정육면체 형상의 중공성 실리카-금 복합 나노입자를 무기물 core-shell 입자로부터 제조하였다. 무기 core 입자로 철 산화물을 선택하였고, 산화물 입자 표면에 shell 입자인 실리카 입자를 코팅한 후 산 처리하여 선택적으로 core 입자를 제거함으로써 중공성 실리카 입자를 합성하였다. 형성된 동공의 크기, 다공부피, 비표면적에 대한 정보는 BET 분석법을 이용하여 알아내었다. 얻어진 중공성 실리카 입자는 MPTMS를 이용하여 표면 처리한 후 금 나노입자를 접착시켜 최종적으로 정육면체 형태의 중공성 실리카-금 혼합 나노입자를 제조하였으며, 입자의 모양과 크기는 SEM을 사용하여 관찰하였다. 정육면체 형상의 실리카 입자의 경우 500nm 크기의 입자를 합성했으며 흡착된 금 입자의 직경은 20nm 정도로 균일하게 분포되어 있음을 알 수 있었다. Hollow type silica-Au composite nanoparticles of cubic shape were prepared from inorganic core-shell particles. Iron oxide was used for inorganic core particles and incapsulated with silica shell. Then Core particles(Fe₂O₃) were removed by the dissolution with acidic aqueous solution to produce hollow type silica particles. By the BET analysis, Pore size and specific surface area of SiO₂ particles were found out. MPTMS monolayers were self-assembled onto the surfaces of hollow type SiO₂. After all hollow type SiO₂-Au composite nanoparticles were obtained by attachment of gold nanoparticles to the MPTMS monolayer coated hollow silica. The size and shape of particles were observed using SEM. The cubic type hollow silica particles were 500nm and the diameters of gold nanoparticles attached onto the surface of hollow type silica were confirmed to be 20nm.
방사성동위원소취급일반면허 경력인정 교육 과정에서 Jigsaw II 협동학습 전략이 학습성취도 및 교육만족도에 미치는 영향

This study aims to analyze the effect of Jigsaw II cooperative learning method onachievement and satisfaction in the education course on career certification for a general license forradioisotope handling. The subjects of this study were trainees who participated in education and trainingcourses, 61 participants in the experimental group (2016, 2018), and 103 participants in the control group(2020, 2021). There was no significant difference between the two groups as a result of comparing thepre-test to confirm the homogeneity of the two groups. The experimental group participated in theJigsaw II cooperative learning program for problem-solving and conducted a total of 12 lessons, and thecontrol group participated in the traditional group learning program. Post-test results were analyzed byan independent sample t-test between two groups according to the knowledge level. After the trainingcourse, a satisfaction survey was conducted and analyzed with descriptive statistics. As a result ofverifying the average difference between the pre-test and the post-test for the two groups, the averagescore of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group. In the meandifference according to knowledge level, there was a significant difference in the higher-level group. There were no significant differences at the middle level group and lower level group. As a result of theeducation satisfaction survey, the experimental group showed a higher evaluation score than the controlgroup for all questions. As a result of this study, it is necessary to apply Jigsaw II cooperative learning asa learning strategy to improve learning achievement and educational satisfaction in the education courseon career certification for a general license for radioisotope handling.
