본 연구의 목적은 필지 분할제한에 관한 법률 규정들을 토대로 조사·분석하여 필지 분할제한의 유형과 기능에 대해 고찰해 보고자 함이었다. 연구대상을 필지 분할제한으로 한정하였고, 시간적으로는 2003년부터 현재까지로, 공간적으로는 우리나라를 대상으로, 내용적으로는 필지 분할제한의 유형과 기능을 제시하는 것으로 한정하였다. 연구방법으로 접근방법은 법·해석학적 접근방법을 사용하였고, 조사방법은 문헌조사법과 인터넷조사법을 병행하였으며, 분석방법은 실증적 분석법과 기술적(記述的) 분석법을 병행하였다.<BR> 연구 결과, 필지 분할제한의 유형으로는 대지에 건축물이 있을 경우의 필지 분할제한과 대지에 건축물이 없을 경우의 필지 분할제한이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 특히, 대지에 건축물이 있을 경우의 필지 분할제한은 다시 지목이 대인 경우로서 대지에 건축물이 있는 경우와 대지에 건축물이 없는 경우 등으로 나타났다.<BR> 필지 분할제한의 기능으로는 첫째, 사법적 기능으로서 필지 분할제한의 사법적 기능은 우리 민법에서 표방하는 "계약자유의 원칙"과 "신의성실의 원칙" 등에 입각한 기능으로 볼 수 있는 것으로 나타났으며 둘째, 공법적 기능으로서는 체계적·계획적인 국토 관리적 측면에서 그 구체적 내용을 찾아볼 수 있는 것으로 나타났다. This study aims to examine the types and function of subdivision restriction of a land parcel. In order to achieve this goal, we have focussed on the years from 2003 up to now, and analyzed the statutes which provide on the subdivision restriction of a land parcel. The descriptive method was employed for this study. And we referred to sundry records and used datum or information in internet web-sites as well.<BR> After studying, we recognized that the types of subdivision restriction of a land parcel are two; one is the case that the building exists on the land parcel and another is the case that it dose not exist on the land parcel. Especially, in the former case can be again classified with two types in accordance with the land category.<BR> In addition, we realized that the subdivision restriction of a land parcel carries out two functions. Namely, it has fulfilled the function of protection of property privately and efficient management of national land publicly.

사이버 안보를 위한 군(軍) 정보보호 전문인력 양성방안

The Cyberspace of the Republic of Korea Army is continuously threatened by enemies. Means for responding to such cyber threats are ultimately Military information security professional personnel. Currently, however, there are only a handful of advanced information security professional persons in Republic of Korea Army, and a lack of systematic training is inadequate. Therefore, in this thesis, we surveyed the information security professional human resource policies of USA, UK, Israel, and Japan. In addition, the policy to train professional human resources specialized in defense cyber security, we proposed training of specialist talent of 4 steps and medium and long term plan, step-by-step training system sizing, introduction of certification system. 우리 군의 사이버 공간은 적으로부터 지속적인 위협을 받고 있다. 이 같은 사이버 위협에 대응하는 수단은 결국 군(軍) 정보보호 전문인력이다. 하지만 현재 우리군의 고급 정보보호 전문인력은 소수에 불과하며 체계적인 양성계획은 미비한 상태이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 세계 주요국인 미국, 영국, 이스라엘, 그리고 일본의 사이버 전문인력 양성정책을 조사하였다. 그리고 국내 정보보호 전문인력 양성정책을 조사하여 간략하게 제시하였다. 그리고 국방 사이버안보 전문인력 양성을 위해 4단계 전문인력 양성 및 중장기 계획 수립, 단계별 교육체계 정립, 인증제 도입을 제시하였다.

50세의 속발성불임부인에서 자궁종양으로 개막수술을 시행 중 대동맥과 좌측난소에 폐흡충 이 이소기생한 희귀한 예를 발견하고 임상 및 문헌적 고찰을 하였다. Paragonimiasis westermani is one of chronic pulmonary disease. However, at the stage of metacercariae. it is reported that these are involved in the sites of brain, spinal cord, orbit, mediastinum, abdominal wall, great and lesser omintum, mesentery, gernial sac and fallopian tubes other than lungs. But, there have beev few report concerning with the captioned cases. Thus this report have been made for this particular case. The patient is a Korean house-wife, 50 years old with Gravida ; 3, Para ; 1, Abortion ; 2 and was admitted with chief complaints of low abdominal mass on 26th Jan. 1973 to the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology and Internal Medicine Cheil Hospital, Seoul. Preoperative diagnosis was myoma of uterus, since there were physical findings such as globular solid mass of 15×15×15cm sized, firm, nodular surfaced was palpated in the low abdomen. No particular family history was found. However, The Raw crabs and fish were frequently accepted by the patient according to the past history. On routine laboratory findings including the hematology, urinalysis, chest P-A, skull A-P and Lateral, I.V.P. and liver function test were within normal limits, and pregnancy test was also negative, except the flat abdomen shows calcified density in the left low abdomen. At the operation there were two calcified nodules in the great omentum which were greyish white in color and 3×3×2cm in size. Pathologist reported micrescopic diagnosis of the omental calcified nodules and left ovary was paragonimiasis involving "omental" fat tissue with comment as following "the omental fat tissue, microscopically, show areas of necrosis in which many eggs of paragonimus found. Old calcified nodules (old paragonimus foci) are also found in the ovarian stroma."

A case of sympodia was observed. This monster is a malformation of the limbs, sympus dipus, whose legs are completely fused into single limb and two feet are present. Also bilateral renal agenesis,agenesis of urinary bladder and prostate, imperforated anus, rudimentary phallus, hypoplastic lung and other malformations were identified by autopsy. Therefore we presented the case with a brief history and review of literature.
