IoT 도시빅데이터를 활용한 도로교통특성과 유해환경요인 간 영향관계 분석

As part of the Smart Seoul policy, the importance of using big urban data is being highlighted. Furthermore interest in the impact of transportation-related urban environmental factors such as PM10 and noise on citizen's quality of life is steadily increasing. This study established the integrated DB by matching IoT big data with transportation data, including traffic volume and speed in the microscopic Spatio-temporal scope. This data analyzed the impact of a spatial unit in the road-effect zone on environmental risk level. In addition, spatial units with similar characteristics of road traffic and environmental factors were clustered. The results of this study can provide the basis for systematically establishing environmental risk management of urban spatial units such as PM10 or PM2.5 hot-spot and noise hot-spot.

Chemical mechanical planarization (CMP) is a technology that planarizes the surfaces of semiconductor devices using chemical reaction and mechanical material removal, and it is an essential process in manufacturing highly integrated semiconductors. In the CMP process, a conditioning process using a diamond conditioner is applied to remove by-products generated during processing and ensure the surface roughness of the CMP pad. In previous studies, prediction of pad wear by CMP conditioning has depended on numerical analysis studies based on mathematical simulation. In this study, using an artificial neural network, the ratio of conditioner coverage to the distance between centers in the conditioning system is input, and the average conditioning density, standard deviation, nonuniformity (NU), and conditioning density distribution are trained as targets. The result of training seems to predict the target data well, although the average conditioning density, standard deviation, and NU in the contact area of wafer and pad and all areas of the pad have some errors. In addition, in the case of NU, the prediction calculated from the training results of the average conditioning density and standard deviation can reduce the error of training compared with the results predicted through training. The results of training on the conditioning density profile generally follow the target data well, confirming that the shape of the conditioning density profile can be predicted.

정부의 신재생에너지에 대한 지원으로 태양광발전설비의 보급이 급속하게 증가하고 있다. 그러나 보급량에 비해서 유지관리에 대한 지원이나 연구는 부족한 실정이다. 대규모 발전시설은 유지관리가 이루어지고 있지만, 주택용과 같은 소형 설비는 유지관리가 거의 이루어지지 않고 있다. 본 연구는 주택용 태양광발전설비를 중심으로 유지관리의 효과를 분석하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 주택용 태양광발전설비의 유지관리는 거의 이루어지지 않는 것으로 조사되었다. 유지관리의 효과 중에서 가장 중요한 것은 발전량의 증가이다. 주택용 태양광발전설비의 유지관리가 이루어진다면, 발전량이 최소 6.5% 정도 증가할 것으로 예측되었다. 이것은 주택용 태양광발전설비를 약 9,700세대에 추가로 보급한 것과 같은 효과와 같다. 따라서 태양광발전설비에 대한 유지관리를 통하여 정부예산 투자의 효과를 극대화할 필요성이 있는 것으로 분석되었다. With the government's support using new and renewable energy, photovoltaic equipment has been rapidly supplied. However, compared to supply rate, maintenance has not supported enough and relevant research has not much conducted. Even though large power plant facilities have been maintained well, small equipment for detached houses has been rarely maintained. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to analyze maintenance effectiveness of photovoltaic equipment for detached houses. It was analyzed that photovoltaic equipments were merely maintained. What is the most important in maintenance effectiveness is increase of power generation. It was estimated that if photovoltaic equipment for detached houses is maintained well, power generation increases by 6.5% at least. That produces the same effect as the additional supply of photovoltaic equipment to 9,700 households. As a result, it is necessary to maximize the effectiveness of the government's budget investment through well maintenance of photovoltaic equipments.

본 논문에서는 지수함수적인 전력지연 특성을 갖는 나카가미-라이스 페이팅 채널에서 두 개의 반송파로 변조된 광대역 신호의 진폭특성을 분석한다. 그 결과, 분해 가능한 경로 신호들 간의 진폭상관은 신호의 대역폭과 다중경로 신호의 rms지연확산 뿐만 아니라 직접파의 전력과 다중경로 신호의 평균전력의 비에 영향을 받는다.

An attempt has been made to extend the Optimum Utilization Period (OUP) of grassland through the use of sequential utilization of grass cultivars during the primary growth of grass. This experiment was carried out on the experimental field of Giessen University in Germany during the years 1977 to 1979. The results obtained are summarized as follows: 1. A substantial improvement of forage quality could be achieved by the sequential utilization of available grass cultivars. 2. The termination and duration of OUP was more closely related to development of grass than to calendar dates and OUP was from the development of 2nd node to boots-stage. 3. The duration of OUP in the sequential utilization of grass cultivars was 48 days, while it was 18 days in mixture grassland. 4. Without regard to grass growth, the forage quality of 2nd and 3rd growth was comparatively stable within the optimum range from an animal nutrition point of view. 5. The intake and utilization rate of forage in the sequential utilization of grass cultivars were shown 7,295 DM kg per hectare and 74% respectively. The figures are larger than those of mixture grassland. 6. The intake and utilization rate of forage in mixture grassland were appropriately better in early utilization, although dry matter yield was poor. In contrast to this, the intake and utilization rate of forage in latter utilization were poor, although dry matter yield was high. There were, therefore, a lot of forage rest on the field.

