        광고 커뮤니케이션 수용자로서의 어린이와 청소년: 그 특성과 규제의 필요성

        본 개관연구는 지금까지 한국의 광고 관련 연구분야에서 성인 대상의 연구에만 치우쳐 온 경향으로부터 조금 벗어나, 광고 커뮤니케이션 수용자로서 어린이와 청소년의 권리와 커뮤니케이션 처리과정 및 그 영향에 초점을 둘 필요가 있음을 강조하였다. 광고커뮤니케이션 수용자로서의 어린이와 청소년이 성인과 어떻게 다르며 어떤 수용 과정을 거치는지, 어린이와 청소년은 광고커뮤니케이션을 통해 인지적, 정서적, 행동적으로 어떠한 영향을 받는지, 그리고 현재 이와 관련된 법률적 규제는 어떻게 되어 있는지 등을 살펴 보았다. 어린이와 청소년이 어른의 지시를 받는 수동적 존재가 아니라 능동적 존재로서 광고 커뮤니케이션을 비판적으로 수용할 수 있도록 적극적인 미디어 교육을 실시함과 동시에, 어린이와 청소년 광고 규제를 더욱 구체화하며 심의 책임 기관을 일원화하여 현실적인 규제가 가능해지도록 할 필요성이 있음을 역설하였다. The present review paper focused on children and adolescents' rights as respondents to advertising communications, diverging from previous studies' foci on advertising for adults. Specifically, the present study reviewed how children and adolescents are different from adults in their understanding advertising communication cognitively, affectively, and behaviorally, how they are influenced by various advertising communications, and what the relevant laws and rules are like. It was implied that chileren and adolescents should be educated to critically understand the meaning of advertising communication through media education, as well as be protected by appropriate laws which prohibit harmful advertising communications from profit-only-oriented unethical adult sources. It was also implied that more strict application of laws and unification of responsible institutions are needed.

        Thermal Evaporation법에 의해 제조된 WO<sub>3</sub> 박막과 NiO-WO<sub>3</sub>박막의 전기적 특성에 관한 연구

        본 연구는 $WO_3$ 박막과 $NiO-WO_3$ 박막을 고진공 저항가열식 thermal evaporation 법으로 (100) n형의 실리콘 단결정 기판 위에 증착시켰고, 막의 결정성 증진을 위하여 공기 중 $500^{\circ}C$에서 30분 동안 열처리하였다. 박막의 결정성 및 결정구조를 분석하기 위해서 X선 회절분석기를 사용하였고, 표면 및 단면 관찰을 위해서는 주사전자현미경을 이용하였다. 그리고 화학 조성 결합에너지는 XPS를 이용하였다. 순수 $WO_3$ 박막의 결정 크기는 $500^{\circ}C$에서 30분 동안 공기중 열처리에 의해서 $0.6{\mu}m$로 성장하였고 $WO_3$ 박막의 두께가 증가할수록 거의 변화 없이 일정하였다. 반면, NiO가 첨가된 $WO_3$ 박막 두께별 결정크기는 각각 $0.12{\mu}m,\;0.28{\mu}m,\;0.32{\mu}m$및 $0.43{\mu}m$로 순수 $WO_3$ 박막에 비해 치밀한 표면을 형성하였고, 최대 5배정도 성장이 억제되었다. 가스감도 측정은 대기 중에서의 센서 저항 값을 기준으로 측정가스 저항 값의 비율 $(R_{NOx}/R_{air})$로 가스감도를 나타내었다. 전기적 성질은 MFC로 NOx가스 5ppm을 일정히 유지시켰고, Multimeter로 계측하여 컴퓨터에 자동 계측되는 시스템을 사용하였다. 순수 $WO_3$박막보다는 $NiO-WO_3$ 박막이 우수한 NOx 감도특성을 보였고 센서의 작동온도는 $250^{\circ}C$에서 우수한 감도를 나타내었다. [ $WO_3$ ] and $NiO-WO_3$ thin films were deposited on a Si (100) substrate by using high vacuum thermal evaporation. The effects of various film thicknesses on the surface morphology $WO_3$ and $NiO-WO_3$ thin films were investigated. X-ray diffraction (XRD), Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS) were employed to characterize the deposited films. The results suggest that as $WO_3$ thin films became thick, their grain grew up to a $0.6{\mu}m$. On the other hand, NiO-doping to $WO_3$ thin films inhibited the grain growth five times less than undoped $WO_3$ thin films. This results show that NiO doping inhibited the grain growing of $WO_3$ thin films. Also, the variation of NOx sensitivity $(R_{NOx}/R_{air})$ to the thickness of $WO_3$ and $NiO-WO_3$ thin films were measured according to the thickness change of thin films and the working temperature of sensor in 5ppm NOx gas. As a result, $NiO-WO_3$ thin films showed more excellent properties than $WO_3$ thin films for NOx sensitivity.

