<金僊覺>의 발굴과 소설사적 의의

<금선각>은 한문본 9종과 국문본 3종이 발견되었다. 이 중 유재영본에는 작가의 발문이, 김준형본에는 작가의 이름(申景源)이 씌어져 있다. 이를 통해 보면 <금선각>은 1722(1782)년 전후에 지어졌고 작가는 서울(近畿)이 아닌 지역에 어느 정도 경제적 기반을 갖춘 인물로 확인된다. <금선각>과 <장풍운전>을 대비하면 공통적인 면과 이질적인 면이 보인다. 서사구조를 비롯한 줄거리 대부분은 동질적인 면을 보인다. 반면 표제, 등장인물, 문예문 처리 문제, 후일담 처리 문제 둥에서는 일정한 차이를 보인다. 이를 면밀하게 고찰하면 <금선각>은 <장풍운전>보다 먼저 형성되었음이 확인된다. 특히 주제의식에서 <금선각>은 불교적 응보관에 기대는데, <장풍운전>은 다분히 상업적으로 변모되었다. <금선각>은 영웅소설의 형성 과정에서 한문소설의 영향을 고려해야함과 17세기말-18세기초 장편국문소설에서 향유되던 사유체계가 지방에 기반을 둔 식자층의 소설에서 발견할 수 있다. 이 점에서 이 작품의 소설사적 의의가 인정된다. There are three different versions of Gemseangak in Korean and nine versions of it in Chinese. The version kept in Yoo, Jae-young has the epilogue and Kim, Joon-hyeong's version said the name of writer, Sin, Jyong-woon. This fact reveals that Gemseongak was written in 1722(or 1782) and the writer lived in not the capital but the countryside. And also, even though it was guessed by the epilogue, he is the wealthy classes. Comparing Gemseongak with Changpunguwoonjoen, I could find similarities and heterogeneities. The main stories and plots are similar, but the title, characters, poems, and a sequence to the event are different. Researching these factors, I could find out the fact that Gemseongak was ahead of Changpunguwoonjoen. The different points between them are the subject. The subject of Gemseongak is depend on the thought of retributions, but that of Changpunguwoonjoen was changed into commercial. Gemseangak says that heroic novels were formed by influence of long novels in Chinese. Because of the fact that long novels in Chinese have similarities with long Korean novels written for late 17th cenury and early 18th century in thoughts. This is the meaning of Gemseongak in novel history.

Thermal expanded core (TEC) fiber can reduce, being advantaged from thermal diffusion technology, connection loss by expanding the tolerance in relation to axial offset and gap when making optical connection having mode field diameter (MFD) of optical fiber expanded locally. In this paper, TEC fiber fabrication system based on the frame brushing techniques using twin-torch tip was designed and developed in order to maintain a stable thermal diffusion and single-mode when manufacturing TEC fiber. We were able to obtain that varied kinds of TEC fibers of which MFD could have been extended between $20\;{\mu}m$ and $40\;{\mu}m$ by TEC fiber fabrication system. In addition, the characteristic of connection loss was measured by alignment two TEC fibers of which MFD was $30\;{\mu}m$.

걸그룹 뉴진스(NewJeans)에 나타난 뉴미디어 시대 아이돌 홍보 전략 연구

The purpose of this article is to suggest new trends in the idol market and the direction of next-generation K-pop promotion strategies by studying ‘NewJeans’, which has presented a new paradigm for idol promotion strategies in the age of new media. As a research method, based on the theoretical background of existing idol promotion strategies, we will draw out the differences from other groups in the promotion strategy of ‘NewJeans’ through a comparative analysis using statistical data, music charts, and press releases. First, the management philosophy of Min Hee-jin, the CEO of ‘NewJeans’, based on Hegel's dialectic, has set a new trend in the idol market. Second, the active utilization of IP led to effective publicity. Third, through the utilization of the newtro concept, the product was consumed by a wider age group than the main consumption age group of the existing idol industry. This study has practical implications in that it provides a direction for successful promotion cases utilizing new media, and research on new genres that are leading trends in the current generation should be continued based on this study.

Optimization of Boost Condition and Axial Feeding on Tube Bending and Hydro-Forming Process Considering Formability and Spring-Back

Finite element simulations were performed for the sequential procedures of bending and hydro-forming of DP590 tubes in order to optimize the process parameters, in particular, the boost condition and axial feeding in the sequential forming processes considering formability and spring-back. The effects of the material property, including strain-rate sensitivity on formability as well as spring-back were also evaluated numerically. As for the constitutive law, the isotropic hardening law was used along with the non-quadratic anisotropic yield function, Yld2000-2d. Forming limit diagrams were calculated based on Hill’s bifurcation theory and the MK theory. In order to characterize the material properties, tensile tests were performed for both the DP590 sheet and tube. 공공담론과 일탈 -야담을 중심으로-

