박정희대통령은 10월 4일 77년도 예산안을 국회에 제출하고 새해 시정 기본방향과 소신의 일단을 피력하였다. 박대통령은「우리는 그동안 세차례에 걸친 경제개발 5개년계획을 성공적으로 마무리 짓고 그간에 이룩해 놓은 획기적인 국력의 신장과 튼튼한 자립기반위에서 또다시 거보전진의 첫걸음을 내딛게 되는 것」이라고 했다. 박대통령은 2조 6천 7백 50억원 규모의 77년도 예산안편성은 일반행정, 국방, 사회개발및 경제개발등 각 부문간에 균형을 기하면서도 중점사업을 효과적으로 추진할수 있도록 한것이라고 강조하고 이 예산안의 첫째가, 국가안보 태세를 강화하기 위한것, 둘째는 주요경제개발사업을 적극지원하고 사회개발의 촉진을 뒷받침한것, 셋째, 국민생활의 안정과 복지향상에 역점을 두고, 재정을 효율적으로 운영하기 위하여, 예산제도와 세제를 개선한 것이라고 했다.

新聞의 時代와 新小說 - 新小說에 나타난 ‘新聞/記事’의 樣相과 그 意味 -

This paper tried to analyze the aspects of newspapers and newspaper articles appearing in ‘Shinsoseol(New Novel)’ to examine their meaning. In previous studies of the formation of modern novels and the correlation of newspaper media, the research on the perception of newspaper media appearing in the novel itself has been neglected. Newspapers and newspaper articles in Shinsoseol appear 1)when the characters read or 'quote' articles in editorials and miscellaneous news(fait divers), and 2)when the characters and events are reported in the newspapers, and 3)when the characters in the works publish their own articles. Newspaper articles serve as enlightening and educational functions that present the direction of life and social norms to characters. On the other hand, newspaper articles serve as a summary presentation of events, overcoming and rescuing crises, and an instrument of meeting characters. However, there are no journalist in Shinsoseol and no doubts about the possibility of newspaper articles being manipulated. This should be an important point in the process of establishing aesthetic autonomy in modern novels, triggering discussions about the dynamics of 'article' and 'fiction' dealing with 'real' and 'fiction'. 박정희, 2019, 신문의 시대와 신소설, 183 : 291~317 이 논문은 ‘新小說’에 등장하는 신문과 신문기사의 양상들을 분석하여 그 의미를 살펴보고자 했다. 그간 近代小說의 형성과 신문매체의 상관성에 대한 연구들에서 소설 자체에 반영되어 있는 신문매체인식에 대한 연구는 소홀했다. ‘신소설’에 나타나는 신문 및 신문기사는 1)작중 인물들이 논설 및 잡보의 기사를 읽거나 그것을 ‘引用’하는 경우, 2)작중 인물 및 사건이 신문에 보도되는 경우, 3)작중 인물이 신문을 활용하는 경우 등의 양상으로 드러나며, 이때 신문기사는 작중인물의 삶의 방향과 사회 규범을 제시하는 계몽과 교육적 기능을 한다. 서사적 차원에서 신문기사는 사건의 요약적 제시, 인물의 위기 극복과 구조, 인물들의 만남 繼起 등의 기능을 한다. 한편 신소설에는 신문기자가 등장하지 않고 신문기사의 造作 가능성에 대한 의심 등은 나타나지 않는다. 이러한 점은 근대소설의 미적 자율성의 성립과정에서 ‘현실’을 다루는 ‘신문기사’와 ‘소설’의 力學關係에 대한 논의를 觸發시킬 수 있는 중요한 사항에 해당하는 것이라는 측면에서 의미가 있다.

Purpose: To study aimed to examine the impact of the Nursing and Care=giving Integrated Service on nursing work performance, nurse' job satisfaction, and patient safety. Methods: A total of 66 nurses were selected as participants, comprising 30 nurses working in Nursing and Care=giving Integrated Service hospital ward, and 33 nurses working in a general hospital ward with a similar patient and disease group and distributed moderately. For data analysis, t-tests, ANOVA, and $X^2$ tests were conducted. Results: Nursing work performance in the Nursing and Care=giving Integrated Service ward was higher than that in the general hospital ward, but this difference was not statistically significant. Conversely, job satisfaction was lower among nurses in the Nursing and Care=giving Integrated Service ward, although again the difference was not significant. However, the Nursing and Care=giving Integrated Service ward had a significantly lower rate of safety-related accidents in patients compared to the general hospital ward. Conclusion: In order to expand and improve patient safety and other aspects of the Nursing and Care=giving Integrated Service, there is a need to establish a mediation strategy for increasing nurses' work performance and job satisfaction.

