오토마타 기반 클러스터 장비의 예외상황 처리

최근 반도체 산업에서는 단일웨이퍼 가공 방식의 복합장비인 클러스터 장비의 사용이 증가되고 있다. 클러스터 장비는 동일한 종류의 웨이퍼를 연속적으로 공정하므로 장비의 성능과 예측가능성을 높이기 우해 웨이퍼의 물류흐름에 따라 미리 지정한 동일한 작업이 반복되는 경향이 있다. 그러나 예외상황이 발생할 경우 그런 반복 작업은 중지되고 예외상황처리작업이 필요하다. 그러나 모든 예외상황에 유연하게 대처할 수 있는 제어기를 만드는 것은 쉬운 일이 아니다. 특히 예외상황이 발생한 후의 상태의 종류를 모두 파악하는 것조차 쉬운 일이 아니다. 본 논문에서는 클러스터 장비의 예외 상황의 종류와 그에 대한 대처 방안을 제시한다. 또한 이를 구현하기 위한 제어 시스템 구조도 제안한다.

만 5세 유아와 함께 한 음악 만들기 실행연구

본 연구는 만5세 유아의 음악만들기 활동에서 나타난 어려움과 문제를 발견하고 이를 해결하는 과정의 경 험을 탐색해 봄으로써, 교육현장에서 실천 가능한 유아 음악만들기 접근 방안을 모색하기 위해 수행하였다. 유아 음악만들기 활동과정에서의 연구자가 경험한 내용은 크게 ‘음악만들기에 다가가기’와 ‘음악만들기 실천 하기’로 유목화할 수 있었다. ‘음악만들기에 다가가기’위한 연구자의 노력은, ‘음악이 아름다워야 한다는 생각 내려놓기,’ ‘음악교육’을 해야 한다는 부담감에서 벗어나기,’ ‘유아의 음악성 바라보기,’ ‘유아가 만든 음악 공유하기’ 등으로 나누어서 살펴보았다. 한편 ‘음악만들기를 실천하기’위한 연구자의 노력은, ‘소리를 통해 일상에서 음악 끄집어내기,’ ‘움직임을 음악만들기와 연결 짓기,’ ‘함께 하는 음악을 위한 노랫말 이야기 제공하기,’ ‘그림을 통해 유아가 만든 음악 남겨두기’ 등으러 분류할 수 있었다. 이러한 실행연구의 과정을 통해 유아와 함께 행복한 음악만들기를 할 수 있는 방안을 모색하였다. The study explored the problems and difficulties while doing music making activities with five-years-old children. In the process of music making activities, researcher experienced lots of challenges. The researcher’s experiences can be summarized as follows; 1) releasing the idea that music should be beautiful, 2) getting rid of the burden of having to do music education, 3) looking at children to make music, 4) sharing music made by children, 5) Making music from everyday sounds, 6) Connecting elements of movement with music creation, 7) Making music together using lyrics to stories, 8) Making music from children's eyes into visual recording.

Advantages of Binaural Amplification to Acceptable Noise Level of Directional Hearing Aid Users

Objectives. The goal of the present study was to examine whether Acceptable Noise Levels (ANLs) would be lower (greater acceptance of noise) in binaural listening than in monaural listening condition and also whether meaningfulness of background speech noise would affect ANLs for directional microphone hearing aid users. In addition, any relationships between the individual binaural benefits on ANLs and the individuals’ demographic information were investigated. Methods. Fourteen hearing aid users (mean age, 64 years) participated for experimental testing. For the ANL calculation, listeners’ most comfortable listening levels and background noise level were measured. Using Korean ANL material, ANLs of all participants were evaluated under monaural and binaural amplification with a counterbalanced order. The ANLs were also compared across five types of competing speech noises, consisting of 1- through 8-talker back- ground speech maskers. Seven young normal-hearing listeners (mean age, 27 years) participated for the same mea- surements as a pilot testing. Results. The results demonstrated that directional hearing aid users accepted more noise (lower ANLs) with binaural ampli- fication than with monaural amplification, regardless of the type of competing speech. When the background speech noise became more meaningful, hearing-impaired listeners accepted less amount of noise (higher ANLs), revealing that ANL is dependent on the intelligibility of the competing speech. The individuals’ binaural advantages in ANLs were significantly greater for the listeners with longer experience of hearing aids, yet not related to their age or hear- ing thresholds. Conclusion. Binaural directional microphone processing allowed hearing aid users to accept a greater amount of back- ground noise, which may in turn improve listeners’ hearing aid success. Informational masking substantially influ- enced background noise acceptance. Given a significant association between ANLs and duration of hearing aid usage, ANL measurement can be useful for clinical counseling of binaural hearing aid candidates or unsuccessful users.

