Recently, issues regarding energy saving and environment have been increasing, and the government has implemented the second policy for supply invigoration through "2060 LED Lighting Supply Project", which encompasses the 2020 LED lighting society realization goal, with an expectation of lighting (LED, OLED, etc)'s technical demands being increasingly accelerated with LED lighting being in the center.[1] This study supports products & supply and developments of domestic manufacturer's technical improvements and ensuring reliability through converter's output method incorporated with LED luminaire's electrical and photometric characteristics according to the change of output voltage of constant voltage operating circuit.

International standards are recently being developed based on long-term studies for evaluating the influence of light. on human circadian rhythm and health in the aspect of blue light, optical flicker etc. In addition, interest in the human-centered lighting environment considering the interaction between light and human is increasing. In this paper, we therefore tried to analyze not only energy saving but also human-centered lighting environment factors through empirical studies including field measurements.

The international Zhaga Consortium is developing interface specifications that enable interchangeability of LED light sources made by different manufacturers. This will accelerate the adoption of LED lighting solutions in the marketplace. Interchangeable LED light sources, which are enabled by Zhaga interface specifications, offer a number of benefits for different user groups with the lighting industry. Zhaga"s role is to develop and publish interface specifications that define the interfaces -mechanical, thermal, photometric, electrical and control - between LED light engines and LED luminaires. The individual specification documents, known as Books, cover different types of LED light engines (LLEs) that are suitable for a range of applications. In this paper, introduced interchangeability on LED module level electrical interface.
