지식정보사회에서 정보의 효율적인 관리와 활용은 국가 경쟁력을 이끄는 주요한 축이다. 따라서 정보의 저장·관리·가공·유통 전반에 걸친 데이터베이스 산업은 명실공히 지식정보사회의 기간산업으로 주목받고 있다. 최근 한국데이터베이스진흥센터에서 실시한‘3분기 데이터베이스 산업 기업경기실사지수(DB-BSI) 및 이용환경지수(DB-CSI) 조사’결과를 통해 이러한 데이터베이스 산업의 현주소를 살펴본다.

DB서비스 현황조사

온라인을 통해 각종 정보를 검색, 이용하는 온라인 DB서비스시장이 폭발적인 성장세를 구가하고 있다. 또 가입자 확대와 고기능 단말기 보급에 기댄 모바일 DB서비스가 새로운 DB서비스 시장의 견인차로 부상하며 DB시장 확대를 부추기고 있다. 한국데이터베이스진흥센터는 데이터베이스 산업의 지속적인 성장과 육성지원을 위한 발판을 마련하기 위해 2004년 국내 데이터베이스산업 현황조사를 실시했다.이 결과를 토대로 데이터베이스산업을 위한 정책이나 기업의 사업계획수립에 필요한 기초통계자료에 도움이 되길 바란다.

2005년 2분기 데이터베이스 산업 실버라이닝 기대

데이터베이스 산업은 정보의 생산, 가공, 유통과 이를 지원하는 각종 컨설팅, 교육 등을 포함하는 거대 산업군(群)으로서 지식기반 사회의 핵심이다. 지난해에는 지속적인 경기 불황과 이에 따른 투자 · 이용 감소로 데이터베이스 산업은 많은 어려움을 겪었다. 그러나 최근 한국데이터베이스진흥센터에서 실시한‘데이터베이스 산업 기업경기 실사지수(DB-BSI) 및 이용환경지수(DB-CSI) 조사’에 따르면, 2분기 경기가 호전될 것으로 전망되고 이용자 만족도도 높게 나타나,2005년 국내 데이터베이스 산업의 재도약이 기대된다.

2003년도 국내 DB관련 업체를 대상으로 종합경기, 내수판매, 수출, 투자, 자금사정, 채산성, 고용 등 7영역에 대해 DB산업 경기실사지수(DB_BSI)를 조사한 결과, 1/4분기에 비해 2/4분기 경기실적은 다소 회복된 것으로 조사됐다. 이와 같은 호전세는 3분기에도 지속될 전망이나 세계경제의 부진, 중증급성호흡기증후군(SARS)으로 인한 중국시장 부진, 북핵문제를 둘러싼 지정학적 위협, 가계 부채 증가 등에 따른 시장부진 등의 악재로 인해 보합세(100)에는 미치지 못할 것으로 전망된다.

2분기 DB산업 기업경기가 완만한 회복세를 보일 것으로 전망됐다. 한국데이터베이스진흥센터(KDPC)가 최근 발표한 2분기 DB산 업 기업경기(BSI) 조사결과에 따르면 DB BSI 실적은 지난해 3분기를 최저점으로 확연히 상승세(2003년 3분기 39 → 2003년 4 분기 46 → 2004년 1분기 80)로 돌아섰으며, 2분기 전망 또한 1분기에 이어 평년수준(100)를 넘어설(119) 것으로 전망했다.

광유도발광선량계(Optically Stimulated Luminescent Dosimeter)의 선량 특성에 관한 고찰

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to evaluate dosimetric characteristics of Optically stimulated luminescent dosimeters (OSLD) for dosimetry Materials and Methods: InLight/OSL $NanoDot^{TM}$ dosimeters was used including $Inlight^{TM}MicroStar$ Reader, Solid Water Phantom, and Linear accelerator ($TRYLOGY^{(R)}$) OSLDs were placed at a Dmax in a solid water phantom and were irradiated with 100 cGy of 6 MV X-rays. Most irradiations were carried out using an SSD set up 100 cm, $10{\times}10\;cm^2$ field and 300 MU/min. The time dependence were measured at 10 minute intervals. The dose dependence were measured from 50 cGy to 600 cGy. The energy dependence was measured for nominal photon beam energies of 6, 15 MV and electron beam energies of 4-20 MeV. The dose rate dependence were also measured for dose rates of 100-1,000 MU/min. Finally, the PDD was measured by OSLDs and Ion-chamber. Results: The reproducibility of OSLD according to the Time flow was evaluated within ${\pm}2.5%$. The result of Linearity of OSLD, the dose was increased linearly up to about the 300 cGy and increased supralinearly above the 300 cGy. Energy and dose rate dependence of the response of OSL detectors were evaluated within ${\pm}2%$ and ${\pm}3%$. $PDD_{10}$ and PDD20 which were measured by OSLD was 66.7%, 38.4% and $PDD_{10}$ and $PDD_{20}$ which were measured by Ion-chamber was 66.6%, 38.3% Conclusion: As a result of analyzing characteration of OSLD, OSLD was evaluated within ${\pm}3%$ according to the change of the time, enregy and dose rate. The $PDD_{10}$ and $PDD_{20}$ are measured by OSLD and ion-chamber were evaluated within 0.3%. The OSL response is linear with a dose in the range 50~300 cGy. It was possible to repeat measurement many times and progress of the measurement of reading is easy. So the stability of the system and linear dose response relationship make it a good for dosimetry.

