      • 데이터 모델링을 위한 업무 분석 방법의 개선에 관한 연구

        IT 프로젝트 수행하는 과정 중 가장 많은 시간을 투자해야 하는 부분은 요구사항 분석이다. 소프트웨어 공학에서 요구사항 분석 방법이 체계화되어 실무에서 많이 활용하고 있으며, 분석 결과로 프로그램 개발뿐만 아니라 정보시스템 관련 모든 분야에서 활용할 수 있다. 하지만 소프트웨어 중심의 요구사항 분석방법은 데이터베이스 설계에 적용하기에는 불필요한 정보가 포함 되어 잘못된 데이터 모델로 설계될 수 있다. 또한, 데이터 중심으로 필요한 요구사항을 분석하는 방법론이 없는 실정이기에 선행 연구에서 데이터 모델링을 위한 업무 요구사항 방법을 제시하였다. 선행 연구 방법은 실제로 적용할 때 절차가 복잡하고 분석에 어려움이 있어, 본 연구는 선행 연구방법의 절차를 개선하고 적용하기 쉬운 방법으로 연구하여 제시하였다. 제안한 방법을 검증하기 위해 선행 연구 방법과 동일한 업무요구사항명세서를 적용하여 단계별로 업무 분석 결과를 비교하였다. 그 결과 선행 연구방법보다 절차가 간소화되어 향상된 결과를 얻을 수 있었다. 분석한 결과를 바탕으로 향후 데이터 모델링 단계에 대해 계속 연구할 예정이다.

        헤어미용업 종사자의 성격특성과 직무만족의 관계에 관한 연구

        This study is to examine the effects of the hairdressing business workers` personality traits on job satisfaction. The results of empirical analysis are summarized as follows Only openness of personality traits doesn`t have a statistically significant influence on job satisfaction, but extraversion and agreeableness each have statistically significant influences on job satisfaction. Above all, it is investigated that agreeableness of personality traits is the most important factor that has the strongest influence on job satisfaction. Therefore this study suggests that it is necessary to improve the performance of hairdressing business by efficient human resource management that considers hairdressing business workers` personality traits and characteristics.

        헤어미용사의 직무스트레스와 이직의도의 관계에 관한 연구

        This study aimed to analysis the differences of turnover intention by hairstylist' personal characteristics and determined the effects of their job stresses on turnover intention. And it attempted to prepare efficient management plans in order to solve the management problems of hairdressing business, focusing their job stresses from aspects of human resource administration. For empirical analysis, a questionnaire survey was conducted among beauty salon employees in Gyeongsangnam-do, and the collected data were analyzed. The results found the following: Above all, the turnover intention by hairstylist' personal characteristics was high in the following groups: ‘thirties’, ‘unmarried’, ‘college graduates’, and 'employee'. Personal relationship, reward fairness, and role relationship of job stresses had an effect on turnover intention. In fact, compared to other factors, personal relationship revealed the greatest influence on job stresses. The study results mean that human resource management that comprehensively considers personal characteristics as well as job stresses is essential in improving business performances by decreasing employees’ turnover intention in the hairdressing business.

        헤어미용업의 서비스품질과 고객충성도의 관계에서 베이비부머세대의 조절효과

        This study is to investigate the effects of the service quality of hairdressing business on customer in service industry. Especially, it is to examine whether the effects of the service quality of hairdressing business on customer loyalty differ according to the baby-boomer generation. The results of empirical analysis are summarized as follows. It is investigated that the responsiveness, the assurance, and the empathy of service quality each have statistically significant influences on customer loyalty. And the assurance of service quality is the most important factor that has the strongest influence on customer loyalty. Above all, the tangibility and the assurance of service quality each have a stronger influence on customer loyalty in the baby-boomer generation than in other generation. This result indicates that the service quality upon consideration of the baby-boomer generation may improve the management performance of beauty salon.

        전기자동차 충전시설의 구축확대를 위한 법적 문제

        Recent global issues in motor vehicles are fuel economy scandal of Volkswagen diesel car and successive sales by subscription of Tesla model 3 which is a distributional electric vehicles. These issues throw open the door to forecast that electric vehicles will dominate great portion of electric vehicles markets as environment-friendly motor vehicles. Even though electric vehicles contribute to air pollution prevention and decrease of green-house gas, the diffusion and spread of electric vehicles still have not been greatly established yet. The government reformed the law of environment-friendly motor vehicles in April, 2016 for mandating construction of charging facilities in public buildings to increase the number of charging facilities which is a premise of diffusion of electric vehicles. However, the expansion of charging facilities for electric vehicles led by government is doomed to face with limitation, therefore, a policy to encourage active private corporation and participation must be made along with the law enforcement. The duty to install charging facilities for electric vehicles is a system for ensuring a minimum of charging facilities for electric vehicles. The important parts of this system is to determine range of obligator who is required to install a charging facilities and criteria for the quantity of charging facilities and range of the number of installations. Moreover, there must be a legal basis of charging facilities and its exclusive parking area for sufficiently utilizing charging facilities for electric vehicles. Success of expansion of electric vehicles diffusion is depending on whether the charging infra for electric vehicles is sufficiently established. There are two roles of government for expansion of charging facilities diffusion for electric vehicles. One is to establish a minimum basis for diffusion of electric vehicles and the other one is to facilitate private businesses entering to market for activating charging business markets. Current 「Electric Utility Act」 determines high entry barrier of charging businesses for electric vehicles because of all sorts of regulations. To solve this problem, the government suggested a law revision called 「Electric Utility Act」 to National Assembly to relax the restraints that business operators have when entering to the market or operating business. It cannot be estimated how much electric vehicles can replace internal combustion engine vehicles. However, one certain thing is that electric vehicles markets are gradually expanding now. Supply of electric vehicles will be greatly relying on the degree of establishing charging facilities. If diffusion of electric vehicles reaches the certain bar, diffusion of charging facility for electric vehicles will be rapidly increasing. Since diffusion of electric vehicles and charging facility are very closely interacted with each other, the government and local governments need to prioritize an establishment of policy appropriate for increasing charging facilities. Spread of electric vehicles diffusion will greatly influence decrease of green-house gas and air pollution. Therefore, in this regard, legislation for expanding establishment of charging facility for electric vehicles has the validity.

