        경기론(經氣論)에 근거(根據)한 사상체질(四象體質) 형성(形成)에 관한 문헌적(文獻的) 고찰(考察)

        Objective: The purpose of this study is to discourse upon that the construction of Sasang Constitutional Medicine has a significant property of Oriental Medicine by explaining the disparity of the viscera and bowels of four constitutions through the special quality of ying-qi and wei-qi circulating in human body on the basis of the channel-qi theory of ${\ulcorner}Huangdi$ $Neijing{\lrcorner}$ Conclusion: 1. Primordial-qi is the congenital essence inherited from the parents and pectoral-qi, ying-qi and wei-qi is the acquired essence derived from the food and air that human eat and breathe. 2. Ying-qi and wei-qi circulates in the meridian system by the strength and pushing of pectoral-qi under the influence of primordial-qi 3. Ying-qi, by the pushing function of pectoral-qi, determines large lung-small liver and small lung-large liver according to the innate quantity of qi and blood. 4. Wei-qi, by the pushing function of pectoral-qi, determines large spleen-small kidney and small spleen-large kidney according to the innate quantity of qi and blood. 5. The heart in the theory of the meridian system's fetus-nourishing and Sasang Constitutional Medicine is involved in the formation of viscera and bowels as governing human body and seven emotions. 6. It is considered that Taiyang person and Taiyin person have the constitution influenced by ying-qi. 7. It is considered that Shaoyang person and Shaoyin person have the constitution influenced by wei-qi. The inquiry into several literatures on the basis of the channel-qi theory of ${\ulcorner}Huangdi$ $Neijing{\lrcorner}$ leads us to the idea that the construction of Sasang Constitotional Medicine is another well-implied representation of the property of the meridian doctrine in the existing Oriental Medicine. And it is considered that the more continual studies of literatures and Sasang Constitutional Medicine Acupuncture are necessary henceforth.

        수직 직근의 단계적 부분 건절제술을 통한 상사시 치료

        Purpose: To evaluate the effectiveness of graded (adjustable intraoperatively) partial vertical rectus muscle tenotomy at the insertion in correcting small degrees of hypertropia. Methods: All patients with best corrected visual acuity of better than 6/30 in both eyes who had undergone only partial tenotomy of vertical rectus muscle(s) over a 30-month period were included. Improvement was evaluated 6 weeks postoperatively as the change in alignment in prism diopters (PD) in primary gaze and in the field of action of the affected rectus muscle(s). Binocular function was evaluated by Titmus stereoacuity and the Worth 4-light tests. Results: All 24 patients who met the inclusion criteria had diplopia preoperatively, and this had resolved in 17 (71%) postoperatively (P<0.005). Prisms were used by 6 preoperatively vs. 2 postoperatively (P<0.05). The average vertical deviation in primary gaze decreased from 8 PD to 2 PD (P<0.005). In the field of action of the treated rectus muscle, hypertropia decreased from an average of 8 PD to 3 PD (P<0.005). For the available pre- and post-operative assessments, stereoacuity improved after 10 of the 18 (56%) procedures and Worth 4-light testing showed improvement or maintenance of fusion after 13 of 19 procedures (68%). Conclusions: Graded vertical rectus partial tenotomy can effectively reduce small degrees of hypertropia and associated diplopia, improve binocular function, and reduce or eliminate the need for prism correction.

        오공약침(蜈蚣藥鍼)에 대한 연구현황분석(硏究現況分析)과 치료법(治療法)에 관한 연구(硏究)

        Objectives : We review a result of studies until the present and suggest the method of medical treatment for the clinical treatment of Scolopendrid Herbalacupuncture. Methods : We analysis the paper of the bibliographic studies, the experiment studies and the clinical studies from 2001 developed Scolopendrid Herbalacupuncture and grope for the course of studies. Results : 1. Scolopendrid Herbalacupuncture is proved the clinical safety by the aninmal and human tests. 2. The pharmacological action of Scolopendra subspinipes mutilans L. Koch is anti-convulsive action, analgesic action, lowering blood pressure, anti-inflammatory action, anti-tumor action and microbe inhibition 3. Scolopendrid Herbalacupuncture has been a fine effect to the entrapment neuropathy and inflammatory. 4. Scolopendrid Herbalacupuncture was thought effective on a acute phase and to the excessive symptoms. The Sub-chronic toxicity experiment observing the response after hypodermic medication over 90 days, The Genetic-mutagenic toxity experiment and the clinical effect studies are necessary.

