이 연구는 물리적 공간의 개념이 어떻게 인간에게 인식되고 언어적으로 실현되는지 언어 이론적으로 밝히는 데 목적을 두었다. 어떠한 개체의 공간 정보를 나타내는 공간사건(spatial event)을 도식화하기 위해 ‘탄도체(Trajector)’와 ‘지표(Landmark)’, ‘경로(Path)’, ‘운동(Motion)’의 요소로 나누고, 이를 통해 공간사건의 유형이 구분됨을 살폈다. 한편 공간사건은 문장의 명제와는 구별되는 별도의 사건 도식을 가지고 있음을 보여, 기존 방식의 논항 구조와는 별도의 층위를 설정해야 함을 밝혔다. 또한 공간사건의 유형에 따라 문장의 전형적인 형식이 정해져 있음을 밝혔다. 이는 문장의 상적 특성에서 비롯된 것인데, 만약 상적 특성을 수정하는 경우라면 ‘주의의 창문화(windowing of attention)’ 전략을 통해 서술어의 논항 구조로 설명되지 않는 새로운 문형이 도출된다고 주장했다. This study aims to reveal how the concept of physical space is perceived and linguistically realized by humans. The spatial event, which represents the spatial information of an object, was divided into four components of 'Trajector', 'Landmark', 'Path', and 'Motion' for schematization, and it was found that the types of spatial events were distinguished. On the other hand, it was shown that spatial events have a separate event schema that is distinct from the propositions in a sentence, and a separate layer should be set up from the conventional thesis statement structure. We also found that the type of spatial event determines the typical pattern of the sentences. It comes from the aspectual character of the sentence, and if the aspectual character of the sentence is modified, the 'windowing of attention' strategy leads to a new form that is not explained by the argument structure of the sentence.

Although South Korea has a relatively small area when compared to neighboring countries, there are large differencesin precipitation characteristics by region due to its complex topography. Therefore, to effectively respond to disasterscaused by precipitation in South Korea, climate change information using a climate model with an improved spatialresolution is required. This study classified sub–regions with homogeneous characteristics in South Korea usingtransformed gridded precipitation observation datasets. Then, high–resolution regional climate models (RCMs) witha 12.5 km horizontal resolution, which are known to simulate added value well in simulating future projections ofSouth Korea, were bias–corrected, and future changes in the precipitation means and extremes were analyzed usingthese RCMs. The classified precipitation sub–regions in South Korea reasonably reflected the observed distributionof precipitation, depending on latitude and topography. The future precipitation characteristics of the classifiedprecipitation sub–regions were predicted using bias–corrected RCMs. While the annual precipitation is projectedto increase relative to the present in most grids for all future periods, the RCP8.5 scenario for the mid–twenty-firstcentury is projected to decrease in the north of the central region. Intensified warming in the late twenty-first centuryis predicted to considerably increase the mean precipitation intensity and magnitude of the high–intensity extremeprecipitation in all the precipitation sub–regions. As these results can lead to increased hydrological disasters, thisstudy will help to prepare practical countermeasures for precipitation changes on regional and local spatial scales inSouth Korea.
박스형 이중외피와 커튼월의 냉방기 열적성능에 관한 비교실험 연구

The annual mean temperature of South Korea has risen by 1.3℃ for last 100 years by urbanization and industrialization. Especially, the frequency of unusual hot weather in summer increases for a long time and the frequency of unusual cold weather in winter clearly decreases. In recently, The considerable portion of curtain wall system is appled to building skin in domestic. As related to this, the Korea Institute of Construction Technology devised the box typed double skin facade(It is occasionally called as FDFS : Functional Double Facade System) as an alternative that reflects the distinctive local climate and saves cooling energy. Two mock-ups(4.9m*4.9m) applied to single skin(curtain wall) and double skin each were monitored under the outdoor condition. Therefore, the characteristics of natural ventilation and cooling energy consumption of each window had been analyzed in real time.The results of this study are summarized as follow, Analysis of the experiment on an air conditioner: the indoor temperature of the chamber with FDFS is lower than that of the chamber with single skin facades by 3∼6 degrees(C). A temperature variation of about 1∼2 degrees between the 0.2m and 1.7m height of the mock-up occurs in FDFS, while that of about maximum 7 degrees occurs in single skin facade at noon with abundant intensity of solar accident. Also, 67 percent of energy consumption for air conditioning has been saved.
