Plant-based meat alternatives, which are growing amid environmental and health concerns, are considered to be products that can replace traditional animal meat despite the controversy over whether they are actually eco-friendly or not. Large-scale intensive livestock industries are considered to be the main cause of greenhouse gas emissions, so consumers who are interested in the environment are highly interested in plant-based meat alternatives. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to first identify the factors of consumption value of plant-based meat alternatives consumers, and second, to establish a differentiated marketing strategy by analyzing the characteristics of each segmented market through market segmentation according to consumption value. This study conducted a survey through a structured questionnaire targeting consumers who have purchased plant-based meat alternatives within the last year. During the survey period, a total of 350 questionnaires were distributed, and 282 copies were used for empirical analysis, excluding questionnaires that did not respond after collecting 327 copies (93.4%) and lacked reliability, such as questionnaires that did not have a difference in response by question, and questionnaires that did not respond to demographic questions.

Houttuynia cordata (Saururaceae) has pungent smell and taste. It has been used as detoxicant, antipyretic, antiinflammantory and diuretic agents. In order to evaluate of its fractions (H₂O, 20% MeOH, 40% MeOH, 60% MeOH, 100% MeOH) on low-density lipoprotein oxidation, mobility by electrophoresis and LDL lipid peroxidation by TBARS were measured. Except the water fraction, they showed inhibiton on electrophoetic mobility and all fractions revealed the antilipid peroxidation. From the active fractions, we isolated rutin, hyperin, quercitrin and quercetin.

Mobile applications for delivery food become useful and influences the changes of consumer’s purchase intention. The purpose of this study is to identify the advertising attributes of mobile application for delivery food and the impact on users’ attitudes toward advertisement, brand and purchase intention. A total of 396 responses were analyzed out of 430 by SPSS WIN 16.0 and AMOSS 22. This study identified the three essential attributes of food mobile application including informativeness, reliability and irritation. The result is that the informativeness and reliability positively influence users’ attitudes toward advertisement and brand, but irritation does not influence users’ attitudes toward advertisement and brand. Also, this study found the significant effect of users’ attitudes toward advertisement on their attitudes toward brand, but its insignificant effect on purchase intention.

빅데이터를 활용한 통합교육 언론보도에 대한 인식 분석

This study tried to analyze the social perception of news coverage on inclusive education by using big data analysis techniques. News articles were collected according to the 5-year policy period for the development of special education, and news big data was analyzed. As a result, the frequency of media reports during the five-year policy period of special education development from 1998 in the first year to 2022 in the fifth year was steadily increased. During this period, the top topic words in news coverage changed from words conceptualizing simple definitions to words expressing the active will of students with disabilities for the actual right to education. In addition, as a result of emotional analysis of the overall keywords in the inclusive education news coverage, it was found that the positive word ratio was high. Through this study, it can be seen that interest in news coverage on inclusive education is increasing quantitatively in accordance with changes in special education policies, and the demand for inclusive education is being concreted in the direction of guaranteeing the actual right to education of students with disabilities. 본 연구에서는 빅데이터 분석기법을 활용하여 통합교육에 대한 언론보도의 사회적 인식을 분석하고자 하였다. 특수교육 발전 5개년 정책 시기에 따라 관련 뉴스 기사를 수집하여, 뉴스 빅데이터를 분석하였다. 그 결과 1차년도 1998년부터 5차년도 2022년까지 특수교육 발전 5개년 정책기간의 언론보도 빈도는 꾸준히 증가한 것으로 나타났다. 이 시기 동안 언론보도의 상위 주제어는 단순한 정의를 개념화하는 단어들로부터 장애 당사자의 실질적 교육권에 대한 적극적 의지를 드러내는 단어로 변화가 나타났다. 또한 통합교육 뉴스 기사의 전체적인 키워드 감성분석 결과 긍정적인 단어 비율이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구를 통해 특수교육 정책 변화에 따라 통합교육에 대한 언론보도의 관심이 양적으로 증가하고 통합교육의 요구가 장애 당사자의 실질적인 교육권을 보장하는 방향으로 구체화되고 있음을 알 수 있다.