This study is aimed at investigating the effects of particularly urban regeneration project using relocation sites. among regional regeneration projects which have been become a issue since several years ago, on regeneration of surrounding areas. Existing urban regeneration project is not fully reflected in terms of cultural, ecological components and connection with surroundings which are physical elements and external elements, being strongly approached in terms of mechanical development rationale and urban planning or architectural planning. In this context, this study was conducted to be a basic data in order to enhance environmental design strategy of urban regeneration using relocation sites and practical strategy which prepares for effects of predictable surroundings by fully understanding the planning elements of especially the urban parks using relocation sites, among urban regenerations and considering critically the effects on surroundings. For this, we firstly discussed the concept of linear parks using urban regeneration and relocation sites and established a framework of analysis to look in the cases with the concept. As the case, Gyuongui Line Forest Park was selected which was recently completed and open to the citizens and this study had a purpose to provide implications of environmental plan of relocation sites on regional regeneration by investigating design details of each or whole section of the Park and analyzing the relationship with the surroundings.
한국 성인을 대상으로 한 미국 및 유럽 폐활량 검사 재현성 기준의 유용성

Background: The objective of this study was to evaluate the clinical applicability of the repeatability criteria recommended by the American Thoracic Society/European Respiratory Society (ATS/ERS) spirometry guidelines and to determine which factors affect the repeatability of spirometry in Korean adults. Methods: We reviewed the spirometry data of 4,663 Korean adults from the Korean National Health and Nutritional Examination Survey (KNHANES) Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease Cohort (COPD cohort) and the Community-based Cohort Study VI-Fishing village/Islands (community cohort). We measured the anthropometric factors and differences between the highest and second-highest FVC (dFVC) and FEV1 (dFEV1) from prebronchodilator spirometry. Analyses included the distribution of dFVC and dFEV1, comparison of the values meeting the 1994 ATS repeatability criteria with the values meeting the 2005 ATS/ERS repeatability criteria, and the performance of linear regression for evaluating the influence of subject characteristics and the change of criteria on the spiro-metric variability. Results: About 95% of subjects were able to reproduce FVC and FEV1 within 150 ml. The KNHANES based on the 1994 ATS guidelines showed poorer repeatability than the COPD cohort and community cohort based on the 2005 ATS/ERS guidelines. Demographic and anthropometric factors had little effect on repeatability, explaining only 0.5 to 3%. Conclusion: We conclude that the new spirometry repeatability criteria recommended by the 2005 ATS/ERS guidelines is also applicable to Korean adults. The repeatability of spirometry depends little on individual characteristics when an experienced technician performs testing. Therefore, we suggest that sustained efforts for public awareness of new repeatability criteria, quality control of spirograms, and education of personnel are needed for reliable spirometric results. Lymphangioleiomyomatosis (LAM) is a rare disease that affects females of reproductive age. It is characterized by the abnormal proliferation of smooth muscle cells in the lung and along the axial lymphatics. We report a case of lymphangioleiomyomatosis presenting as a lung mass. The patient visited the emergency room because of dyspnea upon exertion. The chest X-ray showed a lung mass in the right lower lung field and a pneumothorax in the left lung. Chest computed tomography revealed a 5 x 3 cm sized mass in the right lower lobe and multiple thin-walled small cysts scattered in both lungs. Transbronchial biopsy of the lung mass was performed. The biopsy specimen showed atypical smooth muscle cell proliferation and cystic dilatation of the terminal bronchioles, which confirmed the diagnosis of lymphangioleiomyomatosis. To the best of our knowledge, this is the first case of lymphangioleiomyomatosis presenting as a lung mass. (Tuberc Respir Dis 2007; 63: 289-293)
자동차용 SGARC35강판의 판금도장 조건에 따른 표면조도와 스크래치 특성

SGARC35 steel plate of 80mm length, 25mm width and 0.8mm thick were painted by solid, metallic and pearl paint, respectively. Solid, metallic and pearl paint were sprayed 1, 3, 5 time(s) as optimized painting conditions, respectively. Then, wash primer, primer surface and clear were regularly sprayed. Surface roughness and scratch tests were performed to investigate relations between adherence and surface roughness of painted coating. Surface roughness tests were carried out by electricity surface roughness meter. Scratch tests were regularly performed by Scratch tester at speeds of 3.1mm/min increasing load.
