        중년기의 노후 준비행동에 관한 연구

        This study was conducted to recommend practical and policy measures for preparation for old age by verifying the effects of aging fact recognition level on aging anxiety and aging preparation behavior and the mediated effects and the mediated effects of aging anxiety. To derive the results of the study, factors analysis and reliability verification were performed for variables using the SPSS 18.0 and AMOS 20.0 programs and structural model analysis was performed for hypothesis verification. For this study, 210 parts of the questionnaire collected from 216 men and women over the age of 45 in Gwangju and South Jeolla Province were analyzed. Studies have shown that awareness of aging facts has a direct effect on aging anxiety, and anxiety over aging has a direct effect on aging preparation behavior. However, it has been confirmed that the recognition of aging facts does not have a direct effect on the aged preparation behavior. In addition, it was shown that aging anxiety has a complete effect on the relationship between aging fact recognition and aging preparation behavior. Based on these results, the Commission proposed practical and policy implications for preparation for old age in the middle age through the development of programs and cognitive education of aging facts to reduce aging anxiety. 본 연구는 중년기의 노화사실 인지 수준과 노화 불안이 노후 준비행동에 미치는 영향과 노후 불안의 매개효과를 검증하여 중년기 노후준비를 위한 실천적, 정책적 방안을 제시하기 위해 수행하였다. 연구결과를 도출하기 위해 SPSS 18.0과 AMOS 20.0 프로그램을 사용하여 변수에 대해 탐색적 요인분석과 확인적 요인분석, 신뢰도 검증을 실시하였고, 연구가설 검증을 위해 구조모형방정식으로 모형적합도와 경로분석을 실시하였다. 이러한 연구를 수행하기 위해 광주․전남지역 만 45세 이상 중년기의 성인 남녀 216명을 대상으로 수집된 설문지 중 210부를 분석하였다. 연구결과, 노화사실 인지는 노화 불안에 직접적 영향을 미치고, 노화 불안은 노후 준비행동에 직접적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 노화사실 인지는 노후 준비행동에는 직접적 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 확인되었다. 또한 노화 불안은 노화사실 인지가 노후 준비행동에 미치는 영향관계에서 완전매개효과를 갖는 것으로 나타났다. 이와 같은 결과를 기반으로 노화 불안을 감소시키기 위한 노화사실 인지교육과 프로그램 개발을 통해 중년기 노후준비를 위한 실천적, 정책적 함의를 제안하였다.

        구성주의 이론에 기초한 유아동작교육수업이 예비유아교사의 동작교육에 대한 인식 및 태도에 미치는 영향

        This study examines the effect of a constructivism-based movement education method course on pre-service teacher's recognition and attitudes about movement education. The participants in this study were 16 early childhood education majors at a four-year college. The results show that a constructivism-based movement education method course is effective in improving pre-service teacher's recognition and attitudes toward movement education. To put it concretely, pre-service teachers come to realize that there are different ways of accesses to movement education, getting rid of their preconceived notion that movement education means rhythmic movement. It also provides pre-service teachers with interests in moving, new and diverse ways of thinking, the idea of group work, and confidence toward movement education. 본 연구는 구성주의 이론에 기초한 동작교육방법론 수업(constructivism-based movement education method course)을 한 학기동안 수강한 유아교육과 3학년학생 16명을 대상으로 이러한 방법의 수업이 동작교육에 대한 인식 및 태도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 그리고 그러한 영향이 구체적으로 어떠한 측면에서 이루어지는 지를 질적인 방법으로 탐색하고자 하였다. 연구 결과, 구성주의 이론에 기초한 유아동작교육 수업이 예비유아교사들의 동작교육에 대한 태도 및 인식의 변화에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤음을 알 수 있었다. 구체적으로 예비교사들은 동작활동이 곧 율동이라는 고정관념에서 벗어나서 보다 다양한 방식의 접근이 있음을 알게 되었으며, 움직임에 대한 흥미 발견, 새롭고 다양하게 생각하기, 그룹활동에 대한 개념, 동작교육에 대한 자신감 갖기 등의 측면에서 긍정적인 영향을 준 것으로 나타났다.

