In this study, we compared backpropagation neural network (BPNN) with probabilistic neural network (PNN) as shape recognition algorithm of welding flaws. For this purpose, variables are applied the same to two algorithm. Here, feature variable is composed of time domain signal itself and frequency domain signal itself. Through this process, we comfirmed advantages/disadvantages of two algorithms and identified application methods of two algorithms.
적외선 열화상 카메라를 이용한 Plume 형상에 따른 Nd:YAG 레이저 용접 결함 평가

In Nd:YAG laser welding, evaluation methods of welding flaw are various. But, the method due to plume shape is difficult to classification of welding flaw. The Nd:YAG laser process it known to have high speed and deep penetration capability to become one of the most advanced welding technologies. At the present time, some methods are studied for measurement of plume shape by using high-speed camera and photo diode. This paper describes the machining characteristics of SM45C carbon steel welding by use of an Nd:YAG laser. In spite of its good mechanical characteristics, SM45C carbon steel has a high carbon contents and suffers a limitation in the industrial application due to the poor welding properties. In this study, plume shape was measured by infrared thermal camera that is non-contact /non-destructive thermal measurement equipment through change of laser generating power, speed, focus. Weld was performed on bead-on method. Measurement results are compared as two equipments. Here, two results are composed of measurement results of plume quantities due to plume shape by infrared thermal camera and inspection results of weld bead include weld flaws by ultrasonic inspector.

In this paper, the classification of artificial defects in semiconductor packages is studied by using pattern recognition technology. For this purpose, the pattern recognition algorithm includes the user made MATLAB code. And preprocess is made of the image process and self-organizing map, which is the input of the back-propagation neural network and the dimensionality reduction method. The image process steps are data acquisition, equalization, binary and edge detection. Image process and self-organizing map are compared to the preprocess method. Also the pattern recognition technology is applied to classify two kinds of defects in semiconductor packages : cracks and delaminations.

Auther tried to observe effect of rhythmic gymnastics on physical flexibility. 40 adult women living in Gwangju city were chosen to an object of the stretching exercise and aerobic dance during 8 weeks. The results were as following. 1. The body Weight were decreased 0.32∼1.39㎏(0.57∼2.54%) on the average. 2. Lift up of the arms were the most developed at 9.90˚(4.71%) of B group. 3. Lift back of the arms were the most developed at 20.65˚(35.39%) of A group. 4. Trunk side bend were the most developed at 6.9˚(11.26%) of A group. 5. Trunk forth flexion in sitting position were the most developed at 5.3˚(4.11%) of B group. 6. Trunk extension were the most developed at 10.8˚(24.05%) of A group. 7. Generally the result of training were developed remarkably before 4 weeks than after 4 weeks.

Extruder is divided to greatly three part at extrusion process. First, by hopper(Hopper) second, barrel(Barrel) with Screw that is point of extruder and third that is raw material supply wealth extrusion into dies(DIES) Part that decide shape of do product greatly divide. Hopper is role that distribute in raw material supply wealth (Feeding zone) of Screw preserving raw material in state of high quality how at extrusion process, and make distributed raw material as Screw in barrel rotates and 3 stage and inflicting heat and pressure raw material melting(Melting) state. And raw material of melting state Screw's measuring stoker(Metering zone) whereabouts anaphora do and product is completed through pipe channel of dies. Dies that is the most important as Screw in extrusion is part that is last part of melting state process of raw material and causes huge effect in quality of product. If more than design of dies happens, manufacture itself of dies is hard, but there are a lot of amount of losses accordingly. In this research, make pipe channel that raw material of melting state flows in dies can present dies basic design method through flow analysis of ideal pipe channel using CFdesign.

In this Research, we would like to perform optimal design by using theoretical equation and experimental equation for development of transmission and P.T.O on work vehicle with multi-function that is suited fruit cultures in my country. For the purpose of reducing development period about product and minimizing risk about design error, detail design and interference check are accomplished by FEM analysis and CAD software.

최근의 경제난과 에너지 가격의 급격한 변동은 세계 각국의 에너지 정책이 지속 가능한 미래 에너지의 개발에 관심을 가지게 만들었다. 또한 나날이 심각해지는 지구온난화 현상은 이러한 세계 각국의 위기감을 실제적인 행동으로 이끌어 내고 있다. 이러한 행동의 하나로 태양력과 수력 등의 청청에너지 개발과 에너지 사용량을 줄이기 위한 노력과 기술개발을 들 수 있다 기존의 서버 컴퓨팅 시스템의 화두는 단연 성능과 안정성이었다. 즉 가격대비 성능과 안정성이 높기만 하면 전력사용량은 별 문제가 되지 않았다. 또한 절력절감 기술은 전력을 항상 공급받지 못하는 랩톱과 같은 이동형 컴퓨팅 장치에만 적용되었다. 하지만 최근의 경향은 모바일에만 적용되던 전력절감 기술을 서버 컴퓨팅 분야에도 적용하여 전체 시스템의 전력사용량을 낮추는 것을 목표로 한다. 그린 운영체제란 운영체제 수준에서 시스템의 전력사용량을 낮추는 모든 기술을 포괄한다고 볼 수 있다.
