한국성인 남성을 대상으로 한 방사성옥소의 갑상선 섭취율에 따른 각 장기별 흡수선량 평가

한국인의 생리적 특성에 맞는 방사성핵종의 체내 흡수선량 평가를 위한 일환으로 한국 성인 남성 28명을 대상으로 $^{131}|$을 경구투여 후 갑상선섭취율 및 소변 일일배설률을 산정하고 각 장기별 흘수선량을 평가하였다 그 결과, 첫째, 투여 24시간 후 갑상선이 평균 19.70%의 섭취율과 71.12%의 소변 일일배설률을 나타냈다. 둘째 본 연구에서 산출한 갑상선섭취율과 기존 ICRP에서 제시하는 갑상선섭취율 30%에 따른 전신유효선량은 각각 1.464E-08 Sv, 2.189E-08 Sv로 약 1.5배의 차이를 나타났다. 정량적인 방사성 옥소의 흡수선량 평가를 위해서는 기존 ICRP에서 제시하는 자료에 의존하기 보다는 인종별 새로운 측정을 통해 각 핵종별 자료의 확보만이 체내피폭평가시 오류를 최소화 할 수 있다. In an effort to assess the internal absorbed dose of radionuclides that is suitable to Koreans' physiological characteristics, we asked 28 male Koreans to take $^{131}|$ orally, determined the thyroidal uptake and daily urination ratio, and assessed the absorbed dose by organ. As a result, first, 24 hours after administering, the average thyroidal uptake and the daily urination ratio registered 19.70% and 71.12%, respectively. Second, the whole body effective dose according to the thyroidal uptake calculated herein and the existing ICRP-suggested thyroidal uptake of 30% offered 1.464E-08 Sv and 2.189E-08 Sv, respectively, showing a 1.5 times difference. To evaluate the quantity of the absorbed dose of radioactive iodine, we can better reduce the error in assessing the body exposure dose by conducting measurement according to human races rather than depending on the existing ICRP data.
레퍼런스 클럭을 이용한 객차 PI 시스템 동기화 및 자막 편집기 개발

본 논문은 열차 내에서 승객의 편의를 제공하고 긴급 상황에 대한 대피 안내 방송 및 자막 서비스와 광고 등의 효과를 극대화하기 위한 네트워크 기반의 승객 안내 시스템 개발에 대하여 기술한다. 기존 시스템은 영상 및 자막 그리고 음성 안내 등의 정보를 방송하기 위해 VGA 신호 분배기를 이용하고 있다. UDP와 TCP/IP 프로토콜을 적용하여 기존 시스템을 개선하고, 이 경우 발생하는 데이터 손실 및 차량 간의 동기화 문제를 해결하기 위하여 레퍼런스 클럭을 이용한다. 열차의 운행 스케줄에 따른 자동 안내 방송과 광고 효과의 향상을 위하여 다양한 3D 효과로 자막을 재생 하도록 XML 기반의 자막 편집기를 개발하였고, 시뮬레이션을 통해 성능을 평가 한다. This paper describes the development of a network-based passenger information system(PIS) which provides the convenience of the passenger of the train and heightens the effect of the subtitle service, the advertising and the shelter guidance broadcasting against the urgent event. The existing system uses VGA signal distributor in order to broadcast information with image and subtitle and voice guidance. In this paper we improve the existing system by applying the UDP and TCP/IP protocol and use a reference clock to solve a data loss and synchronization problem which occurs in this case. We also developed an XML-based subtitle authoring tool which can edit and play the subtitles with various 3D to improve the automatic guidance broadcasting and advertisement effect according to the operation schedule of the train. The system performance was evaluated through a simulation.