        한(恨)의 개념분석

        The Concept of Hahn has been regarded as an universal emotion of korean people. However there have been some ambiguities in defining the concept of Hahn among nursing scholars. Therefore it was time to analyse the concept of Hahn for clearer definition to be able to share the meaning of Hahn among scholars. So this study was attempt to analyse the concept of Hahn and to do it according to a series of concept development processes described by Walker & Avant. As the result of this study, the attributes, precedence and consequence of Hahn were as follows : 1. Attributes 1) Oppression 2) Irreversibility 3) Pain (Agony) 4) Uncontrolability 5) Internalization (Turning against oneself) 6) Patience 7) Self-accusation(Depreciation) 8) Withdrawal 2.         와상 노인환자 간호제공자의 부담감과 삶의 질과의 관계

        The Burden & Quality of life is an essential component in health of the aged. But even though 'A Correlation Study of Burden and Quality of Life in Family Caregivers of the Aged Bedridden' has been qublished in a western country, few studies in Korea have been conducted related to this concept. This study was conducted to provide a basis for intervention strategies to minimize the caregivers' burden and promote their quality of life through understanding the relationship between the burden and the quality of life of the family caregivers of the aged bedridden. The subjects were 79 family caregivers with the aged bedridden who utilize care in G hospital located within the Chinju city limits. The period of the data collection was from April 10 to November 10, 1998. The caregivers' burden was measured using the Burden Inventory Scale which Montgomery(1985) designed and was modified by Lee, Young Shin (1993). The quality of life was measured using the Ro's Quality of Life Inventory Scale. The collected data were analyzed using the SPSS/pc+ program. The general characteristics were described in teams of statistical numbers and percentages. The degree of burden and the quality of life were measured using the mean score and standard deviation, The correlation between burden and the quality of life was measured using the Pearson Correlation Coefficient. The results of this study are summarized as follows : 1. The burden level of the family caregiver of the aged bedridden patient was 67 at the lowest point and 102 at the highest, with the average of 84.64, which is higher than 77, the median score of the measuring instrument. The mean of objective burdens was 42.53, the mean of subjective burdens was 42.11. 2. The score of quality of life of the family caregiver of the aged bedridden patient was 110 at the lowest point, 182 at the highest and 139.00 in average, which is lower than 141, the median. 3. The burden( total score) of these families and quality of life of their lives were found to be in negatively correlated(r=-.38, p<.01). The objective burden of these families and the quality of life were found to have a negative correlation(r=-.41, p<.01). And, the subjective burden of these families and quality of life were found to be in negatively correlated (r =-.147, p >. 01). In conclusion, when the burden of family caregivers was high, their quality of life was low. Therefore, when planning nursing strategies for caregivers of aged bedridden patients, the burden of family caregiving must be considerd in order to impove the quality of life of the family caregiver who is caring for the aged bedridden person's family. Additionally, it is suggested that supportive care must be provided to reduce the objective burden of the family caregiver.

      • 이야기를 활용한 동작교수모형 개발에 관한 연구

        One aspect of the movement education program is the emphasis on developing the "whole" child. Over the years, researchers have come to realize that the development of motor skills involves more than just performing movements. Understanding the cognitive, social-affective, and psychomotor knowledge of movement facilitates learning of similar activities and ultimately improves skill acquisition. The newely developed narrative or story is then placed within a lesson framework with cognitive, social, and psychomotor goals common to movement education. Movement narratives can be used to highten children’us irnaginations, provide opportunities to express feelings through movement, encourage positive and cooperative interactions between peers, and expand children’us movement vocabulary. This study was to development the Movement Teaching Model using Movement Narratives(MTMMN) for integrating the three learning domains. The MTMMN used in the present study was a mixed version of Clements & Oosten’s Learning Model of Movement Narratives(1995), Clements’us Steps to Meaningful Movement(l99l), and Laban’us Movement Analysis(l995), on the basis of the two assumptions. First, children can experience the ineffable magic of movement when imagination is understood to be integral to body expression. Second, movement narratives(sometimes referred to as story plays or creative dramatizations) can unlock children’us imaginations and help them feel confident in expressing themeslves. Therefore, it is likely that MTMMN can be used successfully to enrich preschool teacher' s existing program content.