가물치 위장관 내분비세포에 관한 면역조직학적 관찰

The regional distribution and relative frequency of occurrence of endocrine cells in nine segments of the gastrointestinal(GI) tract of snakehead(Ophicephalus argus) were investigated by immunohistochemical methods using specific antisera against 5- hydroxyptrytamine(5-HT), somatostatin, gastrin/cholecystokinin(GAS/CCK), glucagon, bovine chromogranin, porcine chromogranin and insulin. Four types of immunoreactive cells for 5-HT, somatostatin, GAS/CCK and glucagon were observed in the GI tract. These cells were generally appeared in the mucosal epithelia or located at the interface of the mucosal epithelial layer and intestinal glandular region. 5-HT-immunoreactive(IR) cells were found in segment II, III, IV, V and VI, and the most numerous in segment IV. Somatostatin-IR cells were found in segment II, III, IV and V, and the most numerous in segment III. GAS/CCK-IR cells in segment VI, VII and glucagon-IR cells in segment III, IV, V were detected but a few in these segments. No bovine chromogranin-, porcine chromogranin- and insulin-IR cells were detected throughout the GI tract of the snakehead.

청둥오리의 가슴샘 내분비세포에 대한 면역조직화학적 연구

Endocrine cells in the thymus of duck(Anas platyrhynchos platyrhyncos, Linne) were studied immunohistochemically from 23 days of incubation to 32 weeks of age. Somatostatin-, growth hormone(GH)-, gastrin/cholecystokinin(Gas/CCK)-, polypeptide YY(PYY)-, S-100 protein(S-100 P)-, dopamine-, serotonin(5-HT)-, and bovine chromogranin (BCG)-immunoreactive cells were detected in the duck thymus by the PAP techniques. These immunoreactive cells were observed in the medulla and in the juxtacortical medulla. No immunoreactivity of calcitonin and bovine pancreatic polypeptide(BPP) antiserum were observed. The argyrophil cells by Grimelius techniques were observed from 23 days of incubation to 32 weeks of age and peaked in 5 weeks of age. In the early develpmental stage, the argyrophil cells were distributed only in the medulla, while these cells were distributed mainly in the medulla and a few cells were distributed in the corticomedullary junction from 3 weeks of age. These immunoreactive cells were generally round, oval and elliptical and occasionally spindle, polygonal and polymorphous with the long cytopslasmic processes in shape. The present study suggests that the intrathymic endocrine cells may associate with the functional maturation of T-lymphocytes on the establishment of immunity. The further study will be needed to elucidate the function of these thymic endocrine cells.

그림책 『작은 집 이야기』에 나타난 자연ᆞ사회ᆞ인간의 관계 탐색: 펠릭스 가타리의 생태철학을 중심으로

본 연구는 현 지구의 생태적 위기 속에서 자연과 인간의 관계 회복에 대한 희망을 보여주는 그림책 『작은 집 이야기』를 펠릭스 가타리 생태철학의 관점으로 자연 사회 인간의 관계를 살펴보고자 한다. 1942년 미국에서 출판되어 1993년 국내에서 번역된 버지니아 리 버튼(Virginia Lee Burton)의 그림책 『작은 집 이야기』를 분석하여 자연과 사회의 관계, 사회와 인간의 관계, 인간과 자연의 관계에 따른 각각의 하위범주를 도출하였다. 그림책 『작은 집 이야기』에 나타난 자연과 사회의 관계 흐름은 자연 의 생명에 순응하는 방식을 ‘지나’, 자연 환경 파괴로 인한 회색 도시화를 ‘넘어’, 종속관계가 해체된 새 보금자리 ‘로’ 이어졌다. 사회와 인간의 관계 흐름은 생명가치를 향한 근원적인 희구를 ‘지나’, 사회관 계 분열로 인한 인간 가치 공동체 상실을 ‘넘어’, 인간과 사회 간의 색다른 공동체 생성 ‘으로’ 나아갔다. 끝으로, 인간과 자연의 관계 흐름은 유기적이고 순환적인 조화를 ‘지나’, 자연과의 단절로 인한 그리움을 ‘넘어’, 이제 다시 자연과의 만남 ‘으로’ 지속되었다. 이를 토대로 생태적 위기를 극복하기 위해 서는 자연 사회 인간의 경계를 허물고 횡단하는 철학적 윤리적 사유와 실천이 이루어져야 하며, 교육 현장은 이러한 사유와 실천을 생성할 수 있는 장을 마련해야 할 것이다. This study examined the relationship between nature, society, and human, from the viewpoint of Felix Guattari's ecological philosophy, in the picturebook 『The Little House』 which shows hope for the restoration of nature and human relationship in the ecological crisis of the present earth. The picturebook 『The Little House』 by Virginia Lee Burton, translated and published in Korea in 2012, was analyzed to reveal each subcategory according to the relationship between nature and society, between society and human, and between human and society. The flow of the relationship between nature and society in the picturebook 『The Little House』 has passed through the way of adapting to the life of nature, became a gray urbanization due to the destruction of the natural environment, and led to a new nest where the dependency was dismantled. The flow of relations between society and humans has passed through the fundamental diligence toward the value of life; the human value community has been lost due to the division of social relations, and a different community has been created between humans and society. Finally, the flow of the relationship between humans and nature has passed through an organic and cyclical relationship, longing to be disconnected from nature, and now, it has continued to flow back to nature. In order to overcome the ecological crisis based on this, human consciousness and spiritual awakening are required as well as the social institutional field where the subjectivity of the social community can be created, and the ecological movement in the ethical direction recognizing the vitality of nature is needed.