하드웨어 플랫폼은 다수 코어 아키텍처의 메모리 대역폭을 만족시키기 위해 NUMA 구조로 설계되고 있다. 이러한 NUMA 구조에서 다른 노드의 메모리에 접근할 경우, 해당 노드의 메모리 접근에 비해 1.5~2배 지연이 발생한다. 따라서 이러한 특성을 고려하는 NUMA 시스템 기반 스케줄러가 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 NUMA 기반 스케줄러 설계를 위해 고려되어야 할 사항에 대해 분석해 본다. 분석 결과, 공유 자원 경쟁과 리모트 접근을 최소화하는 것이 NUMA 스케줄러 설계의 핵심이라는 것을 확인 할 수 있었다. 뿐만 아니라 같은 노드에서 실행되는 워크로드의 조합 및 캐시 오염 태스크 관리, 그리고 노드별 남아있는 메모리 정보 또한 고려되어야 한다는 것을 확인할 수 있었다.

In most researches on the ride comport analysis of passenger vehicles, the flexibility of the vehicle body has been not considered as an important factor, because the resonance frequencies of the vehicle body related to pitching, yawing and rolling motions are below approximately 10㎐ while the resonance frequencies of the vehicle body related to the flexibility are above approximately 20㎐. Nevertheless, the paper reveals that the modification of the local flexibility (or local stiffness) of the 4 parts on which shock absorbers are mounted in the vehicle body influences the ride comport. A one-dimensional, theoretical model is devised to qualitatively examine the effect of the change of the local stiffness of the vehicle body on the ride comport. Based on the results obtained from the analysis of the one-dimensional model, multi-body dynamic analysis considering the flexibility of the vehicle body is performed using ADAMS and MSC/NASTRAN. More concretely speaking, natural frequencies and mode shapes computed by MSC/NASTRAN are used as input data for multi-body dynamic analysis in ADAMS. It has been confirmed that the ride comport can be improved by appropriately changing the local stiffness of the vehicle body through several simulations using ADAMS. and that the simulation results agree excellently with experiment results.
인간 결장직장암 세포주들에 미치는 복어 균질액의 성장억제 활성 연구

Cancer is one of the most serious public health problems in Korea and worldwide, and has a major impact on society. Despite significant advances in traditional anti-cancer therapies, such as chemotherapy, radiotherapy, and surgery, it remains extremely difficult to cure and prevent cancer. Consequently, novel anti-cancer therapies must be developed. We previously reported that Globefish homogenate suppresses the growth of Caco-2 human colorectal cancer cells. To build upon this previous observation, we investigated the cytotoxic effects of Globefish homogenate on DLD-1, HCT116, and SW480 human colorectal cancer cells by counting cells and examining morphological changes underneath an inverted microscope. Treatment with Globefish homogenate markedly inhibited the growth of cultured DLD-1, HCT116, and SW 480 cells in a dose-dependent manner. The sensitivities of these cells to Globefish homogenate were determined by calculating the lethal concentrations. The 50% inhibitory concentrations of Globefish homogenate were 111, 95, and 121 ㎍/mL in DLD-1, HCT116, and SW480 cells, respectively. These results indicate that Globefish homogenate contains a bioactive material(s) that inhibits the growth of human colorectal cancer cells.
공리적 설계를 이용한 현가 장치 설계와 승차감에 관한 연구

In the present study, a theoretical formulation based on the axiomatic design approach to suspension system is presented for improving both ride comfort and static design factors (SDFs) of the passenger vehicle. The design of a suspension system is affected by a lot of design parameters. The axiomatic design approach was adapted to the kinematic design of the suspension system to make a decoupled or less coupled relationship between the functional requirements (FRs) and design parameters (DPs) of the suspension system. SDFs which are related to wheel alignment and ride comfort are selected for the FRs and the position of the suspension hard points are chosen for common DPs. To mathematically express SDFs, the performance index is defined and the dynamic characteristics are analyzed for ride comfort evaluation using flexible vehicle body model of the commercial vehicle. The sensitivity matrices are defined between the FRs and DPs. The design sequences of SDFs are proposed by using these matrices with the vehicle model. Finally, by choosing independent DPs from the matrices of SDFs and sensitive DPs to ride comfort, specific DPs are applied to both ride comfort and SDFs. This study can be improved both ride comfort and SDFs by properly designing the kinematic design points.