HMR 상품 구매동기가 태도 및 구매의도에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study was to provide the effects of purchase motivation on consumers' attitudes and purchase intentions for HMR products. This study examines the effect of three independent variables: curiosity, deviation, convenience. Also, this study examines three factors influence consumers' attitudes and purchase intentions with the relationships between consumers' attitudes and purchase intentions. The data were collected from 6 different market stores. A total of 300 were distributed and 253 were analyzed by SPSS WIN 16.0. The results indicate that curiosity, deviation and convenience influence purchase motivation and consumers' attitudes and consumers' attitudes influence purchase intentions. Although there are meaningful results, the limit of this study is that the independent variables should be more investigated and the research should be tested to different areas to increase validity and reliability.

A three-year-old male jindo with generalized skin lesions (including seborrhea, hyperk- eratosis, alopecia, papules, and ecchymoses), pruritus lymph node enlargement, and fever was brought to Veterinary Teaching Hospital, College of Veterinary Medicine, Chungbuk National Uni- versity. There were no laboratory findings for parasites and fungi in the hair and skin But, the com- plete blood counts (CBC) showed leukocytosis and severe cosinophilia, It was suspected to be an inflammatory and allergic dermatitis. Thus, prednisoIone (0.5 mg/kg PO, BID for 1 week) and ampi- cillin (10 mg/kg PO, BID for 1 week given. One week later, pruritus and ecchymoses were reduced. These treatments were repeated for 7 day again. Three months later, the dog was presented again due to the relapse and exacerbation of the clinical signs. The signs were as follows; severe pru- ritus, vesicobullous skin lesions, anorexia, emaciation, lameness, and welling of carpal joints that showed inflammatory skin lesion and draining of synovia-like fluid. The values of WBC counts were returned to normal ranges. In contrast, eosinophilia was still observed. Coombs test for patient RBC and serum were negative. Hypoalbuminemia (2.5g/dl) was shown by serum chemistry. The uri- nalysis revealed and presence of leukocytes. Luxation finding of right radial carpal joint by polyarthritis was shown in radiography of affected joints.Lupus eryhematosus(LE) cells also appeared in peripheral blood and synovial fluid of affected joints. Definitely, antinuclear antibody (ANA) of patient serum using feline peripheral blood mononuclear cells was detected by all immu- nofluorescence. Based on these findings such as sedum ANA-Positive. major signs (skin disease, non- erosive polyarthritis with soft tissue swelling. and proteinuria), minor signs (fever), and LE cell-pos- itive, a diagnosis of systemic lupus crythematosus (SLE) was mad\ulcorner in this dog. The dog with SLE was administered with Pre(2.0 mg/kg PO, BID for first 4 week and then QOD) to inhibit the production of autoantibodies and with ampicillin (10 mg/kg PO, BID for first 4 weeks and then QOD) to prevent the secondary infection. The condition of this dog was monitored every 2 weeks by physical examinations, radiography, CBC, serum chemistry and urinalyais. At 8th week of treat- ment, the state of SLE evaluated by physical examinations and laboratory findings was markedly improved except for proteinura.

This study utilizes fractal geometry, which is evaluated as a new alternative in the field of science, to interpret and apply complex and diverse architectural phenomena in the field of architectural design to create multi-dimensional space forms and respond to users' unpredictable and flexible demands. We want to explore the possibilities of whether it can be used with various algorithms that can be used. In this process, we tried to understand the concept, characteristics, and compositional principles of fractal geometry, and to interpret the creation process of spatial forms in Zaha Hadid's architectural works erected after the 2000s from the perspective of fractal geometry. In addition, we tried to explore the possibility of application to contemporary architecture by proposing the aspects of the architect's fractal characteristics through diagrams and analyzing the proportion of utilization of various algorithms to propose them as a mechanism for creating spatial forms.
