트워크화 방안이 모색되었다. 주거지, 상업지, 공업지및 KTX 역세권에 대해서는 주요 지역에 대한 특정경관계획과 건축물 및 외부공간을 중심으로 한 디자인 가이드라인을설정하였다. 가로 및 철도경관에서는 하나로, 송학로의 선형공원화를 통해 녹지 네트워크를 강화하였으며 철도변 경관저해요소 제거방안을 제시하였다.계획의 실행은 경관사업과 병행하여 주거지 경관정비는 주민 주도형 경관협정을, 탑천, 폐선부지, 하나로의 공원화사업은용도지구 지정을, 배산, 역세권, 대학로는 지구단위계획을 수립함으로서 규제 및 인센티브가 상호 보완적으로 나타날수 있게 하였다. Iksan-si has got to set a comprehensive landscape planning as there is expected a rapid change in the cityscape by the large scaled urban development from its designation of KTX station area, national food cluster, and historic city. Therefore this study was conducted with the following purpose. First, it sets a plan to identify the scenic resources in Iksan-si so that they can be conserved and linked with each other. Second, it sets the comprehensive and desirable landscape planning to improve the urban environment and reinforce its characteristics. Third, it suggests a implementing method for the landscape planning that can be practiced with residents. For this purpose the landscape resources were identified through the field survey on the base of downtown areas built with 15 dongs in Iksan and their value and importance were assessed. And then the method of conservation and the direction of development were decided. Landscape type was divided into four as natural, urban, street, and railroad landscape. For the natural landscape there was investigation on Baesan, Tapcheon, conservation of main road waterway, network of green belts. For residence areas, commercial areas, industrial areas, and KTX station areas a design guideline was made on the base of buildings and outer space as well as a specific landscape planning on the main areas. For street and railroad landscape, green belts network was reinforced with the construction of linear park for Hana-ro and Sonhak-ro and also a plan was suggested to remove the landscape impediments around railroads. To implement the plan for landscape, both the methods of regulation and incentive were taken by offering the residence areas project to citizen-leading agreement, park construction of Tapcheon, abolished railroads, and Hana-ro to designation of zoning district, and Baesan, station areas, and Dahak-ro to establishment of district unit planning.

방송 콘텐츠 수입의 진화와 포맷 거래

The periods are divided and the aspects of each period are interpreted in order to understand the historical evolution process of imported TV content. The first period(~1980s) is explained from the cultural imperialism perspective, and the cultural pride and identity are recovered in the second period(during 1990s). In the third period(2000s~), the pluralism is realized with the changes in global media environment. The analysis on the format trade as an evolved mode of program distribution in the industrial perspective draws four attributes of format trade: format trade involves the trade of brand value and reputation, the format as a product is being globally standardized, the localization in format trade is caused by economic motivations, and the international flow of format trade is unequal. According to those attributes format trade is interpreted as the representation of media imperialism subject to the domination of transnational corporations. The insights of cultural imperialism are applied to format trade for the following reasons: the international flow of format is unequal, the Western transnational companies dominate the format flow, and as a result the homogeneous culture is formed even in the most regional content such as reality genre.