6년차 유치원 교사의 수업컨설팅 과정에 대한 경험 탐색

이 글은 6년차 유치원 교사가 수업연구동아리에서 겪은 수업컨설팅 과정의 경험에 대한 탐색으로서, 수업컨설팅 경험과 그 경험의 심층적 분석을 통해 발견한 성장의 의미를 자문화기술지(auto-ethnography)로 이야기 하였다. 나는 자신의 목소리와 자기반성, 그리고 반영성에 기초한 개인적 이야기를 통해 수업컨설팅의 경험으로 인한 심리적 상태를 기술하고, 수업컨설팅 과정을 통해 발견한 성장의 의미를 논의함으로써 수업컨설팅의 이해를 돕고, 수업에 대한 교육적 성찰을 공유하고자 하였다. 나의 수업컨설팅의 경험은 기대감-어려움-해방감이라는 3가지 변화과정으로 나타났다. 그리고 수업컨설팅 과정을 통해 발견한 성장은 첫째, 꿈틀거리는 반성력 발견, 둘째, 이론과 실제의 간극에서 융통성 발견, 셋째, 수업의 동반자 발견이었다. 위와 같은 연구결과는 유치원 교사들에게 컨설팅 과정의 어려움과 성장에 대한 공감을 통해 건전한 교육 풍토를 조성하는 데 의의가 있다. This paper is a reflection of my experiences in the instructional consulting. It shows my development as a kindergarten teacher by using the ethnographic method. I described my mental state in the process of the instructional consulting by mentioning my inner voice and feelings. I aimed to help the understanding of the instructional consulting and wanted to share my educational insights about the teaching by describing my development. My experience of the instructional consulting can be divided into three stages : expectation – difficulties - sense of freedom. The instructional consulting made me to develop professionally as follows. Firstly, I developed my power of reflection. Secondly, I found out my flexibility in the situation where the educational theories are hard to apply to. Lastly, I met a great companion in my teaching area. These findings are significant in that they help to create a sound educational environment through the understanding and appreciation by the developing kindergarten teachers.

AHP를 이용한 국방정보기술표준 선정 평가 모델 개발에 관한 연구

Recently, the interoperability has become more important to enhance the net-centric capabilities of the warfighter. DITA (Defense Information Technical stAndard) is the set of IT standards for improving interoperability, scalability, effectiveness, and efficiency. In this paper, we analyzed the standardizing process to derive the selection criteria and structurized the derived selection criteria using the KJ (Kawakita Jiro) method. Finally, we developed an evaluation model for selecting a standard for DITA using AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process). As a result, we present eight selection criteria (maintainability, trend, stability, portability, effect of other standard, constraint of the network, and applicability to the systems). We also applied some examples that several IT standards to our selection model for validating the model. We expect our model to help to decide objectively whether the new standard can be listed in DITA.

웹서비스를 이용한 HL7호환 시스템 개발 방법론

Objective: Our purpose is to propose the guideline for developing web services components from HL7 (Health Level 7) standard. Methods: All business processes describing in HL7 are modeled using UML (Unified Modeling Language). Both UML diagrams and web services profiles can be presented with XML (Extensible Markup Language). Therefore we suggest a framework to derive web services from HL7 standards semi-automatically. Results: We show that skeletal XML documents for web services can be generated from HL7 standards. Additionally we propose a way to program with Java for web services using given web service profiles. Conclusion: This paper presents the methodology of developing HL7-compatible electronic health record systems using web services. (Journal of Korean Society of Medical Informatics 13-4, 361-374, 2007)
