본 연구는 상부 위장관 출혈 환자 간호에 시뮬레이션 기반 학습을 적용하여 임상수행능력에 대한 자신감 변 화와 시뮬레이션 만족도를 알아보고자 간호대학생 77명을 대상으로 하였다. 본 연구방법은 단일군 전후설계방법을 이 용하였으며, 임상수행능력에 대한 자신감 변화는 paired t-test를, 시뮬레이션 만족도는 기술통계로 분석하였다. 임상수 행능력에 대한 자신감 점수는 시뮬레이션 전에 비해 후의 점수가 유의하게 증가하였다. 시뮬레이션 만족도 점수는 4.20점(5점 척도)로 높게 나타났으며, 학습자 만족도와 동기유발 항목에서 4.54점으로 제일 높은 점수를 보였다. 시뮬 레이션 기반 학습이 임상수행능력과 학습만족도에 긍정적인 효과를 보였으므로 다양한 주제로 시뮬레이션 기반 학습 을 간호학 교과과정에 적용하여 운영하는 것이 필요하다. With the reinforcement in patient's rights and safety, simulation-based learning is getting popular in nursing education. Therefore, The purpose of this study was to identify the outcomes and satisfaction of simulation-based learning in nursing on patient with UGI bleeding. Participants of this study were 77 second year nursing students who never experienced simulation-based learning. The collected data was analyzed by using SPSS Statistics 18.0. Frequencies, % for general characteristics and satisfaction in simulation, and paired t-test for learning outcomes in simulation were used. Confidence on clinical performance, satisfaction in simulation significantly increased by simulation-based learning. The applying the simulation-based learning is a practical alternative to patient safety and nursing students were satisfied. Well trained and educated instructors are the first line rather than facilities for the quality of learning.
프로포폴에 대한 의료인의 지식, 태도, 실천 및 일반인의 인식정도

본 연구는 프로포폴에 대한 의료인의 지식, 태도, 실천 정도를 알아보고, 일반인이 인지하고 있는 프로포폴 에 대한 인식 정도를 파악하기 위한 서술적 조사 연구이다. 연구대상은 의사 및 간호사 359명과 외래 및 건강검진실 에서 내시경 검사를 받기 위해 방문한 일반인 682명을 대상으로 실시하였다. 수집된 자료는 t-test, ANOVA, 상관분석 으로 분석하였고 다중비교방법으로는 Scheffe 검정을 이용하였다. 연구결과 프로포폴에 대한 의료인의 지식은 평균 7.16, 태도는 3.26, 실천은 3.95 등으로 나타났다. 프로포폴에 대한 의료인의 태도는 간호사가 의사보다 높았고 (p=.001), 실천은 의사가 간호사보다 높게 나타났으며(p=.025) 일반인의 53.4%가 프로포폴 약물이름을 들어본 적이 없 다고 응답하였다. 이상의 연구결과를 통해 프로포폴의 올바른 사용, 현실성 있는 철저한 관리 및 교육을 위한 맞춤형 간호중재를 개발할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다. With the propofol-induced accident such as adverse effects, abuse, death is becoming to the fore as a social issue, there is an increasingly loud call for self-examination about excessive propofol use. The purpose of this study was to identify the knowledge, attitudes and practices in health care professionals and awareness in the public toward propofol. Participants in this study were 359 health care professionals, and 682 publics who is going to undergo endoscopy. The collected data was analyzed using t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe for knowledge, attitude, and practice toward propofol in health care professionals, Pearson Correlation for its correlation. and frequencies, %, mean for others. Scores of knowledge, attitudes, and practices were 7.16 (11), 3.26 (5), 3.95 (5) respectively. Nurses' attitudes toward propofol was much more higher than doctors', doctors' practice toward propofol was higher than nurses'. There was a correlation among knowledge, attitudes, and practices toward propofol. 53.4% of the publics answered that never heard what is propofol. Considering these results, regular customized and standardized-education strategies for both groups need to be developed for the purpose of proper use and management of propofol.

