현행 부동산개발법제가 어떻게 운용되고 있는지를 파악한다. 개별법속에서 흩어져 있고 부동산 개발 관련제도가 어떤 구조 속에서 어떻게 상호작용 영향을 미치는가를 밝혀 운영상의 문제점을 알아보도록 한다. 또한, 개별법에 의한 개발사업의 촉진절차 및 촉진지원책 등을 검토함으로써 어떻게 운용되고 있는가를 알아보고 중복규제, 협의, 까다로운 절차로 인한 시간지체 등 운용상의 문제를 밝혀내고자 한다.

최근 사물 인터넷에 대한 정보보호가 이슈화되면서 이에 적합한 알고리즘에 대한 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 국내에서도 IoT환경에 적합한 경량 대칭키 암호 알고리즘인 LEA(Lightweight Encryption Algorithm)를 개발하였다. 본 논문에서는 LEA 암호에 대한 1차 전력 분석 방법들을 소개하고 이를 실험적으로 검증하였다. 그리고 1차 전력분석에 안전하도록 LEA를 설계하는 방법을 제안한다. 설계된 LEA 부채널 분석대응법의 효율성을 비교하기 위해 동일한 안전도를 제공하는 AES 부채널 대응법과 비교하였다. Recently, information security of IoT(Internet of Things) have been increasing to interest and many research groups have been studying for cryptographic algorithms, which are suitable for IoT environment. LEA(Lightweight Encryption Algorithm) developed by NSRI(National Security Research Institute) is commensurate with IoT. In this paper, we propose two first-order Correlation Power Analysis(CPA) attacks for LEA and experimentally demonstrate our attacks. Additionally, we suggest the mask countermeasure for LEA defeating our attacks. In order to estimate efficiency for the masked LEA, its operation cost is compared to operation time of masked AES.
하악 제3대구치 발치의 결정에 관한 재고찰 - 발치 현황과 영향 인자를 중심으로

Introduction: Third molar extraction is one of the most common procedures in oral and maxillofacial surgery. The impacted third molar causes many pathological conditions, such as pericoronitis, caries, periodontitis, resorption of adjacent teeth, and cyst or tumors associated with impacted teeth. Extraction is often considered the treatment of choice for impacted lower third molars. On the other hand, imprudent extraction of deeply impacted third molars can cause permanent complications, such as inferior alveolar nerve damage. Therefore, guidelines for the extraction of lower third molars should be set to prevent embarrassing complications. This study examined the indication and current trends of the extracted lower third molars in the dental hospital of a dental college. Materials and Methods: 557 extracted third molars were evaluated at the department of oral and maxillofacial surgery of Yonsei University. The chief complaint, diagnosis, age and degree of impaction were analyzed to determine the tendency for the extraction of asymptomatic lower third molars. Results: The percentage of asymptomatic third molars was 40.8%. In cases of full impacted tooth or full erupted tooth, the percentage of asymptomatic teeth was more than 50% (52.4% and 54.3, respectively). Among those partially impacted teeth, 73.1% of them showed symptoms, such as pain, tenderness and swelling. In terms of age, pericoronitis was evident at a younger age, and dental caries/periodontitis was the main cause of removal in those aged over 50. Twenty nine cases (1.6%) had teeth associated with pathological changes Conclusion: The incidence of pathological changes to the lower third molar was relatively low. Surgical extraction is recommended in cases of partially impacted teeth. In Korea, the incidence of asymptomatic third molar extraction was relatively higher than in European countries. More careful attention would be desirable to consider the risks and benefits of lower third molar extraction.
SKF 525A가 흰쥐의 대동맥에서 Sodium nitroprusside, Acetylcholine, Pinacidil에 의한 이완반응에 미치는 효과

TEA, glibenclamide, L-NAME and SKF 525A-induced contraction were investigated using acetylcholine, sodium nitroprusside (SNP, NO donor) and pinacidil (ATP sensitive K+ channel opener) in rat abdominal and thoracic aorta. The relaxant effects of acetylcholine, SNP and pinacidil were not different in the abdominal aorta and in the thoracic aorta. Acetylcholine-induced relaxation was dependent on endothelial cell, but pinacidil was independent endothelia cell. In the presence of TEA, glibenclamide, L-NAME,mepacrine and SKF 525A, acetylcholine and SNP did not change, but pinacidil-induced relaxation was significantly reduced in presence of glibenclamide, which is ATP sensitive K+ channel blocker. SKF 525A, which is inhibitor of cytochrome P450 dependent epoxygenase, partially inhibited the pinacidil-induced relaxation. These results indicate that the pinacidil-induced relaxation may be mediated by ATP sensitive K+ channel and partially by EETS, which is produced by cytochrome P450 dependent epoxygenase.