      • 열처리에 따른 Ti-6Al-4V 합금의 전기화학적 부식거동

        In this paper the effect of aging heat treatment to the hardness and electro-chemical corrosion behavior of the Ti-6Al-4V alloy was studied. Its solution heat treatments were carried out 966'C 1066'C and its aging heat treatments was carried out 5hours on the temperature at 550℃, 600℃ and 650℃ with different time of 1hour, 2hours, 4hours, 8hours and 16hours respectively. The Electrochemical corrosion behavior by potentio dynamic polarization in 1N HNO₃+ 15ppm HF solution was accomplished. The obtained results were as follows; 1. As solution heat temperature increased, the corrosion potential was increased. whereas passive current density and critical current density were decreased. 2. As aging heat temperature increased, the corrosion potential were almost constant but passive current density was decreased. 3. As solution heat temperature increased, the hardness was increased from Hv 405 at 966℃ to Hv 512 at 1066℃, whereas the highest hardness time was reduced from 4hours to 2hours.

        H<sub>2</sub>O<sub>2</sub> 산화제가 W/Ti 박막의 전기화학적 분극특성 및 CMP 성능에 미치는 영향

        CMP(chemical mechanical polishing) process has been attracted as an essential technology of multi-level interconnection. Also CMP process got into key process for global planarization in the chip manufacturing process. In this study, potentiodynamic polarization was carried out to investigate the influences of $H_2O_2$ concentration and metal oxide formation through the passivation on tungsten and titanium. Fortunately, the electrochemical behaviors of tungsten and titanium are similar, an one may expect. As an experimental result, electrochemical corrosion of the $5\;vol\%\;H_2O_2$ concentration of tungsten and titanium films was higher than the other concentrations. According to the analysis, the oxidation state and microstructure of surface layer were strongly influenced by different oxidizer concentration. Moreover, the oxidation kinetics and resulting chemical state of oxide layer played critical roles in determining the overall CMP performance. Therefore, we conclude that the CMP characteristics tungsten and titanium metal layer including surface roughness were strongly dependent on the amounts of hydrogen peroxide oxidizer.

        청소년의 노인부양의식에 미치는 영향 요인 분석

        Purpose: This study provides information for the development of educational programs for improving awareness of support to the elderly among adolescents. Method: The 350 students of high schools located in Seoul were selected as subjects and surveyed using structured questionnaires during 11th-15th of April in 2014. The 327 subjects were used for analysis and the response rate was 93.4%. SPSS WIN18.0 program was performed for t-test, ANOVA and regression analysis. Results: First, adolescents with parents aged over 50 compared to those with parents younger than 40 showed high level of awareness of support to the elderly. The high level of cognitive factors including image and perception towards the elderly (t=3.07, p=.01) were significant factors of awareness of support to the elderly. In experiential factors, adolescents with extensive influence of media and experiences with cohabitation with grandparents, and experiences with voluntary service activities were statistically significant with the high level of awareness of support to the elderly. Second, in regression analysis, adolescents' economic support awareness was higher with the stronger influence in the elderly-related media (β=.221, p=.032). The emotional support awareness was higher among the eldest sons (β=.220, p=.017) and perception (β=.352, p=.001) to elderly (β=.221, p=.032). Physical support awareness was higher when the positive image for the elderly (β=.223, p=.016) and the high perception towards the elderly (β=.293, p=.007). Conclusion: The awareness of support to the elderly should be constantly strengthened to the adolescents. Despite the rapid increase of the elderly, studies are not sufficient. Further research will be necessary.