        PMIPv6에서 사전 인증 기법과 경로 최적화를 이용한 효율적인 핸드오버 기법에 관한 연구

        PMIPv6 is a network-based mobility support scheme, proposed and standardized by NetLMM WG of IETF. It is proposed to solve problems of conventional mobility schemes, and to improve inefficiency of those. The standard document describes network components and detailed procedures to provide mobility to MN. But it describes only a handover procedure between MAGs, not between LMAs. In order to support seamless connectivity of MN efficiently, a handover procedure between LMAs is necessary. The proposed scheme in this paper utilizes a route optimization procedure to prevent inefficiency of inter-LMA tunneling scheme. At the same time, the proposed scheme utilizes a pre-authentication scheme to reduce handover latency. According to the result of performance evaluations, the proposed scheme greatly reduces handover latency, compared to conventional mobility support schemes. PMIPv6는 IETF의 NetLMM WG에서 표준화를 진행하는 네트워크 기반 이동성 지원 기법으로서, 기존의 단말 기반 이동성 지원 기법의 문제점과 비효율성을 개선하기 위해 제안되었다. IETF에서 공개한 표준 문서는 MN에게 이동성을 제공하기 위한 네트워크 구성 요소와 그 구체적인 동작 및 핸드오버 절차에 대해 서술하고 있다. 그러나 MAG간 핸드오버에 대해서만 정의되어 있고 LMA간 핸드오버에 대해서는 정의되어 있지 않다. 따라서 MN에게 보다 효율적으로 끊김 없는 인터넷 접속을 제공하기 위해서는 LMA간 핸드오버 기법이 함께 사용되어야 한다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 기법은 기존에 제안된 LMA간 핸드오버 기법의 단점인 LMA간 터널을 사용하지 않고, 경로 최적화 절차를 거쳐 효율적인 전송 경로를 사용한다. 또한 핸드오버 지연을 줄이기 위해 사전 인증 기법을 도입하였다. 성능 분석 결과에 따르면 제안하는 기법이 기존의 이동성 지원 기법에 비해 핸드오버 지연을 크게 감소시키는 것을 확인할 수 있었다.

        저용량(低容量) He-Ne 레이저침의 혈락적용(血絡適用) 연구(硏究)

        Objective : The purpose of this study was to investigate the significance of the Oriental medical treatment using He-Ne laser with low energy intravascular Laser Irradiation of Blood(ILIB) through the superficial venules. Methods : The investigation of details connected with the superficial venules in the literature is performed. The investigation of details connected with the pricking blood techniques through the superficial venules in the literature is performed. The classification of the pricking blood techniques through the superficial venules by the blood-letting puncture methods in the literature is performed. The arrangement of domestic clinical treatises on the effectiveness of medical treatment using He-Ne laser with low energy ILIB through the superficial venules is performed. The consideration on the methodology for the improvement of the clinical effectiveness of He-Ne laser with low energy ILIB through superficial venules is performed. Results and Conclusions : The superficial venules are small arteries, veins and capillaries in the superficial region of the human body. In the pricking blood techniques, there are the blood-letting puncture using the implement of acupuncture to the Jing points, Extra points and superficial blood vessels and the acupuncture using the Hirudo. The methods of the blood-letting puncture are classified into the venous blood-letting puncture, the pricking , the picking out white fiber-like substances from the subcutaneous tissue, the cluster needling, the scattered needling, the blood-letting puncture of the tready collateral branch of the large channel and the blood-letting puncture of skin. The He-Ne laser with low energy ILIB through the superficial venules belongs to the Oriental medical treatment as the method of the blood-letting puncture in the vein of cubital fossa. The He-Ne laser with low energy ILIB has an effect on hyperfibrinogenemia, hyperlipidemia, speech and motor dysfunction in the case of cerebral infarction, headache, dizziness, pain and numbness. It is considered that fundamental research on the biological change of the human body, the experimental animal and the unicellular animal, and research on the effectiveness and the safety, and the development of He-Ne laser with low energy ILIB of an effective wavelength range are necessary.