이 글은 조선후기 야담을 통해 공공성 논의를 살피는 데에 목적을 둔다. 공공성은 다분히 현대적 개념인 만큼 고전문학에서 공공 담론을 논의하는 데에는 일정한 한계가 있다. 그럼에도 야담은 당대 인민의 일상적 삶에 무게를 두는 장르의 특성상 공(公)과 공(共)의 길항관계를 엿볼 수 있는 가능성을 열어둔다. 그렇게 마련한 원칙에 따라 이 글에서는 국가가 주도하는 공공성과 인민이 이끄는 공공성으로 양분하여, 그들 각각이 담아내고자 한 의미와 한계를 살폈다. 국가적 공공성은 교화를 중심에 둔다. 교화는 수직적 위계에 의한 공공 담론으로, 집단 질서를 유지하기 위해 국가가 개인의 삶에 직접 개입한다. 그러니 전체를 위협할 수 있는 다원적 사유를 허용하지 않는다. 그런데 야담은 그에 의문을 던지며 복수성의 문제를 환기한다. 국가적 공공성에 대한 질문과 일탈은 이렇게 만들어졌다. 그 중에서 <황인검 이야기>는 복수성을 조건으로 한 다원적 담론이 생성하는 양상을 확인케 하는 자료가 되었다. 시민적 공공성은 교화 논리에서 벗어난 인물들이 어떻게 관계를 맺으며 서로가 희망의 메시지를 만들어가는 데에 맞춰졌다. 성대중은 <개수전>을 통해 자본 논리가 만들어낸 부정적 인물들 간의 연대에서, <有義理群盜化良民>은 인민들 간의 연대와 관계를 통해서만 공공성을 확보할 수 있음을 드러냈다. This paper aims to examine publicness discussion through the late Joseon Dynasty Yadam. Since publicity is a modern concept, so there are certain limitations to discuss public discourse in classical literature. Yadam, however, is a genre that focuses on the daily lives of the people of the time, and can be seen in the antagonistic relationship between public(公) and common(共). Accordingly, in this paper, I divided into state-led publicity and people-led publicity. After doing so, I looked at the directions and limitations of each of the them. National publicity centers on edification. The edification is a premise to maintain the order of the group, so the state intervenes directly in the life of the individual with the justification of edification. The state does not allow various individuals and various reasons within the group; however, the Yadam doubts this and raises the issue of pluralism. The question and deviation of the national publicity were made in this way. Citizen's publicity pays attention to how people who deviate from the logic of edification form a relationship and create message of hope. It argues that public values can only be secured through solidarity and relationships among people.

재건축초과이익, 왜 환수하여야 하는가?

This paper examines the legitimacy of the Levy on Excess Return of Redevelopment (LERR) analyzing whether or not LERR achieves its two stipulated goals: ‘stabilization of housing prices’ and ‘social equity’. First, it is not obvious that LERR stabilizes housing prices. Even if the prices rise, its upper bound exists-the regional average of newly build housing. Although it sometimes shows rapid growth, it should be regarded the growth based on consumption demand since the government recently enforced strong regulation on investment demand. However, the current LERR treats consumption demand as same as investment demand. Second, the social equity seems to represent the housing wellbeing of low-income households. Yet, LERR neither do set the levy based on the negative effects on affordable housing, nor use the revenue of levy for affordable housing provision. The most important reason why LERR fails to achieve its main goals is that it is designed and implemented by the central government, although it is purely local issue to evaluate the impacts of redevelopment projects, to grant permission to them, and to minimize their side effects to communities. This implies that LERR can win a social consensus only after the local government includes it in its regional housing policy and uses it to expand regional affordable housing opportunity. 본 연구는 재건축초과이익환수제도가 법에서 스스로 제시한 두 가지 핵심 목표, 즉 주택가격 안정과 사회적 형평을 달성할 수 있는지 살펴보았다. 먼저 재건축초과이익을 환수하는 것이 주택가격 안정에 기여하는지 여부는 불분명하다. 주택가격이 상승하더라도 지역 내 신규 주택의 평균 가격이라는 상한이 존재하며, 최근 투기수요를 억제하기 위한 정책이 다양하게 마련되었으므로 이 상승은 실수요에 기초한 것으로 평가되어야 한다. 그러나 현행 제도는 실수요자에 대해서도동일하게 재건축부담금을 부과하고 있는 상황이다. 다음으로 사회적 형평이라는 목표는 징수된 부담금의 배분과 사용 기준으로 볼 때 저소득가구의 주거복지로 볼 수 있다. 그러나 현행 제도에서 부담금은 재건축사업이 부담가능주택 재고의 감소에 미치는 영향에 기초하여 산정되지도 않으며, 그 부담금 역시 부담가능주택 재고 증가를 위해 직접적으로 사용되지도 않고 있다. 재건축초과이익환수제도가 이처럼 스스로 설정한 목표를 달성하지 못하는 가장 큰 이유는 재건축사업의 인허가와 그에 따른 부작용의 관리가 철저히 지역적인 이슈임에도 불구, 중앙정부 주도로 획일적으로 계획되고 시행되기 때문이다. 향후 지방정부의 주거복지정책 내에 부담가능주택 재고를 확충하는 수단으로 사용할 때, 재건축초과이익환수제도는 ‘부유세’에 대한 반발에서 벗어나 주민들로부터 충분한 공감대를 얻을 수 있을 것이다.

Surface Display of Lipolytic Enzyme, Lipase A and Lipase B of Bacillus subtilis on the Bacillus subtilis Spore

For the enhancement of lipase stability in organic solvent containing reaction, live immobilization method, using Bacillus subtilis spore as a display vehicle was attempted. Bacillus subtilis coat protein cotE was used as an anchoring motif for the display of lipA and lipB of Bacillus subtilis. Using this motif, lipolytic enzyme Lipase A and Lipase B were functionally displayed on the surface of Bacillus subtilis spore. Purified spore displaying CotELipB fusion protein showed higher lipolytic activity compared to that of CotE-LipA fusion protein. The surface localization of Lipase B was verified with flow cytometry and protease accessibility experiment. Spore displayed lipase retained its activity against acetone and benzene which completely deactivated free soluble lipase in the same reaction condition.
