This study explores the aspects of “the rhetoric of the environment” as the intersection of the rhetoric of using the environment to tell stories and the rhetoric of telling stories about the environment in Oh Jung-hee’s novels. The rhetoric of the environment is a strategy of constructing a narrative by representing the environment in a certain way through the environmental rhetoric. In “The Gray of the Morning(未明)”, the place that has been neglected by humans and the non-human ecosystem that is formed there function as the environmental rhetoric. This rhetoric of the environment illuminates the human body shaped by its material interaction with non-human ecosystems, and constitutes a narrative in which the character’s self and perception of the world are changed and her wounds are healed. In “Paroho(破虜湖)”, the place destroyed by humans and the history of non-humans that has accumulated there function as the environmental rhetoric. This rhetoric of the environment constitutes a narrative in which the character seeks a new language that can tell the self and the world, by representing the history of non-humans and showing how the character accepts the sign of non-humans, which humans cannot define. The rhetoric of the environment in Oh Jung-hee’s novels shows that literature is formed in an inseparable relationship with the environment, which is an active agent of meaning-making. 박경진, 2023, 오정희 소설에 나타난 환경의 수사학, 어문연구, 200 : 277~311 이 글에서는 오정희 소설에서 환경을 이용하여 이야기를 전달하는 수사학과 환경에 대한 이야기를 전달하는 수사학의 교차점으로서 ‘환경의 수사학’이 나타나는 양상을 살펴보았다. 환경의 수사학은 환경의 수사를 통해 환경을 특정한 방식으로 재현하면서 서사를 구성하는 전략이다. 「미명」에서는 인간에 의해 방치된 장소와 그곳에서 이루어지는 비인간의 생태계가 환경의 수사로 나타난다. 「미명」에서 환경의 수사학은 비인간의 생태계와 물질적으로 상호작용하며 형성되는 인간의 몸을 조명하며 인물의 자아와 세계에 대한 인식이 변화하고 그의 상처가 치유되는 서사를 구성한다. 「파로호」에서는 인간에 의해 파괴된 장소와 그곳에서 축적되는 비인간의 역사가 환경의 수사로 나타난다. 「파로호」에서 환경의 수사학은 비인간의 역사를 재현하며 인물이 인간이 규정할 수 없는 비인간의 기호를 수용하는 과정을 보여준다. 그럼으로써 인물이 자아와 세계에 대해 말할 수 있는 새로운 언어를 모색하는 서사를 구성한다. 환경의 수사학은 문학이 환경과 불가분한 관계에서 형성되고 환경이 능동적으로 의미를 만들어 내는 주체임을 보여준다