        침감(鍼感) 및 침향(鍼響)에 대한 문헌적(文獻的) 고찰(考察)

        Objective : To study needling sensation and the flow of the needling sensation the ancient and the present literatures were reviewed. Results : 1. The needling sensation was getting the Qi and a normal reaction of acupuncture. 2. The flow of the needling sensation was promoted the Qi and normalized the flow of the Qi 3. The needling sensation of a patient expressed soreness, distension, heaviness, numbness, tingling, flushing, fervor, chill, itching, and so forth. 4. The needling sensation of a patient expressed simple or complex syndrome. 5. The needling sensation of a doctor expressed objectively more than the needling sensation of a patient in the hand feeling of a doctor. 6. The doctor was compared good needling sensation and bad needling sensation. 7. The needling sensation and the flow of the needling sensation were processed continuously. 8. The needling sensation and the flow of the needling sensation were connected with a nervous system and expressed variously in the anatomical structure and hand acupuncture tenchnique.

        We proved the feasibiltiy of a parallel optical interconnection technique using single GRIN (graded-index) rod lens as an intermediate coupling device, which increases the working distance and makes packaging easy. The proposed technique shows relatively less dependency on misalignments. In this paper, for convensience of experiments, we applied this method to 4-channel coupling between two fiber arrays, and compared it with butt-coupling and the method of using ball lens. The comparison shows the feasibility of adopting the proposed method to the parallel interconnection between a laser diode array and an optical fiber array.

        초오 약침 개발을 위한 백서 독성 연구 및 생리활성에 대한 연구

        Objective : We investigate toxicity of Aconiti ciliare tuber and antioxidant activity of Aconiti ciliare tuber Pharmacopuncture to develop safe Aconiti ciliare tuber Pharmacopuncture and find out the effect. Methods : In order to investigate toxicity of Aconiti ciliare tuberm, we administered Aconiti ciliare tuberm orally to rats and examined the survival rate, comparing with the survival rate of rats administered by Radix aconitum simmered with Semen Glycine and Radix Glycyrrhizae. We examined the in vitro biological activity of Aconiti ciliare tuber Pharmacopuncture, including the total polyphenol content, and ABTS radical scavenging. Results and Conclusions : The $LD_{50}$ of Radix aconitum simmered with Semen Glycine and Radix Glycyrrhizae was 9.0g/kg, on the other hand, the $LD_{50}$ of Aconiti ciliare tuberm was more than 15g/kg. The total polyphenol contents of Aconiti ciliare tuberm Pharmacopuncture was 2.31mg/L. The 2,2'-azinobis-3-ehtlbezothiazoline-6-sulfonic acid radical decolorization (ABTS) was 10.26%. We conclude that Aconiti ciliare tuberm is not highly toxic, Aconiti ciliare tuber Pharmacopuncture has a little antioxidant effect.

        알콜과 각막상피절삭기를 이용한 각막 상피층 분리 및 창상치유 정도 비교

        Purpose: Laser epithelial keratomileusis (LASEK) is a refractive surgery technique in which the cornea is covered with the epithelial flap after keratectomy. However, there have been reports of tissue damage by the alcohol utilized in this procedure while preparing the epithelial flap, which has led to novel methods. One of these is the mechanical designing of the epithelial flap named epipolis laser assisted in situ keratomileusis (Epi-LASIK). This study evaluates the histologic features and wound healing process of the corneal flap using Epi-Tome, which is the epithelial cutter of the newly introduced Epi-Lasik. Methods: Twenty-four eyes of 12 dogs were devided into two groups. In one group (n=12), 20% alcohol was used and, in the other group (n=12), Epi-Tome (Gebauer, Germany) was used to make a corneal flap. The size change of a fluorescein-stained epithelial defect was followed postoperatively at 6, 12, 24, and 36 hours. Results: The maximum decrease in defect size were observed at 0 to 6 hours in the Epi-Tome group, and from 6 to 12 hours in the alcohol group; the value were 10.01±5.32 mm2 and 9.23±4.75 mm2 respectively. Histologic review revealed that there was less tissue damage and smoother cut edge in the Epi-Tome group compared to the alcohol group, and the adhesion between stroma and epithelium was faster in the Epi-Tome group. Conclusions: Mechanically detached corneal flaps had favorable chances of survival such that re-epithelialization occurred early in the postoperative phase. A few epithelial fragments at a corneal section plane prevent corneal opacification and minimize inflammatory reaction, thus reducing postoperative pain.
