은퇴 후 목회자의 경제생활 안정화에 미치는 영향 요인 분석: Delphi Method 중심으로

Due to the rapid entry into an aging society, awareness of the need to prepare for retirement is increasing. Although there is a difference in degree from that of the general public, post-retirement issues regarding pastors with special status who lead religious lives have not been the focus of many studies. This study examined the factors influencing the stabilization of economic life after retirement for two groups, current and retired pastors contemplating retirement, using small churches with less than 50 members of the General Assembly of the Presbyterian Church of Korea (Hapshin) as a sample. As a result of the study, the benefits of pastors, such as physical and mental health, stable income, and public and private pensions, were the same items that could easily be found in the general public. However, in the case of pastors, housing issues after retirement and the need for retirement preparation education were identified as major influencing factors after retirement. This result is because, for small church pastors, the housing problem is a reality that is difficult to cover with retirement expenses. In the case of retirement preparation education, pastors recognize that it is their calling to entrust their old age to God and focus only on ministry, so preparation for retirement itself is dismissed as a lack of faith, and the need for retirement education is ignored. The denomination's general assembly should encourage interest in pastors’ retirement preparation by regularly organizing socially, economically, and theologically balanced programs for pastors’ retirement preparation education through pastors’ retreats. In addition, to solve the residential housing problem, the church must establish short-term and short-term alternatives and provide service and interest in stabilizing the economic life of pastors after retirement so that they can continue to live an honorable retirement life. 고령사회로의 급속한 진입으로 인해 은퇴 후 노후 준비가 필요하다는 인식이 높아지고 있다. 일반인들과 정도의 차이는 있겠지만 종교 생활을 하는 신분적 특수성을 가진 목회자들에 관한 은퇴 후 문제는 많은연구의 중심에서 벗어나 있었다. 본 연구는 대한예수교장로회(합신) 총회에 소속된 50인 이하의 소형교회를 표본으로 은퇴를 고민하는 현직목회자와 은퇴목회자 두 그룹을 대상으로 은퇴 후 경제생활 안정화에미치는 영향 요인을 검증하였다. 연구 결과 목회자의 신체적, 정신적건강, 안정된 소득, 공적연금 및 사적연금 같은 혜택은 일반인들에게서도 어렵지 않게 발견될 수 있는 같은 항목들이었다. 그러나 목회자의경우 은퇴 후 거주할 주택 문제와 은퇴 준비교육의 필요성이 은퇴 후주요한 영향 요인으로 확인되었다. 소형교회 목회자들에게서 거주 주택 문제는 은퇴 비용으로는 감당하기 어려운 현실로 다가오기 때문이다. 은퇴 준비교육의 경우, 목회자는 노후를 하나님께 맡기고 목회에만전념하는 것이 소명이라고 인식하므로 노후 준비 자체가 믿음이 없는것으로 치부되어 은퇴 교육의 필요성이 무시되기 때문이다. 교단 총회는 목회자 수련회 때마다 사회적, 경제적, 신학적으로 균형 잡힌 프로그램을 의무화하여 목회자 은퇴 계획에 관한 관심을 불러일으킬 것을제안한다. 거주 주택 문제 해결을 위해 교회는 장, 단기적인 대안을 세워 은퇴 후 목회자의 경제생활 안정화로 명예로운 은퇴 생활을 지속할수 있는 섬김과 관심을 가져야 할 것이다.

칼슘설포알루미네이트계 팽창시멘트는 수화하여 ettringite, monosulfate 등의 수화물을 생성하여 경화체의 수축을 보삼함으로써, 균열 발생을 방지한다. 본 실험에서는 칼슘설포알루미네이트계 팽창시멘트의 수화특성을 규명하기 위하여 화학성법으로 3CaO.$3A1_2$$O_3$.$CaSO_4$($C_4$$A_3$S)을 제조하였으며, $C_4$$A_3$S-Ca(OH)$_2$-CaSO$_4$.2$H_2O$-C$_3$A계의 수화특성을 알아보았다. 화학성법에 의해 $1300^{\circ}C$에서 잘 발달한 $C_4$$A_3$S를 제조할 수 있었고, $C_4$A$_3$S-Ca(OH)$_2$-CaSO$_4$.2$H_{2}O$계의 주요수화 생성물은 ettringite이었으며, $C_4$A$_3$S-Ca(OH)$_2$-CaSO$_4$.$2H_2O$-C$_3$A는 수화초기에 ettringe를 생성하였다가 석고가 소비되면서 monosulfate로 전이하였다. When calcium sulfoaluminate-based expansive cement was hydrated, ettringite and monosulfate were mainly formed. The crack of hardened cement was prevented by compensating drying shrinkage due to formation of the above hydrates. In order to study the hydration properties of calcium sulfoaluminate-based expanding cement, 3CaOㆍ3Al$_2$O$_3$ㆍCaSO$_4$(C$_4$A$_3$S) was prepared by chemical synthesis, and then the hydration of $C_4$A$_3$S-Ca(OH)$_2$-CaSO$_4$.$2H_2O$-C$_3$A system_was characterized. Good $C_4$A$_3$S phase was prepared at $1300^{\circ}C$ by chemical synthesis, and the main hydration product of $C_4$A$_3$S-Ca(OH)$_2$-CaSO$_4$.2$H_2O$ system was ettringite. In the case of hydration $C_4$A$_3$S-Ca(OH)$_2$-CaSO$_4$ㆍ 2$H_2O$-C$_3$A system, ettringite was formed in the early period and it was transformed into monosulfate while consumed gypsum.

