        해안 가로의 지속가능성 향상을 위한 가로 시설물 연구 - 제주도 해수욕장 주변 가로시설물을 중심으로 -

        In Korea, which has three sides of the sea, various waterfront spaces are being developed and developed along with various coastal landscapes. However, there are a lot of cases that do not consider the regional characteristic of the coast or the characteristic of the coastal landscape. In many cases, the street facilities cause the landscape degradation and the use inconvenience because of incongruity with the scenery, aging and lax management. Therefore, it is necessary to reflect the specificity of the coastal landscape in planning and directing the street facilities, harmonizing with the surrounding natural environment, and consideration of sustainability. However, there is no research or planning index for sustainable street facilities considering the coastal characteristics. Therefore, this study suggests plan elements to improve the sustainability of the street facilities on the shore and proposes them as basic plan elements, and suggests what kind of improvements should be made to improve the sustainability of coastal facilities in Korea. Based on the plan elements derived from the plan, we checked the problems and complementary points of coastal street facilities in Korea by analyzing the current status of the street facilities around the Jeju Island beach from a sustainable point of view, and suggested plan indicators that should be supplemented to improve sustainability. We surveyed the street facilities such as walkway blocks, benches, pagoda, drinking fountain, trash cans, bicycle shelters, fences, guide maps, streetlights, and shower rooms in 10 beaches in Jeju Island. This study analyzed the sustainability characteristics of the each factor of these facilities by surveying the reflectivity of the 23 plan indicators from the six aspects derived from the sustainability planning factor as conformity, partial reflection, non - reflection, and nonconformity. The results of the analysis showed that the functional aspect was the highest with 68.3%, the material aspect (53%), the landscape aspect (22.3%), the productive aspect (14.7%) and the morphological aspect (12.2%), and maintenance / management (10.6%). In addition, the facilities with the lowest fitness in each aspect are bicycle shelter in landscape aspect, bicycle storage box and trash can in form aspect, shower room in material aspect, trash can in functional aspect, showroom, guide maps and drinking fountain in product aspect, showroom In maintenance aspect. In order to improve the sustainability of coastal facilities in the future, it is necessary to complement the administrative and landscape aspects. In coastal facilities, it is necessary to consider the sustainability planning index, especially for showers, taking into account the specificity of beaches. Consideration should be given to various aspects of sustainability for bike shelters and trash facilities. Through this study, we have proposed the plan elements to systematize, supplement, and improve the planning index for sustainability improvement in coastal facilities planning.

        Hydrocarbons are a broad group of organic bodies consisting of hydrogen and carbon. They are commonly found in the environment in the form of gasoline (e.g., butane and propane) and are also used in stain removers, adhesives, lubricants, and a variety of paints. Ingestion of the compound accounts for approximately 3% of all poisoning cases in the United States, but such reports of poisoning are rare in Korea. Hydrocarbon poisoning has many adverse effects. In addition to potentially causing major damage to the respiratory and central nervous systems, direct exposure to hydrocarbons can also cause cardiac arrhythmia, hepatic dysfunction, renal failure, neuropathy, and other injuries. We present the case of a 20-year-old soldier who accidentally ingested a small amount of gasoline. He developed chemical pneumonitis, but recovered with no serious complications.         로컬푸드 지원조례와 공동자원(commons)의 운영원리 -지원조례를 둘러싼 쟁점과 함의

        While the Local Food movement has focused on an alternative agriculture movement and a local campaign, I try to reestablish new concept of Local Food adding a discussion of sustainable life. Local Food involves Commons` thinking which covers the Food itself and managerial principles as a condition of sustainable life. I can find that the point of agreement with the concept of Local Food movement is social relationship of community in the process of reviewing Commons` concept. The social relationship is released as a forming public sphere, establishing governance and revealing collectivity while I review the process of enacting Local Food support ordinances of Wonju and other regions, In another words, the Commons` principle is working in the enacting process of the ordinances. Next, I review the contents of the ordinances enacted, and I summary the controversial issues which may be caused in the process of enacting the ordinances in the future. The Local food ordinances have been criticized as a over-institutionalization but the experiences of the enacting ordinances has a huge significance in itself. I expect that the Jeju regional community will be deal with the controversial issues by public sphere and governance in the enacting process of Jeju Local Food Support Ordinance.

        감미료의 종류를 달리한 치아씨 첨가 현미다식의 품질 특성

        The present study was performed to develop healthier sweeteners for brown rice Dasik with chia seed powder. The quality features and sensory evaluation were tested for brown rice Dasik with chia seed powder added with five different sweeteners and the results are as follows. The Dasik (DS) with isomalto-oligosaccharide and starch syrup received the highest scores on moisture content tests. The results from hardness tests identified the DS with agave syrup as the hardest, and the results from the adhesiveness test verified that the DS with agave syrup as well as the DS with starch syrup produce the most adhesive DS. The results of the springiness test show that the DS with starch syrup has higher springiness than other sweetners. The highest score for the chewiness and cohesiveness tests was the DS with starch syrup, while the DS with isomalto-oligosaccharide received the highest score on the gumminess test. The results of the chromaticity measurement test found that the DS with starch syrup showed the highest score of ‘L’ and the lowest score with fructo-oligosaccharide. In addition, the highest score of ‘a’ was DS with isomalto-oligosaccharide and the lowest score of ‘b’ was the DS with starch syrup. The results of sugar content displayed that the DS with starch syrup was the highest and the DS with fructo-oligosaccharide was the lowest score. The results of sensory evaluation verified that color did not influence evaluators’ preference investigation. The results of sweet flavor test found that the DS with honey and the DS with agave syrup had the most preferred by participants, but there was no statistically significant difference among all five different sweeteners from the sweet taste test. Furthermore, the DS with agave syrup received the highest score while the DS with agave syrup scored the lowest from the hardness preference test. General preference evaluation identified the highest score with the addition of fructo-oligosaccharide and the lowest score with the addition of isomalto-oligosaccharide. Thus, the findings of the present study provide the meaningful results to demonstrate the DS with fructo-oligosaccharide is the most suitable sweetener to manufacture brown rice DS added by chia seed powder, and this result will help marketers with creating meaningful strategies and with developing similar products using chia seed powder.