미국-적대국간 관계정상화를 통해 본 북⋅미 관계정상화 가능성에 관한 연구 : 중국, 베트남, 리비아, 쿠바 사례와의 비교

This article probes a possibility of U.S.-North Korean normalization through a comparative prism drawn from the past cases of U.S. normalization with former enemy states. The June 12 summit between Donald Trump and Kim Jong Un generated various prospects ranging from optimistic expectation to pessimistic criticisms. By focusing on perceptional variants of both Trump and Kim, this paper purposes to present feasible prospects of the normalization. Through comparative analyses of U.S. normalization with China, Vietnam, Libya and Cuba, we inferred that leader’s perception, speed and style of negotiation, interactive processes of settling down conflicting barriers served as key variables toward normalizations. Whether Trump’s and Kim’s perception of potential interests earned from normalization may overcome conflicting issues revolving around denuclearization of North Korea and U.S. guarantee of Kim’s domestic political survival requires further observation. Nonetheless, it is certain that both Washington and Pyongyang would soon reach the nearest point to the normalization if both leaders’ perception of cost-benefit matrix remains constant. 이 글은 미국이 과거 적대국가와의 관계정상화를 추구했던 사례들에 대 한 비교연구를 통해 6⋅12 북미 정상회담을 계기로 활발히 진행되는 북한 과 미국과의 관계정상화에 대한 가능성을 분석한다. 과거 미국의 적대국가였던 중국, 베트남, 리비아 및 쿠바와의 관계정상화 과정에 대한 비교연구를 통해 관계정상화 과정에서 표출된 변수들을 밝혀내고 그 변수들의작동과정에 대한 고찰을 통해 가능성을 분석하려는 것이다. 비교연구의 결과 공통적으로 추출된 변수들인 ‘지도자 인식, 추진방식, 쟁점 및 해소’ 간 상호작용의 결과로서 화해라는 단계를 거쳐 관계정상화가 진행됐음을 도식화하고 있다. 나아가 이를 현 시점에서 북⋅미 관계에 대입, 양측의 전략적 이해관계 심화와 지도자들의 참여라는 긍정적 신호와 비핵화, 종전선언, 대북제재 등의 주요 쟁점의 해소 등 지속성을 요구하는 신호들을추출해 낼 수 있었다. 결론적으로 이 글은 한반도 평화정착의 근간으로 작 용할 북⋅미 관계정상화에 대한 명확한 인식과 객관적 근거를 토대로 향 후 전망을 제시하고 정책적 함의를 도출하는 데에 그 목적을 두고 있다.

구매가치와 사용가치 비교를 통한 제품 가치 지속 현상 연구

Post-oriented concepts such as expectations, consumption, use, and satisfaction played a role in the concept of product or service as a concept of commodity in the concept of simple tools. It is difficult to deduce the cost and value of the current product environment. As a result, most of the cost was perceived as the value of the product as a product value. Discussions about other values came to be perceived as separate subjects. Design value is also a part of this area. This study was based on the recognition of design as important in product value. The value of the product value in terms of market economy is based on determining the appropriate value level based on the user's consumption cost and the expectation of the purchased product. Therefore, this study retrospects the expected value and the actual value of the design so that the user can actually lead to the consumption, and then the validity of the above-mentioned value definition is ascertained. Based on this, This study focuses on the possibility of predictability. 제품이나 서비스가 단순 도구 개념에서 상품의 개념이 되는 데에는 기대, 소비, 사용, 만족과 같은 비용중심적 개념이 작용하였다. 현재 제품 환경에서 비용을 빼고 가치를 논하기 어렵게 된 것이다. 이에 비용은 제품 가치로 볼 때 상품으로써의 가치에 대한 인식이 대부분을 차지하게 되었다. 그 밖의 가치에 대한논의는 별도의 대상으로써 인식하기에 이르렀다. 디자인 가치 역시 이 영역 내의 한 부분이다. 디자인이 제품 가치에서 중요하게 인식되는 것을 바탕으로 본 연구가 진행되었다. 제품 가치의 시장 경제적 측면에서가치는 사용자의 소비 비용과 구매하는 제품에 대한복합적인 기대치를 기반으로 적정 가치 수준을 결정되는 것에 기반하였다. 따라서 본 연구는 사용자가 실질적으로 소비로 이어질 수 있도록 하기 위한 디자인의 기대 가치와 실제 가치를 역추적하여 전술한 가치정의의 타당성 여부를 알아보고 이를 기반으로 소비자가 시장에서 실제 구매 가능성이 높은 비용 수준을예측할 수 있는 지에 대한 연구 중심으로 진행되었다

A Study on the Restorement Meaning In Life of First aider in the Disaster Activities

Many first aiders suffer from the stress of working in uncertain disaster sites. The stress of responding to disasters leads to an increase in post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and a decrease in psychological well-being. It also has many negative effects on the meaning in life for first aiders. Reduced meaning in life will result in many societal opportunity costs due to decreased health and work engagement. To address this issue, this study conducted a survey to analyze the level of meaning in life of first aiders. The results indicated that the overall level of meaning in life of first aiders is very low. This issue needs to be addressed sooner rather than later, given the increasing trend of emergency response. Based on the results of the study, measures were proposed to reduce PTSD and psychological stability by restoring the meaningfulness of first aiders’ lives.