        간호대학생의 의료오류보고 의향에 영향을 미치는 요인

        Purpose: This study aimed to identify factors affecting nursing students’ willingness to report medical errors. Methods: A cross-sectional design was used, and 175 senior nursing students answered a web-based questionnaire that included ‘attitude and knowledge towards medical error reporting’, ‘ethical sensitivity’, ‘systems thinking’, and ‘willingness to report medical errors’. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson’s correlation coefficients, and multiple linear regressions with the SPSS/WIN 25.0 program. Results: Participants’ attitude and knowledge toward medical error-reporting were 3.45, and 3.00, respectively. Their ethical sensitivity was 4.15, and systems thinking was 3.89. Factors significantly affecting willingness to report adverse events included systems thinking, medical error-reporting attitude, and ethical sensitivity, and these variables accounted for 34.3% (F=23.73, p<.001). Factors significantly affecting willingness to report near misses included medical error-reporting attitude, which accounted for 11.5% (F=6.68, p<.001). Conclusion: Increasing nursing students’ willingness to report medical errors requires integrated education to improve their attitude and knowledge of medical error reporting, ethical sensitivity, and systems thinking. 연구목적: 이 연구는 간호대학생의 의료오류보고 의향에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하기 위하여 시행되었다. 연구방법: 간호대학 4학년 학생 175명을 대상으로 온라인 설문지를 이용하여 간호대학생의 의료오류보고에 대한 태도와 지식, 윤리적 민감성, 시스템 사고, 의료오류보고 의향에 대해 조사하였다. 수집한 자료는 SPSS/WIN 25.0 프로그램을 이용하여 기술통계, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson’s correlation coefficient, 다중회귀분석으로 분석하였다. 연구결과: 대상자의 의료오류보고에 대한 태도와 지식은 3.45점과 3.00점으로 나타났고, 윤리적 민감성은 4.15점, 시스템 사고는 3.89점으로 확인되었다. 위해사건보고 의향에 유의하게 영향을 미치는 요인은 시스템 사고, 의료오류보고 태도, 윤리적 민감성으로 나타났고, 설명력은 34.3%였다(F=23.73, p<.001). 근접오류보고 의향에 영향을 미치는 요인은 의료오류보고 태도로서 설명력은 11.5%로 나타났다(F=6.68, p<.001). 결론: 간호대학생의 의료오류보고 의향을 높이기 위해서는 의료오류보고에 대한 태도와 지식, 윤리적 민감성, 시스템 사고를 향상시키기 위한 통합적인 교육이 필요하다.

        유치원의 동작교육 현황에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study is to examine the preschool teacher's perception and the actual teaching condition of Movement Education. The subjects were 220 teachers who were randomly selected from kindergartens located in Seoul and Kyeong Ki-Do. The tool of this study was a questionnaire and the frequency and percentage were proved by using SPSS PROGRAM. The differences according to academic and teaching career were proved by chi-square test. The findings of this study are as follows: 1. 86.3% of teachers answered the development of potential movement capacity through children's body control and expression extension about the concept of Movement Education. 97.6% of them recognized the necessity of Movement Education in Kindergarten. 2. The teachers teach mostly by themselves and the teachers who major in Physical education were charged with Movement Education were 15.9%. 3. They teach the basic movement most of all 41.5% of them. The lower the teaching career, the more they preferred creative movement, and the higher the teaching career, the more they preferred rhythmic movement. 4. 57.7% of the teachers gave their children motivation of movement. At least 16.5% of them planned movement education and the higher the teaching career, the less they planned.
