해외 의료관광객의 Air Ambulance를 이용한 의료관광서비스 만족도에 관한 연구 : 러시아 이용객을 중심으로

Airline and medical industry in Korea have rapidly grown since 21st century. However, air ambulance service using an aircraft has not as popular as in Japan, Europe or United States. Central government has decided to start emergency helicopter service since 2011 to transport emergency patients transported in the past by fire fighter helicopter. Unfortunately, 32 OECD countries out of 33 have operated emergency aircraft system except Korea. There are more than 25 emergency helicopters in Japan, which can operate within five minutes. Such system could save a lot of social direct or in-direct cost by saving valuable lives of Japan citizens. This paper has tried to research the perception of overseas Russian medical tourists on using Air ambulance for their medical tourism to Korea. Researching air ambulance, this paper expects to find ways to enhance both medical tourism industry and airline, business jet industry. According to research results, it was proven that tangibility of medical tourism service has a positive effect on the human factor of air ambulance. The human factor has also a significant impact on the passenger comfortableness of air ambulance. Such comfortableness increases the overall satisfaction of medical tourism.
매체 무관 핸드오버 기능을 이용한 HMIPv6 기반 고속 수직적 핸드오버 메커니즘

본 논문에서는 이종의 무선 네트워크 환경에서 기존의 HMIPv6 기반 고속 수직적 핸드오버(Fast Vertical Handover HMIPv6, FV-HMIP) 메커니즘을 최적화하고 개선시키기 위해, IEEE 802.21 매체 무관 핸드오버 기능(Media Independent Handover Function, MIHF)을 기반으로 하는 새로운 메커니즘을 제안하며 “MFV-HMIP”이라 부른다. 제안된 메커니즘에서는 이웃하는 이종 네트워크의 이동성 앵커 포인트(Mobility Anchor Point, MAP)들에 대한 도메인 프리픽스를 제공하기 위해서 새로운 L3 정보를 포함하는 확장된 매체 무관 정보 서비스(Media Independent Information Service, MIIS)를 정의한다. 이를 통해 기존 FV-HMIP 메커니즘에서 필요하였던 이웃하는 이종 네트워크의 MAP 발견(MAP Discovery) 과정을 생략할 수 있다. 따라서, 제안된 MFV-FMIP 메커니즘은 핸드오버 준비 과정 중에 무선 구간에서의 시그널링 트래픽을 줄일 수 있고 Predictive Mode 동작 가능성을 높일 수 있기 때문에, 무선 자원 효율성, 핸드오버 지연, 패킷 손실 측면에서 기존 FV-HMIP 메커니즘에 비해 우수할 수 있다. 해석적 성능 평가 및 모의 실험을 통하여 제안된 MFV-HMIP 메커니즘의 우수성을 검증한다. This paper proposes a new fast vertical handover mechanism to optimize and enhance the existing fast vertical handover HMIPv6(FV-HMIP) mechanism in heterogeneous wireless access networks. The proposed mechanism adopts the IEEE 802.21 Media Independent Handover Function(MIHF), and thus is called the “MFV-HMIP”. The Media Independent Handover Service (MIIS) in the IEEE 802.21 MIHF is extended by including new L3 information to provide domain prefixes of heterogeneous neighbouring mobility anchor points(MAPs). This can eliminate the heterogeneous neighbouring MAP discovery phase in the existing FV-HMIP. Thus, the proposed MFV-HMI P can reduce the signalling traffic over wireless link and increase the possibility of predictive mode operation. Therefore, the proposed MFV-HMIP mechanism can be superior to the existing FV-HMIP mechanism for wireless resource efficiency, handover latency, and packet loss. Through analytic performance evaluations and computer simulations, the proposed mechanism can be shown to optimize and enhance the existing mechanism.