Objectives: This study was performed to identify nurses` knowledge and attitudes on hormone replacement therapy (HRT) of menopausal women. Methods: Data were collected from 221 nurses who were working at maternity hospitals in the whole country using questionnaires consisting of 9 questions related to menopause-related knowledge and HRT-related attitudes and knowledge. Results: According to the nurses`s responses, the diseases of concern in menopausal women were osteoporosis (78%), and depression (69%). Most nurses replied that the most effective treatment of menopausal symptoms is HRT, and nurses were very knowledgeable about its strengths (59%) and weaknesses (44%). Cancer was regarded as the major complication of HRT (71%), and its side effects were breast pain (77%) and vaginal bleeding (77%). Forty-six percent of nurses thought that the appropriate treatment duration of HRT is not necessary to limit the period. The most important considerations when conducting HRT were drug stability (59%) and improving the quality of life (36%). Ninety-five percent of nurses responded that they personally would use HRT for menopausal treatment or would recommend their family. HRT for menopausal symptoms was being utilized before seeking medical treatment (40%) and after drug prescription (42%). Conclusion: Nurses have very positive attitudes about HRT but appeared to lack critical knowledge about HRT. Therefore, more educational programs for nurses about HRT should be required.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of balance taping for elders suffering from leg pain. Method: This study was a nonequivalent pretest-posttest design, quasi-experimental study. There were 25 elders in the experimental group and 25 in the control group. The degree of leg pain was measured three times. Results: In the experimental group, the leg pain score before taping was 6.28, but 1 hour after the taping was applied it was 3.24, and at 24 hours after the taping was applied, 2.16. The leg pain score for elders in the experimental group decreased significantly but for those in the control group, it hardly changed. Conclusion: The findings of this study support the conclusion that balance taping may benefit individuals with leg pain. Also, balance taping therapy can be used as an independent nursing intervention.
간호대학생이 임상실습에서 경험하는 무례함, 대처, 임상실습 만족도의 관계

본 연구는 간호대학생이 임상실습에서 경험하는 간호사의 무례함, 대처 및 임상실습 만족도간의 관계를 규명하기 위한 것이다. 연구 대상자는 I시와 J시에 소재한 2개 대학의 간호학과 재학생 중 임상실습을 경험한 295명이었다. 2020년 9월부터 11월까지 수집된 자료는 SPSS 22.0 프로그램을 통해 t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation을 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과, 무례함의 평균점수는 2.08점(5점 만점)이었고, 대처는 2.09점(3점 만점)이었으며, 임상실습 만족도는 3.24점(5점 만점)으로 나타났다. 또한 무례함과 대처(r=.12, p=.034), 무례함과 임상실습 만족도(r=-.21, p<.001), 대처와 임상실습 만족도(r=.13, p=.024)에서 유의한 상관관계를 나타냈다. 이러한 연구결과를 통해 무례함에 대한 대처 전략을 향상시키기 위한 다양한 프로그램을 개발하고 적용하는 것이 필요하다. 더불어 대학과 임상실습기관은 무례함을 파악하고 해결하는 방안을 마련하기 위해 협력적 노력이 함께 이루어져야 한다. The purpose of this descriptive study was to identify the relationship among incivility, coping, and satisfaction to clinical practice experienced by nursing college students in clinical practice. The subjects of this study were 295 students who had experienced clinical practice among nursing college students located in I and J cities. As a result of the study, the average score of incivility was 2.08±.75 points on a 5-point scale, the average score for coping was 2.09±.34 points on a 3-point scale, and the average score for clinical practice satisfaction was 3.24±.43 points on a 5-points scale. Also, incivility and coping(r=.12, p=.034), incivility and clinical practice satisfaction(r=-.21, p<.001), coping and clinical practice satisfaction(r=.13, p=.024) showed a significant correlation. Through these research results, it is necessary to develop and apply various programs to improve coping strategies against incivility. In addition, universities and clinical practice institutions should make a cooperative effort to identify incivility and come up with a solution.
간호교육에서 팀 기반학습(Team-based Learning)의 적용에 관한 연구

Purpose: This study is to assess the level of student perceptions, academic achievement, satisfaction, and their relationships in a medical-surgical nursing course using team-based learning (TBL). Method: Four-hour TBL sessions were given in a structured three-phase sequence in a cohort of 261 second year nursing students. Results: Mean perceptions of TBL was 6.64±5.11, and 8.30±4.11 for perceptions of teamwork. On a 7-point scale, the mean satisfaction score was 4.85±1.41, and 64.0% of nursing students were satisfied with TBL compared to lecture. Group readiness assurance test score was significantly higher than individual readiness assurance test score (t=-16.76, p<.001). Perceptions of TBL (F=1.40, p=.245), perceptions of team work (F=1.55, p=.202) and satisfaction (F=0.81, p=.489) was not different by the level of students’ academic achievement on items related TBL. Conclusion: Results indicates that TBL was an effective instructional strategy including favorable perceptions and satisfaction for nursing students. TBL could be an adjunct educational strategy for undergraduate nursing education.