하이퍼링크 기반 게시글 분석을 이용한 효율적인 뉴스피드 알림 시스템

This paper is about a newsfeed notification system through effective posting analysis and proposes an efficient newsfeed notification system that improves users' web accessibility. Traditional newsfeed notification systems have limitations, such as having to operate only on limited sites or install additional programs. In this paper, an efficient newsfeed notification system using hyperlink-based posting analysis is proposed to improve this threshold. The proposed newsfeed notification system provides a service that extracts and informs information from the body of any area of a user-specified site. It also supports the function of collecting and viewing the contents of the same keyword on one screen through keyword extraction. The Newsfeed Notification System in Body Extraction allows users to view the body of a widely distributed website in a single collection. It also enhances accessibility by providing news links that collect data as detailed data through Android Web View. This system provides an environment in which users can proactively manage their data. 본 논문은 효과적인 게시글 분석을 통한 뉴스피드 알림 시스템에 관한 것으로 사용자의 웹 접근성을 향상시킨 효율적인 뉴스피드 알림 시스템을 제안한다. 기존의 뉴스피드 알림 시스템들은 제한된 사이트에서만 작동하거나 별도의 프로그램을 추가 설치해야 하는 등의 한계를 갖고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 한계점을 개선하고자 하이퍼링그 기반의 게시글 분석을 활용한 효율적인 뉴스피드 알림 시스템을 제안한다. 제안된 뉴스피드 알림 시스템은 사용자가 지정한 사이트의 임의의 영역의 본문에서 정보를 추출하여 알려주는 서비스를 제공한다. 또한 키워드 추출을 통해 동일 키워드의 내용을 한 화면에서 모아서 확인할 수 있는 기능을 지원한다. 본문 추출의 뉴스피드 알림 시스템을 사용하여 사용자는 광범위하게 분포하는 웹사이트의 본문을 한 집합소에 모아서 볼 수 있다. 더불어 데이터를 수집한 뉴스 링크를 안드로이드 웹 뷰를 통해 상세한 데이터로 제공하여 접근성을 향상시킨다. 본 시스템은 사용자가 능동적으로 데이터를 관리할 수 있는 환경을 제공한다.

In this paper, the general equation of motion of damped sandwich beam with multi-viscoelastic material layer was derived based on the equation presented by Mead and Markus. The viscoelastic layer, which has characteristics of complex shear modulus, was assumed to be dominantly under shear deformation. The equation of motion of n-layered damped sandwich beam in bending could be represented by (n+3)th order ordinary differential equation. Finite element model for the n-layered damped sandwich beam was formulated and programmed using higher order shape functions. Several numerical examples were implemented to show the effects of damped material.

논문에서는 공간의 제약성을 해결하기 위한 새로운 자전거 대여 시스템을 제안한다. 최근 급속한 경제 발전으로 인한 환경, 교통 문제를 해결할 수 있는 방안으로 자전거 대여 시스템에 관한 연구가 진행되고 있다. 하지만 현재 운용되고 있는 많은 자전거 대여 시스템들은 지정된 공간에서 대여 및 반납이 이루어져야 하는 공간의 제약성을 지니며 이로 인한 서비스 이용이 제한되는 문제점을 지닌다. 따라서 이 논문에서는 이러한 공간의 제약성을 해결하고 활용성을 높이기 위한 어느 공간에도 자유롭게 반납할 수 있는 시스템을 제안한다.