데이터 트래킹 기반의 사용성 융합 평가를 통한 스마트 공기청정기 어플리케이션 GUI 디자인 방향 연구

본 연구에서는 최근 미세먼지 등 공기오염 심화에 따라 실내에 머무르는 시간이 많아지면서 실내 질 개선을 위한 소비자들의 높은 관심을 바탕으로 IoT기술이 생활가전 등 적용되는 추세에 따라 공기청정기 또한 데이터 트래킹 기능이 결합되어 사용자의 환경과 상황에 맞는 서비스를 제공하는 스마트 공기청정기로 진화하고 있으나 스마트 공기청정기는 최근에 출시되어 스마트 공기청정기 기능과 디자인에 대한 앱 GUI 의 디자인 가이드라인 연구는 부족한 실정이다. 이에 스마트 공기청정기 사용자의 특성에 맞춰 GUI 가이드를 제안함에 목적을 두고 데이터 트래킹을 기반으로 공기 케어 어플리케이션의 사용 프로세스에 따라 기능적인 요소를 살펴보았다. 또한 공기 케어 앱 GUI 디자인의 구성 요소를 검토하여 데이터, 레이아웃, 컬러, 타이포그래피, 그래픽, 피드백으로 정리 하였으며 제시된 프로세스 과정에 따라 기능을 고려해 GUI 디자인 개념 및 사용성 평가 원칙을 수집하여 검증하였다. 연구를 바탕으로 스마트 공기청정기 앱 GUI 디자인의 사용성 평가 가이드라인을 도출하였다. 이 가이드라인을 기반으로 휴리스틱 분석을 통하여"LG ThinQ", "CESCO Air", "Dyson Link", "Xiaomi Mi Home"의 사용성을 평가하였으며 장단점을 발견하였다. 그 결과, 첫째 사용자들은 간결성과 심미성을 선호하였다. 둘째, 4가지 공기 케어 앱의 공통적인 문제점은 데이터와 타이포그래피의 간결성과 인지성이 낮아 간결한 공기 질에 대한 정보를 받는 것엔 단점이 있다는 것을 도출하였다. 이에 본 연구를 통해 공기 케어 앱의 GUI에 대한 사용성을 평가할 수 있었으며, 사용자들의 사용성과 디자인에 대해 평가할 수 있는 공기 케어 앱 GUI 가이드라인을 제시한다.

Adeno-Associated Virus 2-Mediated Hepatocellular Carcinoma is Very Rare in Korean Patients

Background: The incidence and etiology of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) vary widely according to race and geographic regions. The insertional mutagenesis of adeno-associated virus 2 (AAV2) has recently been considered a new viral etiology of HCC. The aim of this study was to investigate the frequency and clinical characteristics of AAV2 in Korean patients with HCC. Methods: A total of 289 unrelated Korean patients with HCC, including 159 Hepatitis-B-related cases, 16 Hepatitis-C-related cases, and 114 viral serology-negative cases, who underwent surgery at the Samsung Medical Center in Korea from 2009 to 2014 were enrolled in this study. The presence of AAV2 in fresh-frozen tumor tissues was investigated by DNA PCR and Sanger sequencing. The clinical and pathological characteristics of AAV2-associated HCC in these patients were compared with previous findings in French patients. Results: The AAV2 detection rate in Korean patients (2/289) was very low compared with that in French patients (11/193). Similar to the French patients, the Korean patients with AAV2-related HCC showed no signs of liver cirrhosis. The Korean patients were younger than the French patients with the same AAV2-associated HCC; the ages at diagnosis of the two Korean patients were 47 and 39 yr, while the median age of the 11 French patients was 55 yr (range 43-90 yr). Conclusions: AAV2-associated HCC was very rare in Korean patients with HCC. Despite a limited number of cases, this study is the first to report the clinical characteristics of Korean patients with AAV2-associated HCC. These findings suggest epidemiologic differences in viral hepatocarcinogenesis between Korean and European patients.