전문가 심층인터뷰를 통한 인천공항 항공화물 증대방안에 관한 연구

The air cargo growth rate at Incheon International Airport has dropped sharply in 2018. It has recorded the lowest growth rate since 2013 and expected to further slow down in 2019. Therefore this study set up three research questions and conducted in-depth interviews with experts to find out how to increase cargo volume at Incheon International Airport. As a result of interviews, pharmaceuticals and Americas are supported as the strategic item and market for Incheon International Airport. And the needs for government policy to increase cargo volume at Incheon International Airport are derived as follows: first, infra structure and institutional support second, securing stable workforce third, institutional support for expansion of e-commerce demand fourth, institutional support for facilitating cargo flow and finally support for manufacturing activation policy. As a result of comprehensive reviews of these suggestions, the priority for Incheon International Airport to create sustainable cargo volume is continuous expansion of networks. And it is also required that establishing e-commerce and cold chain cluster, improving GDC service quality using K-Packet, introducing management and delivery system for pharmaceuticals and manufacturing activation policy. In addition to these requirements, it is necessary to enhance logistics competitiveness, create environment to attract global manufacturing and logistics company, activate cargo service at dawn and build air cargo network information system. 2018년 인천공항 항공화물 성장률이 급감하며 2013년 이후 최저 성장률을 기록하을 뿐만 아니라 2019년에도 추가 둔화가 예 상된다. 따라서 본 연구는 인천공항의 수요증대 방안을 파악하기 위하여 세가지 연구문제를 설정하고 전문가 심층인터뷰를 실시 하다. 인터뷰 결과, 인천공항의 향후 전략운송품목은 의약품으로 나타났으며, 전략시장은 미주가 압도적인 지지를 받았다. 그리 고 인천공항 항공화물 증대를 위해서 첫째, 인프라 및 제도적 지원 둘째, 안정적인 노동인력 확보를 위한 지원 셋째, 전자상거래 수요 확대를 위한 제도적 지원 넷째, 화물흐름 원활화를 위한 제도적 지원 마지막으로 제조업 활성화 정책 지원 등이 요구되었다. 이러한 결과를 종합적으로 검토해본 결과, 인천공항의 지속가능한 물동량 창출을 위한 최우선 과제는 지속적인 네트워크 확대인 것으로 파악된다. 그리고 전자상거래 및 콜드체인 클러스터 구축, K-Packet을 활용한 GDC 화물 운송서비스 개선, 의약품 관리⋅ 배송 체계 도입, 제조업 활성화 정책이 요구되며, 물류경쟁력 제고, 글로벌 제조 및 물류 기업 유치환경 조성, 새벽시간대 화물기 운항 활성화, 항공화물 네트워크 정보시스템 구축 등이 필요한 것으로 파악된다.

가족기능성과 자기효능감이 중년 남성의 은퇴불안에 미치는 영향

본 연구의 목적은 은퇴를 앞둔 중년 남성들을 대상으로 가족기능성, 자기효능감이 은퇴불안에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 하는 것이다. 이를 위하여 S기업과 일반 중소기업에 근무하는 중년 남성을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였고 334부를 최종 분석 대상으로 하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 첫째, 직업 만족도, 경제적 형편, 학력, 건강상태에 따라 중년 남성의 은퇴불안 정도에 유의미한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 중년 남성의 가족기능성 전체와 자기효능감 전체 간에는 유의미한 정적상관이 나타났다. 반면, 가족기능성 전체와 은퇴불안 전체는 부적 상관이 나타났고, 자기효능감도 은퇴불안과 부적상관이 나타났다. 셋째, 가족기능성 전체는 중년 남성의 은퇴불안에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 자기효능감 전체와 하위 영역인 일반적 자기효능감, 사회적 자기효능감이 은퇴불안에 대해서 통계적으로 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 가족기능성과 자기효능감을 예측변인으로 은퇴불안을 준거변인으로 두고 그 영향을 살펴본 결과, 자기효능감만이 은퇴불안에 대해 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과를 토대로 후속연구에 대한 제언과 시사점을 논의하였다.

주문식교육을 위한 IT관련학과의 교육과정 개발

최근 대학 교육이 현장과 괴리되어 기업에서는 인력부족 현상이 나타나고, 대학 졸업생의 취업율은 해마다 감소하고 있다. 이를 해소하기 위해 대학에서는 이론 중심의 강의를 지양하고 현장 실무 능력을 강화하기 위한 교육과정의 혁신적인 변화가 절실히 요구된다. 따라서 교육과정 개선을 위하여 부산ㆍ경남 소재 42개 업체를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며 IT관련학과를 중심으로 기업에서 요구하는 전문직업인력 유형을 조사한 결과, ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) 분야에 대한 수요가 가장 많았다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 기업의 요구를 충족시키는 전문 직업 인력 양성을 위한 새로운 교육과정 개선방안을 제안하였다. Recently, the college education is apart from the necessity of the industry. Therefore, the industry encounters short of the professional expert and the employment ratio of the college graduate is in decrease every year. In order to overcome this problem, an innovative and creative, new college curriculum is necessary, which can enhance the practical and yard-oriented ability for the student instead of the traditional desk-based theoretical knowledge. Thus, in order to improve the college curriculum, a quwstionnare survey for 42 industries located Busan and Kyungnam Province was made. The Questionnaire survey showed that the requirement of ERP was highest. Based on the industry questionnaire survey, an new IT related curriculum made to order by the industry, which can cultivate professional workers, is proposed in this paper.