        헤어미용업의 고용관계특성이 직무만족에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구: 경남지역을 중심으로

        This study is to examine the effects of the employment relationship characteristics of hairdressing business on job satisfaction. And it is to investigate the differences of job satisfaction by employee’s individual characteristics. The results of empirical analysis are summarized as follows. It is examined that the labor security, the participation opportunity, and the co-worker``s relationship each have statistically significant influences on job satisfaction. And the participation opportunity is the most important factor that has the strongest influence on job satisfaction. The differences of job satisfaction by employee’s individual characteristics show that job satisfaction is higher in the 30s and the over 40s of age than in the 30s and it is higher in married person group than in unmarried person group. This result means that the best use of employment relationship characteristics may improve the management performance of beauty salon.

        전기자동차 보급촉진제도

        자동차는 이동의 편의를 증진시켜주는 수단으로 인간의 삶의 질 향상과 밀접한 관련성을 가지고 있다. 2015년 기준 우리나라 자동차등록대수는 약 2,100만대에달하나, 전기자동차를 포함한 환경친화적 자동차의 보급률은 1%에도 미치지 못하고 있다. 최근 고농도 민세먼지의 잦은 발생으로 인체에 유해한 미세먼지 문제에 대한 국민의 관심이 높아지면서 환경친화적 자동차에 대한 관심도 고조되고 있다. 얼마 전 사전구매예약을 받은 2017 테슬라 모델 3에 대한 높은 관심은 전기자동차시대가 도래하였음을 반증하는 것으로, 세계 각국은 전기자동차의 보급 확대를 위하여 다양한 정책을 도입하고 있다. 전기자동차는 대기오염물질을 배출하지 않는 환경친화적 자동차로 새로운 산업의 성장 동력으로 부상할 수 있다. 그동안 비싼 차량 가격, 충전 관련 기술력 부족, 각종 기반시설 부족 등 전기자동차가 가지고 있는 단점으로 인해 전기자동차의 보급 실적이 부진했던 것이 사실이다. 그러나 2015년 12월 친환경자동차법 개정을통해 기존의 보조금제도 이외에 공공기관의 구매의무 및 공동주택과 공영주차장에서의 충전시설 설치의무를 신설하여 전기자동차를 포함한 환경친화적 자동차의 보급 확대를 위한 제도를 구축하였다. 또한 2016년 1월 「주차장법」의 개정으로 전용주차구획 확보와 주차요금 감면 등에 관한 제도 마련을 통해 전기자동차의 보급 확대 기반을 마련하였다. 본 논문은 환경친화적 자동차 중 전기자동차의 보급 촉진을 위하여 현행법에서 도입하고 있는 의무구매제도(Ⅱ), 자동차대여사업에서 전기자동차의 가중환산제도(Ⅲ) 및 주차특례제도(Ⅳ)의 법적 고찰을 목적으로 한다. 다만, 전기자동차 보급촉진제도의 일환인 전기자동차의 보조금제도는 이미 언급한 바 있고, 전기자동차 충전시설 관련 문제는 향후 별도로 다룰 예정이므로 논외로 한다. Vehicles have strongly related with improving the quality of life for the human being as the tool for increasing convenience of moving. The number of the registered vehicles in our country reaches about 21 million pieces standard by 2015. However, the diffusion rate of the environment-friendly motor vehicles including electric vehicles has not reached less than 1%. Recently, as the public interest on the issue of the fine dust harmful to the human bodies by frequent cause of high density fine dust becomes higher, the interest in the environment-friendly motor vehicles has become higher. The fact that the interested in advance purchase registration of Tesla model 3 in 2017 proves that the age of the electric vehicles has been initiated and various policies to extend the diffusion of the electric vehicles have been introduced all over the world. Electric vehicles can be raised as the growth engine for the new industry of the environment-friendly motor vehicles not emitting air pollutants. So far, the diffusion result of electric vehicles has been sluggish due to the merits that the electric vehicles have such as expensive vehicle cost, lack of charging related technology, insufficient various infrastructure. However, through the revision of the environment-friendly motor vehicles act in December 2015, the institutions to increase the diffusion of environment-friendly motor vehicles including electric vehicles have been established by creating compulsory purchasing of institutions other than the existing subsidy system and the compulsory installation of charging facilities in the public parking lots. In addition, through the revision of 「parking Lot Act」in January 2016, through securing exclusive parking area and the preparation of the institution for the exemption of the public parking fees, the base of extending the diffusion of electric vehicles has been prepared. The purpose of this study is to make legal considerations on the compulsory purchasing system (II), the weighted conversion system of electric vehicles in the rent-a-car business (III) and the special exception to parking system (IV) that has been accepted in the current law to promote the diffusion of electric vehicles among all environment-friendly motor vehicles.