        Human Factors Engineering (HFE) program is applied from the early stage of the design process for Nuclear Power Plant (NPP) in Korea. A Task Analysis (TA) is an important part of the HFE program for the Main Control Room(MCR) design. Various nuclear regulatory documents require that the information and control requirements should be identified and evaluated before implementing the MCR design in order to support safe operation of NPP. These documents state that TA can be the basis for determining information and control requirements. Compared with TA for Optimized Pressurized Reactor 1000(OPR1000), a new methodology and wider scope were developed for TA of OPR1000+. During TA of OPR1000+, the requirements of information, decision making, task support and work load analysis which are required by NUREG-0711 were evaluated by the task decomposition method through Emergency Operation Procedure(EOP) walkthroughs. Furthermore, the review of MCR design including alarm window arrangement, alarm sound setting, new component evaluation and review of alarm display and Safety Parameter Display and Evaluation System(SPADES) display through screen simulation were performed to improve the operability. This paper explains TA methodology for OPR1000+ and their result to ensure that OPR1000+ design meets the requirement of accepted HFE principle.

        국내 상상 어린이 공원의 친환경성 평가 연구

        Since Seoul city supplied `Sangsang Children`s Park`, domestic children`s parks are changing from formal facilities to creative play space recently. From eco-friendly safe playground model development project, the awareness of eco-friendly playground, namely children`s park is increasing and its necessity is magnified. However, we could not know how well most children`s parks aimed at the eco-friendly playground reflect eco-friendly features and whether they are eco-friendly or not because there are not the specific planning guidelines and evaluation standards for making the eco-friendly playground or children`s park. Therefore, in this study we established the environment-friendliness evaluation standards of children`s parks and estimated the environment-friendly features of the 9 parks built on the subject of green among Sangsang Children`s Parks. In the observational survey of the 9 parks, we evaluated the environment-friendliness of these parks in the 8 fields(location and placement, ecological environment, play space, play equipment and facilities, additional facilities, materials and resources, energy saving, environmental load reduction) according to the levels(suitable, partial reflection, unsuitable, non-reflection) of reflection of eco-friendly planning factors. The assessment results showed that 4 items (location and placement, additional facilities, play space, play equipment and facilities) were suitable and others (energy saving, environmental load reduction, ecological environment, materials and resources) were partial reflection or unsuitable. Therefore, on the basis of these results, this study proposed the planning indicators to be considered first and the planning factors that should be complemented and improved in the construction of eco-friendly children`s park in future.

        미취학 아동의 놀이가구 유형 및 특성 분석

        The interest and expenditure for children is increasing than in the past because the number of nuclear family is growing, the children’s space is configured independently in most homes from infancy, therefore, the market of children’s furniture is expanding in spite of the reduction in the population of children. There are not many products considering age, gender, and play behavior in children’s furniture market in Korea. The bed, desk, chair, and closet for children under 2 years hold a large majority of children’s furniture, there are not a lot of preschool children’s furniture for the children aged 4 to 7. As the children aged 4 to 7 experience physical, emotional, and cognitive growth at the same time, the space configuration and furniture choice for these children is educationally very important. Therefore, in this study, we present the importance and necessity of playable furniture to promote the physical, social, emotional, linguistic, and cognitive development of the children aged 4 to 7 among preschool children. We found the concept and basic condition of playable furniture to collect the base data for developing playable furniture and provided the basic data for the development of an ideal playable furniture by comparing and analyzing the cases of 157 items of 14 domestic playable furniture companies and 365 items of 30 overseas in aspect of play functions, forms, materials and colors.

        사례 분석을 통한 생태 놀이터의 계획 특성 연구

        The playgrounds installed in the city try a variety of changes in play equipment more than traditional playgrounds, these playgrounds with formal rides are still different from nature friendly playground. For this reason, when in 2014 the department of environment pushed forward ‘Aitteulag’ project constructing ecological playground, the department aimed to provide the natural ecological spaces that are insufficient in the city and act as play space for children, leisure and community space for residents. Therefore, after inspecting 10 ecological playgrounds in Europe and Japan, in this study we suggested the construction guidelines of ideal ecological playground by comparing and analyzing these cases. We checked the environment-friendliness of these playgrounds in the 2 fields (playground component, ecological program) based on the ecological playground guidelines presented by the ministry of environment. The playground components are classified as siting·location, spatial configurations, natural elements, play area, amusement facilities, play materials, open spaces, additional facilities. The ecological programs are divided into habitat, species, natural material, five senses. The following is the summary of the results about the reflection of eco-friendly planning factors. In terms of "habitat": bush and shade wood were highest at 95%. In terms of "species": local indigene(100%) and habitat for insects(95%) were higher than others. In terms of "natural material": wood(61.1%) was the highest. In terms of "details of wood(61.1%)": wood fence (95%), exploring wood and using sticks(85%) were higher than others. In terms of "five senses": hearing (32.1%), tactile(26.4%), and visual(23.9%) were in order. Therefore, on the basis of these results, this study proposed the planning factors that should be considered and complemented more in the construction of domestic urban ecological playground in future.
